Do not speak from anger. Speaking from anger might feel powerful in the moment, but neurologically, it's a trap. Because every time you vent, you're reinforcing the anger circuit in your brain. And we've all heard that common phrase, neurons that fire together wire together. That's Hebb's law.
Translation, you're training your brain to get better at rage. And no, talking about it doesn't get it out. It gets it deeper in. You're not releasing the anger, you're rehearsing it. And silence, keeping your mouth shut, breaks the pattern. Silence is your first act of power. Step two, do a U-turn.
Whatever's got you pissed off, another person, a situation, a circumstance, it's not outside you. Pissed off is energy that's inside you. And that energy, it's just a part of you. A protective part of you, and it's guarding something sensitive and tender inside. So, get curious. What's this anger trying to shield me from? That's the move. And that's actually taking leadership inside your own mind. Because now you're not swimming in the anger, you're watching it. And the second you get curious like this, the signal you're broadcasting out into the field, it changes. Suddenly, you're broadcasting awareness, not attack. Inquiry, not blame. And the quantum field responds to that shift. It always does. And it brings you more of the same in return.
That's how law of attraction works. So, instead of broadcasting anger and getting more reasons to be angry returned to you, you're broadcasting awareness and curiosity. And the quantum field just gives you more reasons to be curious and self-aware. Step three, anchor all of this in your body. Because anger doesn't just live in your brain, it also lives in your anatomy. So, if you don't move the anger and help it transform, you end up storing anger in your tissues. So, what do you do? The easiest thing is to splash cold water on your face. This activates the vagus nerve, which reduces cortisol and puts your prefrontal cortex back online, which is the part of your brain responsible for creativity, connection, and reasoning. You can go even further with this by sitting for 5 minutes and doing some deep belly breathing, because this further reinforces vagal nerve activation. And your vagus nerve is like your body's calm switch. It will transform all the chaotic hot energy of anger into something you can actually use. So, you don't just think different, you feel different. And this is how you take control of your mood. So, here's what you need to know. People who stay pissed off, they've lost control of what they think, say, and feel. They've lost control of their mind, their mouth, and their mood. They react, they blame, they loop, and they don't actually have control of their lives. Their lives control them. And the law of attraction, it doesn't filter for good intentions.
It mirrors your frequency. Broadcast anger, and you just get more to be angry about. But powerful people, they control their mind, their mouth, and their mood.
They get curious, and curiosity opens the door to creativity. And creativity opens the door to solutions. And now the signal they're broadcasting is clarity, power, and forward motion. And that's exactly what the universe delivers back to them. The law of attraction is never off, it's like gravity. It's always on, and it's always in the full power position.
