North provides a sophisticated breakdown of TADC’s meta-narrative, cleverly using *The Stanley Parable* to show how leaks are often just another layer of staged storytelling. It is a brilliant look at how modern creators manipulate audience perception through intentional misdirection.

WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS? | TADC 9 Leak DiscussionAdded:
Charlie humans, >> who do you think you are?
>> Who do they think they are?
>> Whoever this Penguin Zero guy is, he has no idea what he's talking about. Okay, >> it's also worth noting that the Amazing Digital Circus fan base is probably one of the worst fan bases on the internet right now.
>> Okay, Dolan, let's not get carried away.
I I don't know too much about like the the fan base for it to be honest, but that is that's baloney. I'm going to tell you right now, there ain't no way that's true. No, there's no way.
>> As the resident Moist critical Matt Pat and Markiplier of this community, you have no idea what you're talking about.
Okay, you can't come into my community and tell me that this is not the most toxic community ever. This community hears things like, "Eh, who cares?" and says things like, "Guorks has a habit of responding on impulse/unprofessionally."
and instead of taking accountability, unconsciously spiraling into self- flagagillating behaviors that recenter herself and cause people to feel guilty, eliciting reassurances from the public and backlash towards denters. I don't even know what half of those words mean.
And we're talking about the same community that looks at two pictures of Jack and Gummy Goo and says, "I think Pomi has a type." To which the response is, "She doesn't have a type. She has a horrible taste in men." And yeah, some of them are cool. Okay. They say things like, "I agree with you on the Jack's part, but hop off Gummy Goo." To which we respond, "Because we are this toxic fandom. He was cool until the furries got to him and made him bar slop ICL."
And I don't know what those words mean either. But if whatever that means is true, then it shows that the fandom is somehow blaming Gummy Goo for the fact that that is true and blaming him for the fact that Pomny likes him over it.
So, we can be plenty toxic. Okay? Like, do you even know who you're talking to right now? I'm the guy who made the video that noticed that Jax and Scratch sound the same backwards.
>> Jax Scratch. Jack Scratch.
>> When Pomi says Jax's name backwards, it sounds like she's saying Scratch, which means that I'm at fault for the fact that the film theorist made a theory about Jax being Scratch. And the thing that solidified this idea for me was the fandom pointing out that when you play the clip of Pomni saying Jax's name from the episode 9 trailer backwards, it sounds like she's saying something else.
Listen.
>> Jax scratch.
>> Did you hear that? Here. Listen again.
>> Jax Scratch.
>> She's saying Scratch, which the community hated, even though it was a great theory. So, do you understand how toxic we can be now? And the thing that really pisses me off the most is that you would bring facts and logic and adult reasoning to this community. That is sick, man. That is really sick. How dare you say that Goose Works' response was fine. How dare you look at that and think, you know what, that's a pretty rational and adult response. BECAUSE THE FACT OF the matter is that if we as a fandom are upset about it, even if we're wrong, it doesn't matter. So, I hope you're proud of yourself, man. Yeah, okay, fine. Maybe we're not the most toxic fandom and maybe that's why I'm so upset about it. And maybe Goose Works response was fine and there's just a ton of voices out there that are so vocal and they're just kids that I think want to feel like they're a part of something. Like, we all know the people that went and sought out the leaks and then started cancing their movie tickets and talking about how much they hate the ending have no impulse control anyway.
So, yeah, maybe they're not representative of our full fandom. But so what? What if we want to be the most toxic fandom? Huh? Have you ever thought about that? Maybe we just want to fit in. I don't know. Maybe we just want to fit in. It's okay, man. Look, I'm sorry for crashing out on you. I'm just going through a really rough time right now, okay? Because the movie's been leaked and it's just a disaster. Yeah, movies get leaked all the time. That's the whole point, I guess. But I don't know.
