1999 Mitsubishi MiniCab 4x4 Mini Truck Inspection | Low Miles, A/C, Fresh Import

[00:00:00]Welcome back to Red Clay Imports. This is our 2000 Mitsubishi Mini Cap, freshly imported from Japan. This one's got a little over 50,000 miles. Now, I'm sorry for a little bit poor quality video today, but with the amount of rain we had, we kind of had to wait for it to slack off a little bit to film this. So, we're not going to get as much as we normally do, but I did want to walk you around this truck.

[00:00:25]This is a four-wheel drive AC truck. It has both four-wheel drive high and low. It is a manual transmission, 5-speed, and it does have air conditioning as well as a fuel injected engine. We'll take a look at some of the details here.

[00:00:43]So, we're halfway through our oil change when it's slacked up here. I did want to go ahead show you the engine bay here.

[00:00:50]Nice and tidy. Uh somewhere. Yeah, here we go. Air filter, nice, clean, new. We did uh just do an oil change. I got to put oil in it still.

[00:01:03]Now, up here in the front, we'll show you these brakes here. We've got a decent amount of pad life left in it.

[00:01:11]Boots and axles all look good. Tie rod ends look great.

[00:01:18]Shocks perform well, look good.

[00:01:22]Brake lines are in great condition, too.

[00:01:25]Let's go around. Take a look at the other side up here in the front.

[00:01:30]Same story on this side. CV axles look good. Everything's just like it should be.

[00:01:38]I don't know how well you're going to be able to see it on camera, but we have taken a look at the brake fluid here. It looks brand new. It's right there. And really, all in all, this truck is very nice. Now, unlike some of the other trucks, this one will not be getting the Rancher package. So, no lift, wheels, and tires, but we can take a look at the tires. You can see they look near brand new. They're in great shape.

[00:02:03]Got the front ones over there. They're in the same kind of condition. Now, the one flaw in this truck is we do have this rip in the seat right here. Let's take a look here underneath the seat at the motor.

[00:02:21]Nice and clean. No noticeable leaks or anything anywhere.
