[00:00:09]Good question. The problems are many.

[00:00:12]So, if I should narrow it down to one, I think it would be Africans, unfortunately, we don't have confidence.

[00:00:24]We know who we are, but I don't think we believe that we are all that.

[00:00:30]And so, it shows in in in ways that, you know, you you could have because Africans, we excel, right? So, you see excellent Africans doing excellent things at different places. But even in those places, you tend to see them not confident, like not defending the continent the way they supposed to defend the continent. How can you sit at a table with, let's say, France, US, and then you get there, you totally forget who you are, you make yourself so small, and you make all these bad decisions, and you know, you don't negotiate well the partnership agreements, when you went to the great the great the greatest of the greatest schools, and you know all these good people, but the moment you arrive there, you forget. You you belittle yourself, so you because you see the others, right? And then, oh my god, you make yourself so small.

[00:01:29]So, I think that is our main problem.