This one felt different. You know, it felt like it was going to mean something for us. Like, yeah, there's toxic people online, but the wider community really loves this show so much and we're honestly so disappointed at the leaks and it really sucked the life out of all of us. And then I saw Moist Critical had posted about this and I thought, "Oh no, he's going to feed into the fact that people are hating so much on the Amazing Digital Circus leaks." And then I remembered that he's an adult. So, thank God for that cuz I was really worried that my job in defending everything about this fandom was going to be a lot harder. But the fact of the matter is he's right. One, this community is not the most toxic. But I will say that we are pretty frightened. I've noticed quite a bit of bullying going on in this community and then people being too afraid to speak up. And I think a lot of content creators are afraid to speak up against this wave of hatred in the community because they're afraid to be hated by it. But I was honestly really glad to see Charlie make that video because he has a lot of influence. And so it was really good to just see a rational viewpoint coming out from an outside perspective to see just how insane this drama has been. But putting that aside, the other thing I said is true. I know this has sucked the life out of so many people who really were looking forward to this movie or to the episode 9 release. And before seeing Charlie's video, I had actually decided that I wasn't going to make a leak video cuz I'd been pretty annoyed by the leaks, but not for the reason that you might think. You see, the thing is is that these leaks aren't real. And I'm not going to talk about any of the leaks or spoilers, so don't worry about that.
But the thing is is you don't really have to worry about these leaks anyway.
And put your keyboards away. I know you're already typing, "Well, it's 1 hour long. How could it not be real? Of course, it's so real. Look at it, bro.
It was released in Brazil." And blah blah blah blah blah. I get it. What I mean when I say that it's not real is that I think it actually is something that is released by Glitch, but that it was staged. And when I say think, I don't actually mean I think that. I mean I know that. But if these leaks have made you feeling like it's drained the enjoyment out of the amazing digital circus for you, I'm here to give you some hope. And I know I said the leaks are fake and I haven't seen them yet just because I actually do have impulse control. But the people with no impulse control have been in my comments and DMs telling me how wrong I have been about every single theory. And the funny part is is that I don't even get mad at them because the things that they are confirming have made me laugh out loud.
And I have seen enough screenshots at this point to verify that it likely has been released by Glitch. What you don't understand is that this has been the plan from the beginning. And Glitch is playing a long-term 4D chess, which might make you think, "Well, Danny, why would they do this just to get people to cancel their tickets and make distributors mad?" They're not doing that. The audience has always played a major part of the amazing digital circus whether you've realized it or not. And so I know the argument naturally is going to be Danny, how could that even be possible? Do you know how much money it costs to make a 1h hour animation just to fake leak it and own their community somehow and get people to cancel all the movie tickets? Like that makes no sense. And if you think about it from that perspective, then sure, yeah, I guess it doesn't make sense. But what you're not considering is the fact that they are thinking about more things than just that. And I'm not going to talk about the plot points that have been spoiled for me. But I will say if something has been spoiled for you, again, I hope this gives you hope that you haven't actually been truly spoiled about anything. But from what I've heard and the general sentiment online, people are talking about how it doesn't answer any of the questions that the show itself has set up. It shows only tangential references to the things that even the movie poster has set up. And people online wonder what happened between the quality of episodes 7 and 8 into episode 9. They're very confused.
And when you take those things into consideration, including the fact that the voice actors themselves have said that the ending is unpredictable and don't even try to predict it, there are things about this ending I don't think anyone would be able to predict if they tried >> because there are some things that are not really alluded to. How you think it is going to end is probably wrong.
>> You heard that. Hardcore Digital Circus fans, GET YOUR CORKBOARDS AND YOUR RED STRING READY.
>> ACTUALLY, don't because you're not going to be correct.
>> And for those that have seen the leaks, they've also said that was the most milk toast predictable ending I've ever seen.
It really starts to break down so easily, and that's why I don't have to see it in order to know it's fake. And so, while I know there are people out there that are still saying, "Cope, cope, cope. Danny's coping." I honestly don't know why I'm the only voice saying this. If I had to guess, I think it is because of the bullying of the community when people that are not as confident about this as I am try to voice their opinion and then get told, "Cope, cope, cope, cope." But I am positive plenty of you out there have thought this cannot be real. And have just been too afraid to say it. And I have an entire video about how this community acts very similarly to the yellow fish and the red fish in episode 7. And I'm honestly seeing this as the exact same pattern happening for this leak. There are definitely people in this community that feel like the leak can't be real, but there's nothing to dispute the fact that it's real. And so when the abrasive yellowfish of the Twitter community jump in front of your face and tell you that this is real and it's so lame and it's the worst thing ever and they're canceling their movie tickets, you might not be as confident as Pomney or myself.
