[00:00:03]Hi, I'm Desiree Bertrand. Um, I'm a registered psychotherapist qualifying and I started working at Brentwood Health Solutions at the beginning of May. Um, I'm really excited to be joining the team here.

[00:00:15]Um, my role while working here is to provide psychotherapy with uh, children, youth and adults.

[00:00:22]Uh, when I work with children and youth, I tend to use um, experiential and play-based approaches. That means sessions can involve uh, playing therapeutic games, drawing, arts and crafts. I have experience working with kids who uh, struggle with anger, anxiety, low self-esteem.

[00:00:41]Uh, I also work with adults and I specialize in helping adults uh, navigate a major life transition. So, that means I work with uh, individuals who um, maybe starting a new job or um, having difficulty with uh, retirement.
