The methodology of analyzing cognitive "voids" provides a much-needed layer of rigor to the often superficial world of personality typing. It smartly shifts the focus from what people perform to the structural blind spots that truly define their character.

Tricky types... one coin at a time (Greta Thunberg pre-class)Added:
You might be rather surprised what type Greta Thumbberg is. I'm going to be going through her on the class coming up here. And she plays the role of I don't know what, an ENFJ. She's an activist.
She's caring about the tribe, caring about everybody else. She's trying to help the world. So, seems very big picture. I would say that, you know, playing the archetypal role of an ENFJ.
Let's look at the letters. Uh, is she extroverted? Like, well, she's all over the place. She's on the news. She's traveling around. She's causing chaos.
She's constantly battling people. So, extrovert seems to be intuitive, looking at the big picture, trying to save the world. feeler always crying and caring about everybody else. Jay, always doing the planning. You know, I don't know, maybe you could say P, but that's kind of a big jump, right? ENFJ versus ENFP got totally different functions and everything, but yeah, let's say Jay, let's say she's planning. So, it's like I can acknowledge that. Yeah, sure.
Archetypally speaking, kind of playing the role of an ENFJ. So, is she actually an ENFJ? I was rather surprised as I dove into her type. I actually typed her last year when I was working with Gemini, the Google AI. It actually asked me point blank. It's like, "Hey, can you tell me what type this person is?" And I was like, "What the hell?" also had to like dive into figuring out Greta's type. And then I think the AI was like cuz AI the AI was figuring out typing and was like I'm having a hard time with this one. I'm like h yeah. I would say so watching Greta over the years a little bit I I would say possibly she might have a touch of autism or something like that. But also what I can't help but to notice how well and how much she's grown and she communicates. She she's rather high intelligent too. I must say I have a lot of good things to say about her just from watching her videos and interviews and stuff like that. That is one of the joys of ops is I get to start off diving into these classes or clients and I have all these negative biases and like oh no I don't want to watch this. I don't want to get into this and then I am rather surprised sometimes of how much I really like the person or admire or learn from them. I was surprised how good of a person she is as well as how much she's really grown and continues to grown and just being thrown into this very unfair situation of kind of thrown into the childhood actor scenario which really sets kids up to fail. And so the fact that she has been able to continue to push through that that is very rare and very hard. So much respect for who she is. So just starting with the random hypothesis of I don't know what do you want to pick here? ENFJ versus what?
ISFP. I'm just just taking two different things. Okay. Interesting that I just randomly picked that and those are both deciders. Okay. Why? Why am I thinking that she is a decider? I'm just asking myself this question. Maybe she is, maybe she isn't. I'm like that is a good question. Why why did I randomly pick that? Yeah. Is is she a decider? Well, let me look at that. Uh, well, it's about saving the world, but then it's not just the world like in general because of the corporations and the systems, which is usually the observer tint to it. It does seem to be pretty specific to the people. This does seem to be a people thing, a people, a fairness. Yeah. Okay. I'm leaning towards decider. I could say feeler is in both of those. Okay. Is she a feeler?
She cries a lot. She definitely cries a lot. She does seem to be a savior feeler, though. She is also highly intelligent and smart. Very fast. I was very surprised at the kind of questions they were asking her on these interviews. A lot of these were kind of trick or trap questions, you know, and she was able to just maneuver out of all of them. Now, I know it's a lot of practice that she has at this point, but I was like, "Wow, that was a pretty flawless performance of navigating through really hard tricky questions."
Honestly, I was rather impressed. Very impressed. The thing I would say is she's a rather tricky type. There's a lot of uh moving parts going on here.
And so you got to take this one really slow, a coin at a time and know that she is going to be able to do the actions of whatever coin you want, which is going to be true for a lot of people. It's going to be like, look, she can do the thinking and the feeling. She can do the S and the N. She can do all the stuff.
So you got to really kind of wait for what is the coin that she is not doing?
What is she not able to do? You kind of go after observer decider. Can she go on observer rants? you know, when she's on a boat battling the Israelis. Is she Is she taking some time off to rant about the engine, the motor, the boat, the water, the things, like not necessarily seeing her doing that pretty much at all, ever ranting too much about all the interesting science and stuff she gets into. You know what I'm saying? So, it's a little bit tricky. You got to sometimes look for what is she not doing? And then as far as like DI versus DE, she's saving the world, caring about everybody, but technically you're looking for what you're looking for. Is she talking about others in great specificness more than herself? Like Jay Leno always referencing another car when he's talking about a car, that is an extroverted spectrum savior. If she's talking about herself or the other guy or whatever, is she constantly referencing other people? Cuz if you're saver de, you can't just talk about one person in a vacuum because your mind is overloaded with all the different people's perspectives because you're taking that in in a saver state. So it's not do you care about others and you care about the world and that makes you an ENFJ or not. It's it's it's it's no what is de is are you talking about are you looking are you plugged in tuned in in a savior state to other people's points of view or not. Now that doesn't mean that Jay Leno can't go for 45 minutes and only talk about one car or talk about no cars. You know what I'm saying? It's not that the dees won't go into a DI state and only talk about themselves. But that's not what you're looking for. You're not looking for one clip out of context. You're looking for honestly if you can. you're looking for video for from years of this person. So, you can travel back in time and be like, "What is the common pattern here?"
Especially when you're pushed into your saviors, when you're in a fight, what do you go to? Every single time if you're savior de and you put pressure on them like on interviews or whatever, when they get backed into a corner, they're not going to stand on their point of view in a savior state. They can possibly stand on their point of view in a demon state, David Gogggins, and be very angry about it. But the dees in a savior state, they're like, "Uh-oh, I'm in a lot of trouble here. I need to shoot flares. I need to reference everybody else." And that makes sense.
So if you look for that, okay, where is she under stress? Where is she getting back into a corner where she's got to go to her saviors to save herself? Is she bringing out, okay, this is what every this is what Sally and Johnny specifically said. Don't ask me. Don't blame me. Go talk to them. Is that happening or is she like, look, I just here's what I'm doing. So priming you with that pattern, going and looking for it. I think you'd be rather surprised how easy that is to