And you might say, you know what, uh, I guess it is real. Because you are thinking about all of these logistical things like the 1h hour length of the video, knowing that it's real, knowing that it's real animation, knowing that it cost them a lot of money. And so even now, while you feel like what I'm saying probably is giving you a little more hope, you're still wondering about those things. And so, let's talk about it. The first thing I want to reiterate is the fact that this ending supposedly, again, I've never seen it, does not answer any of the major questions that the show has set up. So, that already puts a little bit of doubt in your mind. The second is that with that feeling is a similar feeling to episode 7. again, the one with the yellow and red fish and the fake cane adventure. And what I'm telling you right now is that the people that are falling for this that are cancelling their movie tickets over it is a cane adventure. The good ending of The Amazing Digital Circus. And you can quote me on this. You can quote me. I will ruin my entire YouTube career just to say these words if I am wrong. That is how confident I am about this. And the reason why I'm so confident is because I have spent months, countless hours studying this show. And when I tell you that this show is that deep, it truly truly is. And I know right now if you've seen any of my videos, you think of me as this insane theorist, but I honestly don't think of myself as a theorist. I think of myself as a teacher. And so, let me teach you something right now. When the pilot episode released, Goosework stated that The Stanley Parable guides everything that she creates. The Stanley Parable is a game where the narrator tells the player what they're doing before they do it. And so, the player naturally does those things. However, as you play the game more, you realize that you don't have to actually do what the narrator tells you to do. And so, then the narrator has to compensate for that and has to guide you back into a path that makes sense for the game. But what happens is that because of it, there are multiple endings to the game. And many people have pointed out the parallels to shows like The Good Place or I have also realized very recently that this show very much mirrors and mimics Undertale.
I mean, this one is so obvious too in retrospect. In episode 1, Pomney touches her face while looking at a mirror. And in episode 8, she does the same thing again. And there have been many popular posts doing the whole it's you and despite everything it's still you meme correlating that part back to Undertale which is not an accident. But not only that, episode 3 introduced the idea that in a cane adventure you can have a pacifist ending and other kinds of endings as well. And if you really slow down to think about what episode 3 was, Zuba was meant to be a vessel for the souls of the damned to leave Mildenhal Manor, which is effectively for the souls of the damned and escape the circus adventure. And then if you think about episode 7, what did we get as well? An escape the circus adventure that felt very off and very strange. I know the majority of the community has not realized this yet, but Glitch has put in an insane amount of work in episode 7 to make it feel exactly like episode 3. Uncomfortable. Every single person that was watching that episode felt uncomfortable and at the edge of their seat the entire time. And I say this confidently. I know we all felt that. The reason why is because Glitch curated that feeling. They made the digital circus itself feel like a haunted house. They made us feel uncomfortable. They reached into the level of the uncanny valley where even on multiple rewatches, people have not noticed this yet. And the only reason why I noticed is because I was editing a video and had to slow down and realize that there was a lot of weird shifting and moving and animation errors happening in the show that doesn't happen at that frequency. in other episodes. Go to any scene in episode 7 and notice the animation inconsistencies. You might think they're just weird animation rendering errors like Pomny's blush, and that might be a legitimate animation error. But any animator that has any sort of basic experience with 3D animation will tell you unequivocally that if they went and saw the many, many things that episode 7 did to shift around animation that those cannot be animation errors. That it would take an insane level of work and additional effort in order to create that feeling and not have anyone notice.
