She went to the lobby and then maybe 5 10 minutes later she starts throwing.

So then she finally storms out, starts walking away.

In state versus Saunders 339 Southern 641, the Florida Supreme Court narrowed this statute against First Amendment over breath requiring actual conduct beyond words. Verbal abuse directed at law enforcement does not independently satisfy this statute.
