Mirrors work by reflecting light; when light from a person hits the mirror and bounces into the camera, the reflection appears to come from behind the mirror, creating the illusion of a person standing there.

The Answer to the Mirror Question #mirrortrick #miracle #explanation追加:
All right. Well, it's just >> here we are. We're doing this mirror trick again, and nobody seems to be able to figure this out, but my oldest son knows the answer. Parker, how does this happen?
>> Well, the mirror just acts as like another reflectatory point with the camera. So, the light from the mirror just bouncing into the camera. So, why you can see yourself?
>> Okay. So, it doesn't have anything to do with super positioning or photons. Like if I was standing where the camera is, I'd be able to see you right now. Like I can see you in the mirror because it's reflecting and it's hitting you like cuz your reflection is still going that way. Cuz when you come the light comes from this way, hits the mirror there, not behind my old towel.
>> Now that makes sense. Good job.
