[00:00:31]Where he takes to the phone to let people know uh we might have to look back at the Civil Rights Movement to see some similarities with Chud the Builder's case and what was happening to people of opposite color of white back then. It's happening to Chud now. It's basically it's it's precisely reverse racism.

[00:00:52]Let's listen to this phone call from the jail cell.

[00:00:58]>> The forbidden fountain today is the blacks only word fountain.

[00:01:03]Equal water, equal words, no skin color based division.

[00:01:10]>> Chud the Builder >> is calling you from Montgomery County Jail.

[00:01:28]So, I've been thinking of some of the criticism that I get and um it just reminds me of the Civil Rights activists who drank from the whites only fountain.

[00:01:42]And you know, like what if you could give that guy a camera and send him with the news reporter all over the place and live stream it.

[00:01:51]It'd be the exact same thing except, you know, it's it'd be a black dude saying, "Look at this dude tripping out. All I'm doing is drinking from this fountain.

[00:02:00]And you know, that that single act changed a full system that was built upon racial separation.

[00:02:07]And we were taught in schools that the civil rights era ended that division.

[00:02:12]Yet, today, instead of water, it's words.

[00:02:18]You know, some some words can only be said by certain people with a certain skin color.

[00:02:22]And if you cross that line from the wrong side, you're getting harassed, attacked, and even starved.

[00:02:29]And you know, my streams, I crossed that line.

[00:02:33]I refused to follow the unwritten rule that only certain people with a certain skin color get to say certain things.

[00:02:39]And I never went out looking for trouble. I just won't accept different speech rights based on the color of my skin.

[00:02:46]And people blame me for poking the bear.

[00:02:49]That's what they say.

[00:02:50]I'm poking the bear. And instead of blaming me for poking the bear, why don't we all drive the bear out of our cities and back to the forest where it belongs?

[00:02:59]The bear being this angry woke mob who will punish you for refusing to be separated by the color of your skin.

[00:03:07]You know, true progress means same rules for everyone, no matter what color your skin is.

[00:03:13]And my streams were just a test to see if we're going to remove that bear from our cities or keep letting it roam.

[00:03:18]And so far, well, you see what's going on.

[00:03:29]>> I cannot teach anybody not to chimp out.

[00:03:32]I can only make them think.

[00:03:34]>> If you guys don't know, well, let me give you some updates. He's still being held on a $1 million bond. Bond reduction was denied early June 2026. He faces serious charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony.

[00:03:51]The charges stem from a shooting outside of Montgomery County Courthouse on May 13th, 2026, where Chad and another man were both shot.