And I mention this because it goes to show the dedication that Glitch Productions has to this show because I know again the initial reaction is to say there's no way Glitch would put in this much time, this much effort, and this much money into the show just to have this fake leak 40 chess 1-hour long blah blah blah thing. And as somebody who has seen the level of dedication that Glitch is willing to put into this show, I am telling you right now with full confidence that when this show finishes, people will start to see it for what it truly is. It really is that deep. And not only is it that deep, it is way deeper than you thought it ever was. And I know there's still people out there saying, "Cope, cope, cope, coke. I can't wait for this guy to be proven wrong. I can't wait to see this guy's apology video. What you don't understand is that you're talking to the LeBron James of the Amazing Digital Circus and you're a middle schooler. And people that are out there asking me, Danny, when you're proven wrong, what will you do? Will you apologize? What will you say? And what I say to that is, yeah, if I'm proven wrong, I'll apologize. I'll say, yeah, I guess it wasn't that deep.
I overthought it. In the same way that LeBron James would be forced to say, "If a middle schooler beats you at a 1v one basketball game, will you concede your title?" I don't know anything about basketball. Okay? And I'm hoping that LeBron James isn't in some kind of controversy and that this actually lands. But the point I'm trying to make is that what you don't understand is that my knowledge and understanding of this show is so much deeper because I have not allowed myself to be bullied by the yellow fish of this community. And so I can be here saying this with full confidence in a way that no other theorist can say. So yes, I know that this leak is likely made by Glitch. And I also have 99% confidence that the cinematic showing of this movie will not be the thing that was leaked online and that the people online cancelling their movie tickets over this are either children in which case I hope they grow up someday or they are being influenced by children or they are adults that need to get their heads screwed in straight and you should not fear them because they're wrong and you have not been truly spoiled yet. And I believe that the ending of The Amazing Digital Circus, based off of the many connections that I have made in this show, will be incredible and will probably shock you and might involve quite a few monsters, by the way, and something that looks like this. And so you probably should just be aware of that before you go into the theater, especially if you think you've seen the leak and you think you know what is going on because what the leak is is the good ending. It is effectively the Amazing Digital Circus ending if a random fan wrote it, which is honestly why it feels so unfulfilling I think to a lot of people and why it also does feel kind of comforting for others. It's really interesting. There's a dichotomy between the people that truly hate it and other people that are like, you know what, I actually kind of liked it. So, I hope that those who liked it can enjoy it. And I hope that one day I will react to it. But I'm not going to watch it until the dust is settled. And the last thing I guess I want to say is that I do think that The Amazing Digital Circus ending will be insane. But they're themes that as somebody who has truly studied this show and seen how deep it is can call out very easily. There will be things like monsters, intense disassociation, metal and metallic objects as an important theme, including chroma and the split colors of chroma colors as it relates to this disassociation that I mentioned. Characters will find out that they're maybe not so different from Gummy Goo at all. And the Phantom as a whole will find out that the things that Goose Works has said online as a whole may not have been lies at all, but have been vague misdirection. And there will still be people that will be upset with the ending as a result. But I hope that when you realize these truths, you will be back here because I'm not sure how this is going to pan out. But I did mention The Stanley Parable and Undertale and multiple endings for a reason. I am extremely confident that this show will have multiple endings and that the true ending might be one that the community itself has to solve like an ARG leading to some kind of YouTube URL code that leads us to an unlisted video. And I know that sounds insane right now, but I'm planting this seed in your mind right now so that when it happens, you are ready to come back and start learning because I'll be here ready to teach. and I will happily accept anybody that has come back willing to see just how much they missed. But if you still doubt me, then I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Hey, Charlie, if you're still watching, that's kind of crazy, brother. But I love you. I love you, Charlie. And you know, you might like The Amazing Digital Circus more in a year when the fandom has realized just how insanely analytical and deep it is. So maybe I'll see you back then. Oh, and I know you've mentioned you like the Gaslight District more. I'm pretty positive they're both in the same universe. Although, I've never seen The Gaslight District, so I can't really tell. But, uh, let's just say I got a good gut feeling about it based on some other multiveres theories that I have about this show, cuz it's not the only one in this universe. And remember, Northpack, if you stay wild, you stay free. Adios.
