[00:02:58]I also brought another doctor on defense to explain the same postmortem report.

[00:03:05]He came up with a different version as to the cause of death.

[00:03:10]Now, the recommendation of the judge who wanted justice said I should also now bring my own doctor.

[00:03:17]And he preferred a name that I will not disclose to come and clarify on this postmortem report such that I know what is the cause of death of this person.

[00:03:32]Could it be the works of this person in in court or some other things caused his her death.

[00:03:40]So, a poor person cannot afford to hire a doctor to come and interpret the same postmortem report.

[00:03:50]So, you will find that court will rely on an explanation of a doctor maybe has less experience to interpret this.

[00:04:02]Then, if at all this person doesn't have we end up being imprisoned for something he has not done. But in case he did it supposing the person who carried out the postmortem report is in ex- he has very very less experience. And the lawyer the other side understands what is the postmortem, what is the what is the cause of death.

[00:04:28]Can easily destroy that case whereas it is true that you are the person whereas it's true that you are the person committed. And now court will be in suspense apart from acquitting that person.
