The Manchester Airport brothers trial demonstrates how legal outcomes can diverge significantly from public perception when juries apply self-defense arguments to cases with clear CCTV evidence of violence against police officers, raising questions about judicial consistency and public trust in the legal system.

They Got Away With It AGAIN!Added:
If you are not angry about this, then in my opinion, you should be.
Hey up everyone and welcome to Political Nerds. I'm Steph the Alter nerd, your nerdy political guide from Washington DC to Westminster and beyond. Now, of course, before I jump into this, the usual disclaimer. do your own research, come to your own conclusions, and I'm not inciting hatred to anyone or particular group, religion, etc. So, let's jump into it with this update from the Manchester Airport brothers trial and she's the freaking bed. How did this happen?
How did this happen? Now, bear in mind, right, a few weeks back, I actually reported that the start of this retrial was actually pushed back a week or two.
The outcome of this trial should have actually happened a couple of days after the local elections earlier on this month, but they pushed it back. We all know why now. Because if we knew what we know now, I think Labour would have been absolutely pummeled even more in the local elections earlier on this month because here for some reason the jury failed to reach a verdict in this case.
Bear in mind the CCTV. For me, it's undeniable, but yeah, the jury failed to reach a verdict.
And so, the brothers are still denying the charges. They're saying they acted in self-defense. You watch the footage.
Of course, it's all around internet.
It's viral. You be the judge as to whether they were acted in self-defense or not.
The jurors were discharged by Judge Neil Flu KC after deliberating for nearly 20 hours. Uh the case has been adjourned until May the 29th to give time to the Crown Prosecution Service to decide whether it wants to seek a third trial.
I hope they do. I hope they do. It is in the public interest for them to push on and go for a third trial. In my opinion, conspiracy theory, whatever.
The public are literally screaming out for it at this point.
How are we living in this reality right now? Judge Fluitt told jurors, quote, "You are, as I'm sure you're aware, not the first jury to consider this case.
You are not the first jury to fail to reach a verdict in relation to this particular count. I don't want you to feel in any way you have failed." The prosecution will now consider their position and decide whether they want to ask me to have a further child which will be unusual but not unknown.
And so their solicitor, the brother's solicitor made a statement afterwards in front of the court. Uh their solicitor, his name is Amma Anoir. Uh he says, "My name is Amma Anoir, solicitor acting on behalf of the family. I'm instructed to make this statement on behalf of Fah Amar and Muhammad Ahmad F following today's verdict. This jury after 19 hours and 48 minutes and a fiveweek trial failed to reach a verdict regarding either defendant and has been discharged. The court will reconvene on the 29th of May for the crown to advise this court on whether there will be any further proceedings. It will be inappropriate to comment until the further date on Friday the 29th of May.
Thank you. So, let me put it this way to you, right?
Over 12,000 people, right, in this country are in jail at the moment of being prosecuted this, that, and the other for words on the internet.
But when you are literally on CCTV pummeling the freaking hell out of police officers, you're still walking free.
This is all my opin whatever, but this is the state of the UK at the moment.
And anyone that's watching that's from abroad, if you are thinking that you want to visit the UK, I got some advice for you. Don't. For the love of everything you consider holy at the moment, just don't even think about coming to the UK. Just don't. Just don't. Right now, reactions of course have been coming in thick and fast. And let me explain because I've kind of been alluding to this why there is so much uproar about this development. Why there's so much uproar that these two brewers are still walking free on the streets. Because as Tommy Robinson points out here, it's all on CCTV and somehow they're trying to take us for fools. As Julia Hartley Brewery acts here, are the jury blind?
You look at the CCTV and it's like, look, is this self-defense?
You watch this. Is this self-defense?
Here we go.
You see the police officers coming up here? Okay.
And he turns round.
He quite clearly can see that they're police officers. And then that's it.
There you go.
Literally attacking female police officers.
And the other brother knew exactly who they were as well.
So yeah, are the jury blind?
They're really really trying to take us for fools here.
And so other reactions, we've got Billy S here saying this verdict should wake up the voters in Makerfield and make sure Andy Burnham does not get elected and send a strong message to Karma.
Enough is enough.
Oh, and this here is not AI.
This is actually a still from that CCTV footage I've just shown you.
Here we've got Jules saying, "I'm going to have to be very careful for YouTube human reviewer, but monsters regularly walking free. Beat up a WPC on camera and no verdict. Post a tweet in anger, then delete it 3 hours later behind bars. This is Starland."
Which is why I said earlier on, if you're thinking of coming to the UK, for anyone that's watching abroad, don't don't just don't even think about it. Here we have North by Northwest saying this case should be cited by each and every copper across the land as an example of how the judiciary does not support them.
They've set a precedent.
They've set a precedent.
So if someone's getting arrested now in this country and they resist arrest violently as you've seen in that CCTV clip there, that person could just turn around and be like, "Oh, well, it was self-defense."
And they actually have a case. They actually have an argument and they actually have a chance of being able to walk free on the streets of the UK.
Yeah.
Yeah. This is the country we're living in.
More reactions coming through. The last three I'm going to show you. Here is Alla Minhane saying if this had happened on Saturday at the United Kingdom uh rally and she's right here, there would already be Wormwood scrubs serving a 10-year stretch. This is disgraceful.
Exactly. I totally believe that.
Uh here we've got Adam Brooks saying they will tell you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final most essential command.
Quoting from 1984, George Orwell and scaringly enough is right.
We are now living under an Orwellian state where the government is literally turning around and telling us 2 + 2 equals 5. Trust me, bro.
They're really trying to brainwash us.
And I'm going to leave it with this final reaction here.
I think a lot of people are well and truly fatigued at this point.
I would say a lot of people are angry as well.
beyond at this point.
I agree with you. Restore Britain is the last hope.
And do you know what?
Yeah, I think so too. Restore Britain is the last hope. We need to restore Britain.
We need to make sure that things like this get punished accordingly.
See, I don't care if they turn around and they say, "Well, do you know what?
Uh, we did it in self-defense."
Okay. Well, if that's the case, then why did they continue with their self-defense in that CCTV? Right. As soon as they turned around, landed the first punch, realized they were officers, they should have stopped at that point. Whoops. Sorry. didn't know you were officers. Just doing it in self-defense. Sorry, I I'll I'll be peaceful now.
Instead, they carry on beating the absolute hell out of these officers, kicking them, punching them each and every way that they can.
And that now constitutes as a good enough defense in court as them just defending themselves.
I am beyond livid with what's been going on with this curse.
Beyond livid.
And the one question that I've got in my mind right don't think a lot of people are asking here now. No evidence to support this question, but it's just an instinct.
It's just a funny little feeling that I've got here. But it's who's pulling the strings behind the scenes here to make sure that this happened.
I think there's more to this than meets the eye. I think there's a lot of strings being pulled behind the scenes here.
What's really going on? See where I'm coming from? With that being said, if you appreciated this video and you want more, and unfortunately with the state of the UK at the moment, there's going to be more, then make sure you subscribe to join us here at Political Nerds. If you're watching on X, make sure you're following me, Stephen Nerd. Like, share, comment down below your opinion, conspiracy, theory, whatever. What is your reaction to this?
I'm livid. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments down below.
