[00:00:00]Hello future CS, one of the biggest challenges in our law paper is not the concepts or it's not the application of concepts. In the pressure close to exams, because of lot of limits are there, students tend to get confused and in a place where they're supposed to write 3 days, they may end up writing 7 days or in a place where they're supposed to write 90 days, you may write 30 days and how many times did you not get confused? Whether I should write 14 days or 13 days. So this is a very common problem, correct? So when it comes to limits guys, I'm going to give you a simple solution where these limits can now go into your pocket. Sir, how sir? Let's clear all the confusion. I will classify this limits into one as timelines and second, we also have these amounts like turnover, sir, internal audit, CSR or net worth, all this is there, correct? So let's clear the confusion here also.

[00:01:04]And we are going to get some clarity in limits on timelines and amounts from the entire act guys. Sir, what are you saying? Very simple. I'm not going to take much of your time guys.

[00:01:24]One, for all the limits, I have just summarized all the limits that we have.

[00:01:30]Majorly, all the limits will be covered over here. And all the points will come over here, which you can run through maybe when you're traveling to the exam or when you're revising.

[00:01:40]Second, we also have the timelines over here and look at the timelines that I have done done over here guys.

[00:01:47]Starting from the lowest timeline, 30 minutes, then 24 hours. Sir, what is 24 hours? Inspection can start for proxies 24 hours before the AGM. Then we have 48 hours, 2 days before, then 72, then 5 days, then 7 days. Like that, every single timeline. For example, if you take 15 days, there are so many points in 15 days. Of course, the highest is going to be 30 days or 1 month. So we have one full page for one and a half page for 30 days and it keeps going to the highest of the limits where we have permanent, then 30 years redemption of preference shares and debentures, 20 years redemption of preference shares and it keeps coming. Now, when you look at this like this, it's it may be confusing guys, it may be confusing. But what how you should learn is, okay, take 5 years. You have to ask yourself, sir, what all is there in 5 years, sir? Okay, next you will go here, 43. Oh, DVR sir, if you don't know section number also, it's okay, fine. And using this PDF, you can even discuss with your friends, understand the points. I don't know how much of help it will be for you at this time, but if it was me, at least I will spend one or two hours in revising all these if you feel there is value. But when you look at this, if it looks scary, then throw it out. Just throw it out, don't touch it. Go back to how you're studying normally. It is not a mandatory thing.

Then let's say you finish the chapter called, let's say prospectus, okay? Prospectus is done for you.
