9th Circuit SLAPS DOWN Portland Anti-ICE Rioters – Feds Can Now Use Tear Gas & Munitions本站添加:
Portland, Oregon. The city that just never seems to learn from its stupid, stupid mistakes. It always seems to be siding with the radical cultists of the left, coddling and tolerating dangerous extremists. From the anti-Trump crowd during Trump's first term to the ever dangerous and violent anti-IC protesters who insist on keeping the Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement Facility a war zone. These are the lunatics who have hurled bricks. They have smashed cameras. They've blocked driveways. They've wielded bats and shields. They've used strobe lights to try and blind police officers, ICE agents, and have even committed arson and so much more.
And of course, let's not mention terrorizing locals. There is nothing peaceful nor lawful about these radicals and what they are engaging in. And apparently the judicial system is finally catching up with what everyone else is seeing and saying no mas.
That's right. The 9inth Circuit Court of Appeals has now ruled in favor of what everyone else has known as obvious and reasonable for a very long time. I.e. that federal agents can and probably should use crowdcontrol munitions against these radical weirdo extremists who are posing as protesters. So, this is from the postmillennial. The 9inth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against anti-ICE protesters and says that federal officers can use crowdcontrol munitions at Portland ICE facility.
Judge Kenneth Lee in the decision wrote that the First Amendment does not protect vandalism, criminal trespass, or obstruction of law enforcement.
The US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against a group of anti-ICE protesters blocking a lower court judge's order that barred federal officers from using less lethal munitions to disperse unruly crowds. The facility has been the site of ongoing violent demonstrations since June of 2025.
And of course, Portland has been under the thumb of these radical weirdos since the TDS uh took its full course leading up into Trump's first term. Anyway, the two to one panel decision issued on Monday by judges Kenneth Lee, Eric Tong, and Anna D. Alba, the last of whom dissented, states that protesters failed to show the federal officers deployed crowd munitions control munitions as a mean of retaliation, rejecting the plaintiff's arguments that the First Amendment rights were violated, which on its face is nothing but bull crap.
Freedom of speech does not give you the freedom to break the law, the freedom to threaten others, and the freedom to enact in violence. It never has. And it's this weird crap ever since the um the hand up don't shoot hoax that we as a as a society, we as a nation have seemed to I don't know why, but tolerate this nonsense. Originally, it was white guilt and other crap. But, you know, it it these people are never satisfied. And now here we are. Now it's okay to just uh use your TDS as an excuse for violence. And if it's not herbed and uh taken down a thousand notches, eventually this is going to lead to real violence where a lot of people end up dead. So it is about time that you have some judges go h maybe we shouldn't allow this to continue. Maybe the federal government should be allowed to curb stomp these crazy people. Now, the decision writes the postmillennial is a permanent administrative stay granted to the Department of Justice pending further appeal proceedings in which the panel ruled that the Trump administration is likely to succeed on the merits of the case because no crap, police officers, federal agents need to be able to uh enact uh force when necessary to protect themselves and their properties and people around them.
And just in general, screw these weird mob radical lunatics. They all got to go. Let's see. The First Amendment does not protect vandalism, criminal trespass, or obstruction of law enforcement. Such unlawful acts, however, have been common place around the US Immigration and Customs Enforcements building in Portland over the past year, wrote Trump appointed Judge Kenneth Lee in the court's opinions. And of course, long before then, we have seen these crazy lunatics doing their crazy lunatic things uh outside of ICE. This is just the latest iteration. These are people who want to bring anarchy and chaos to them to the United States to break the system.
Unless, of course, it's a radical lunatic leftist who's running the country, then they'd be happy as punch.
Now, the appeals court ruled that the plaintiffs, a group of Antifa affiliated protesters and leftists, self-declared indoponent journalists, failed to demonstrate that federal officers had the intent to retaliate against them, which of course is utter nonsense.
They're defending themselves against these radical weirdos. and or that the federal government had an unwritten policy targeting them. Although I think we should have a policy if you're going to be a radical leftist lunatic. Uh you deserve to have your face curb stopped.
Just this one man's opinion.
Now, the plaintiffs led by D Jack Dickinson, what a name, also known as the Portland Chicken, what uh claimed that federal officers were infringing on their First Amendment rights through the unlawful use of crowd control measures, which were meant to have a chilling effect on demonstrators who were trying [clears throat] to do illegal activities in an attempt to discourage them from returning to the ICE facility to protest, thus violating their rights through retaliatory animus, which of course is utter nonsense. These people are wacko lunatic radicals who are committing crimes left and right.
And for some reason, as a country, we have decided to tolerate this stuff because believe you me, every one of these people should already be locked up with the keys thrown away, facing decades in prison for what they've been doing. Just full stop. We need to put an end to violent protests. That was never what America was about. You always dealt with your disagreements at the ballot box. But oh no, now it's violence.
That's okay. As long as it's the left attacking the right, that is. And and frankly, it's about time because this kind of stuff, you know, we are headed, as most of you who are watching this probably already know, towards an untenable situation where violence will escalate. Uh, and in Portland, this is this has been the norm for a while. Case in point, this was another article from uh the Postmillennial talking about this this lunatic Portland woman uh is now pleading guilty to assaulting ICE agents. She she freed an illegal alien from a detention van and um ripped off the face coverings of ICE agents. And frankly, you got like she needs to have the thrown in jail, throw away the key, but I'm sure she got some kind of deal.
Let's find out. Um, so this this [ __ ] weirdo here with her little BLM hate group logo, this leftist woman has been convicted of launching a series of physical assaults on ICE agents during a targeted enforcement operation last year during which she freed a detained uh illegal immigrant from a federal detention van, sparking intense foot chase. And that alone should she should be facing decades in jail again if I had my way. Tama Gardner, radical lunatic, racist leftist. which I'm calling a racist because of her BLM affiliation, pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of assault on a federal officer as part of a plea arrangement or agreement. Gardner struck several ICE officers in the face and ripped off their facial coverings while interfering with a laws lawful protest in which federal officers or sorry with a with a lawful arrest in which federal officers had a signed warrant according to an HSI complaint.
And even if they didn't, it doesn't matter. You can't interfere with federal agents arresting someone. The incident occurred on October 23rd outside of an apartment complex back in 2025 on Burn Burnside Street in East Portland. So again, how like the idea that it took the 9inth Circus Court of Appeals to say, "Well, maybe this shouldn't be allowed is utter lunacy. This goes back to having radical judges who are attempting to thwart the Trump administration at every turn by ruling in a way that is obviously unconstitutional.
We've seen this with Robert Boseberg and others who have just been ruling like little kings and attempting to thwart the rule of law in the name of stopping Trump. You know, again, at some point, this is going to turn into a violent situation. So bottom line, let's see if if they say what she got.
Uh, so her sentencing will be in July, which I'll try to remember to follow up on this so we can see what she got. So the government will seek a probationary sentence with home detention. What a what a bunch of crap. You you just you can't let these lunatics go. But I guess baby steps, my friend, baby steps. Um, I'm not thrilled, but one step at a time, right?
Yeah. All right, guys. We'll see you next time. My flippy-doo out.
