The First Amendment protects peaceful, non-violent public speech, including holding signs with messages, even when the content is unpopular or controversial; however, law enforcement practices sometimes conflict with these constitutional protections, as demonstrated by cases where individuals have been arrested multiple times for peaceful expression despite having legal rights to do so.

ARRESTED 10+ TIMES for Holding THIS Sign… in AmericaAjouté :
And signs everywhere, signs blocking up the scenery, breaking my mind. God bless the homeless vets. Can you read my sign?
Obviously not.
And this video once again proves how ignorant Americans are. The majority of Americans are really extremely ignorant and they don't know it and they don't realize how ignorant they are. And not only that, they're liars.
Jeff Gray, one of the OGs of auditing, if not the OG, all he does is stand in public and holds a sign that says, "God bless the homeless vets."
People think he's homeless. For some reason, Americans, a lot of Americans, cannot stand homeless people and instead of addressing the issue politically how they should, they always call the police. And then the police are tasked with running homeless off from one city to another and it's a endless game of cat and mouse.
Instead of making it affordable, uh giving the homeless people somewhere to go, maybe taking some tax money instead of spending 1.5 trillion on bombing people in foreign countries, maybe they could take care of our people here in the states.
But instead, they just use the police force and violence to shove the homeless from one place to another.
Here's Jeff in some community he was invited to. He's doing his normal thing and just listen to the 911 911 calls.
It's unbelievable.
>> All right, greetings everybody. This is Jeff with Honor Your Civil Rights Investigations and I will be your civil rights investigator for the day. Today I am here in this brand new St. John's Landing, I think is what it's called or something like that. It's a Del Webb at St. John's neighborhood and I'm going to hold this magic cardboard mirror up to society out here.
>> And this is what Florida's been uh saturated with is these Del Webb developments and people go and live there because they don't want to be part of the outside world. They feel exclusive. They have clubhouses. They're kind of cool, but then they have a whole different structure in there and you don't have the same freedom as you would living outside one of these gated communities. They're trying to turn the whole state into this this apparatus.
>> Let's see what's reflecting in the people's hearts. And here's the other thing. Even if it is private property back here, I'm an invited guest by a resident who lives out here.
God bless homeless veterans. Please pray for homeless vets.
Hi.
>> Lefty?
>> No, I'm not. I'm just I'm a invited guest and I come out and spread this message.
>> Okay.
>> Yep. That's all. God bless you.
>> So, a nice person there.
That's a different.
>> How you doing, man?
>> Good. How are you, man?
>> Pretty good. Just wanted to say I love your channel.
>> Oh, God bless you, brother.
>> All right. Jess becomes so famous people recognize him. So, this is a fan coming up to talk to me. He loves him.
>> I got to [clears throat] take a picture with you, man.
>> The views that work are never going to freaking leave me.
>> [laughter] >> You posted a video a couple of weeks back about the baby pants or whatever.
>> Yeah, yeah.
>> That guy we worked with.
>> Oh.
>> All around working it was [ __ ] phenomenal.
>> Oh, wow.
>> [laughter] >> Well, thank you for coming out to talk to me.
>> Yeah.
>> God bless, brother.
>> See you. Have a good >> You too.
Yeah, actually one of the one of the residents that live out here they invited me out. Yeah.
>> Oh, sorry.
Unfortunately >> Here we go.
Wannabe cop.
>> You can't stay here and do that.
>> Why's that?
>> Cuz it's private property from Del Webb and Pulte.
>> This is a public road out here.
>> The road is. Where you are, that's us.
You can't be out here. I'm going to have to call the police.
>> I disagree with you.
>> You can leave or I can call the police.
>> That's fine. It's up to you, man. Why would you call the cops on me?
>> I'll call the police because you can't be there, sir.
>> I just you're wrong. It's public property. It's a public sidewalk.
>> Sir, you can't be here. So, you can either LEAVE >> BECAUSE I SAID SO.
And because you're not taking me seriously and my authority, I'm going to have to call guys that will will analize you for any reason whatsoever.
>> I don't want to call the police. I'm a veteran also. I don't want to call the police.
But if you don't leave, I'm going to.
>> Why is that?
>> Because.
>> Because?
>> Because this is our property. Our homeowners don't want you out here.
>> you know that?
>> Because they just came in to tell me.
>> How do you How do you know all the homeowners out here?
>> Sir, I'm not going to argue with you.
I'll just >> I'm not going to argue with you. You're not even from Florida. You should be thankful that they allowed you in here.
Rhetorically, of course.
And our homeowners told us you ain't allowed to be here.
Well, he was invited by a homeowner.
That's the part you don't like and don't understand and don't care about. And that's why I said he pulled the same exact line that cops do. I'm not going to argue with you. That's exactly what they say to you when you're right and they have no response to your valid point.
>> I'm not trying to argue. I've had this discussion. Hey, I got a better idea.
>> No, I don't have discussions. I just bark unlawful orders. And this is where Jeff actually does some pushback, which isn't very often.
>> Why don't you go down the road and leave the property?
>> Do what?
