Here the answer is A and C only mass spectrometer and absorbance detectors which are best used for HLC.

[00:00:25]But why? Because mass spectrometer provides very high sensitivity and accurate compound identification in LCMS systems. LCMS is liquid chromatography mass spectroscopy systems. UV w absorbance detectors are the most commonly used detectors in HLC because they are sensitive and reliable. But thermal conductivity detectors and flame ionization detector as their name says are mainly used in gas chromatography not HLC. Thank you so much.