>> Why don't you guys get out of here and leave the property?
It's not very nice, is it?
>> 911, what's the address of your emergency?
>> 911.
There's an emergency. A guy standing on a sidewalk. If he was standing there and didn't have a piece of cardboard, they wouldn't have a problem.
But now they're calling the emergency 911 because he's standing there with a piece of cardboard with the words that they don't like.
>> See, but nothing too crazy. I don't want to start a war. We got a homeless man pandering and asking for a bunch of money. It's very >> Yeah. Two lies within the first 5 seconds. We have a homeless man, he's not homeless, pandering for money. He didn't ask anybody for money. Lie. Lie.
Lie. Whoever this is on the phone is an imbecile scumbag.
>> We're in odd.
>> Yeah, let me go back to >> Yeah.
>> do >> Yeah, he's asking for money. He's asking for money.
>> Another lie.
>> He's asking for money?
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah, he's homeless.
>> OH, YEAH, HE'S ASKING FOR MONEY EVEN THOUGH HE DIDN'T ask for a dime and he's not homeless. This whole phone call is a lie. This guy, whoever this is, is a straight-up liar. Dude, at some point, lying should be against the law. And I think giving a false report is against the law. And this dispatcher is a dumb, too. How do you know he's homeless, sir?
How did he ask for money?
>> Asking for money here.
>> Oh, he's saying that he's asking for money.
>> Yeah, almost almost need money.
>> Another lie. Homeless need money. So, he doesn't know how to read and he's a liar. And even if he was asking for money, there's a case law called Watrous versus State where asking somebody for money is free speech. It's already been ruled on. So, all the ordinances and city codes that they passed are illegal.
>> Are you asking to speak with law enforcement in reference to this?
>> No, I mean, they can come here. I mean, they'll find him.
>> Understandable. Um I'm just asking if you wanted to meet with law enforcement about it.
>> No, I just I would just send someone here to kind of get this guy.
>> No, I don't want to actually uh be held accountable and show my face on body cam. I just want to call in and completely lie about Jeff.
>> Okay, now, can you share with us office pierce do you have an emergency?
>> Uh yeah, just wanted to report a uh a guy like a acting like a bum to try to >> Acting like a bum.
Another imbecile.
>> to uh get money in our neighborhood.
>> Get money in our neighborhood.
When did he ask anybody for money? Like, dude, God, dude, I'm telling you, man, we're not going to vote our way out of this unless there's some mass awakening or some the shelves run out of food and water.
As long as people can eke by in their sad American existence, this will never change because this is your typical guy in America today. They call 911 and lie repeatedly. The cops should have went and arrested them for making a false report or went and interviewed them at least and said, "Hey, what you said he was homeless. What made you say that?
You said he was asking for money. Where did you get that information?"
>> Okay, um so you're reporting like a panhandler?
>> Uh he's like he he he like parked his car in our neighborhood, walked over and he's standing on the roundabout with a sign that says, you know, "Homeless, please help." All this kind of stuff and >> Another lie.
>> It looks like he parked his truck like right around the corner from there. I don't know if that's actually his truck but it's like a new truck that's parked up on the street right there.
>> And you said he's holding a sign saying that he's homeless and he needs help?
>> Yeah.
>> Another lie.
>> Do you want to meet with law enforcement in reference to this?
>> No, it's okay. I just >> No, I'm another coward who just called 911 and lies.
>> I don't think we allow it in the neighborhood and I I don't think the guy's like >> I don't think we allow it in the neighborhood. So, if somebody who has a guest who wants to hold a cardboard sign, they're not allowed. See what I mean by that crap? And I don't even think he's in the neighborhood. He's on a sidewalk at the entrance.
>> It's like that's a dude. So, I just wanted to report it.
>> Understandable. Do you see any type of like weapons, drugs, alcohol on him near him >> I wasn't I wasn't I wasn't close enough to see anything like that. I just drove past the roundabout.
>> Thanks for not lying about that cuz then the cops will show up and they would be fly there code three.
>> All right, I've got this information in here and uh we'll get someone out there to go check it out.
>> All right, that's the end of that video but that's what Jeff has to deal with all the time. All the guy does is stand in public holding a cardboard sign that says, "God bless the homeless vets."
Been arrested over 10 times for it. He's won many lawsuits over it. He has one right now with Brandon Grebel in Texas and he's asking for $17,910, which uh commemorates 1791, uh the year the Bill of Rights was ratified. Anyway, I've been on YouTube for 15 years. I came up with lots of the phrases you hear in auditing videos, copsplaining, I don't answer question, cops are sovereign citizens, ID crack.
That was all me. I know I've been suppressed for the past 5 years, but I've been on here for 15 years doing my thing. Please consider joining the channel for 99 cents a month cuz that's the only real money I make doing this.
It does take time. It's not easy thinking of a different uh thing to make a video about every day, not that I can even do it every day anymore, but I really appreciate you guys. I cannot thank you enough for being subscribed and watching my stuff all these years.
And if you made it this far, God bless you, man. Have a good day. Much love, peace, and tranquility. Bye.
