Jesus teaches that the harvest is now, not four months away, and believers should actively engage in kingdom work rather than waiting passively; true spiritual fulfillment comes from doing God's will and sharing faith with others, not from receiving blessings without giving.

Victory Church | Saturday Morning PrayerAdded:
Well, good morning friends. Come on. If we can stand, let's stand to our feet this morning. Yeah. Come on. I love that. The Lord deserves the praise.
Oh, we just give you the glory, the honor. God, you are so good. And we say thank you.
>> We say thank you, >> Lord. We love you.
>> I want to read this scripture over you in Philippians 4. It's honestly one of my favorite verses in the whole Bible.
Philippians verse 4 6 and 7. This is out of the Passion translation and it says, "Don't be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing.
be saturated in prayer >> throughout each day, >> offering your faithfilled requests before God with overflowing gratitude.
Come on, somebody say overflowing gratitude.
Tell him every detail of your life.
>> Then God's wonderful peace >> that transcends human understanding will guard your heart and your mind.
through Christ Jesus. God, we come to you in the place of prayer.
With hearts open, hands lifted, with a praise of gratitude on our lips, we bring you these requests, knowing that you love to hear them, but that you also love to hear words and praise and songs of gratitude, God. And we just say right now, thank you. Can we just tell him thank you?
Thank you for who you are. Thank you for all you've done.
>> All my words fall short. Come on, let's sing this together.
I've got nothing new.
How could I express all my gratitude?
I could sing these songs as I often do.
Every song must sing and you never do. Come on, let's lift our hands and sing this. So I throw up my hands and praise you again and again.
Cuz all that I have is a hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
I've got one response.
I've got just one move.
With my arms stretched wide, I will worship you.
Oh, I throw up my hands and praise you again and again.
Cuz all that I have is a hallelujah.
And I know it's not much. Have nothing else fit for a king except for a heart. Sing it all.
Hallel.
Come on, let's sing that again. So I throw up my hands and praise you again and again.
All that I have is a heart.
Hallelujah.
Hallelu.
And I know it's not much. I'm nothing else fit for a king except for a heart singing hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Come on, let's lift up a shout of praise.
Come on, sing this with us. Come on, my soul. Don't you get shout me. Lift up your song cuz you got a lion inside of those lungs. Get up and praise the Lord.
Come on my soul, don't you get shy of me. Lift up your song cuz you got a lion inside of those lungs. Get up and praise the Lord.
Oh yeah. Come on my soul or don't you get shout me. Lift up your song. Cuz you've got a lion inside of those arms. Get up and praise the Lord.
Yeah.
Come on my soul. Don't you get shy. Lift up your song cuz you've got a lion inside of those arms. Get up and praise the Lord. Oh, praise the Lord.
So I throw up my hands and praise you again and again.
cuz all that I have is a we'll sing that outlit for a king except for a heart singing hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Oh.
Oh.
Oh. Come on. Let's praise him today.
Oh.
Oh.
Oh.
Thank you, Jesus, for how you love.
I know I don't deserve it.
I'm overwhelmed with worship.
Thank you, Jesus.
You are enough.
Out of the heart that's grateful.
I say, "Thank you, Lord.
Thank you, Jesus, for how you love.
I know I don't deserve it, but I'm overwhelmed with worship.
Thank you, Jesus.
You are enough out of a heart that's grateful.
I say thank you, Lord.
We say thank you, Lord.
Tell him you're grateful, Lord.
Tell him you're grateful.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
You've been so good.
That's who you are.
My soul responds with joyful songs.
I lift my Come on, lift those hands in gratitude.
All I can say is thank you. All I can say is thank you.

Oh, what a God you are. Thank you, Lord.
>> Let's Let's sing. Who thought I'd find you at the lowest place? Who thought I'd find you at the lowest place?
Who thought you'd feel me in the crowd?
Thank you, Lord.
And who knew you'd make good of my mistakes?
You're nothing like I thought you were.
You're better.
What a God. What a God. Come on. Who's thankful this morning? Thank you, Jesus.
What a God. What a God.
Oh, it's who you are. What a God. What a God. Every voice said, "You're faithful, God." What a God. What a God.
And I thought you showed for perfection cuz what kind of God looks for the lost?
And they say it's over for sinners.
Oh, but you said no it's not. No, it's not. Thank you, Jesus.
And you said, "No, it's not. No, it's not."
What a God. What a God.
What a God. What a God.
What a God. What a God.
What a God. What a God.
What a God. What a God.
We're thankful. What a God. What a God.
And if the highest place I reach is at your feet. Come on. Then I've done it all. If the best thing that I've seen is your glory, then I've seen it all.
Your love has changed my life. Forever.
Satisfied.
God, you are my most sing. Thank you, Jesus. The highest place I reach is at your feet. Then I've done it all. If the best thing that I've seen is your glory.
Then I've seen it all.
Your love has changed my life. Forever satisfied.
You are my one word. If one word is the only thing you speak, then I've heard it all. If I feel your heart and never see your hand, I still have it all.
No treasure of this life could ever satisfy God. You are my everything.
You are my everything.
You are my What a God. What a God.
What a God. What a God.
What a God. What a god.
What a god. What a god.
And if the highest place I reached is high, then I've done it all. If the best thing that I've seen is your glory.
Then I've seen it all.
Your love has changed my life forever satisfied.
You are my everything you give me. You are my everything.
Thank you Lord. You are my everything.
You are >> everything.
>> Yes, you are.
>> You are my everything.
Come on, keep singing that. You are my everything.
You are my everything.
>> Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. You are everything.
We thank you, Jesus.
We come to you this morning, God, with worship in our hearts, with worship on our tongues.
God, you are everything.
You are everything, God.
We acknowledge today, God, that you are above all things.
that you reign above all.
Father, Son, Holy Spirit, you are the holy union above all. You reign above all.
We honor you today. We worship you today. We bless your name today. You are the Holy Trinity that we submit ourselves to, that we submit our lives to.
And we come to you today, God, engaging in your heart, engaging in your presence, leaning into what you have for us today.
We acknowledge today, God, that you are Jehovah Elellion. You are the Lord most high.
Come on. We submit our lives to you.
We open ourselves up to you this morning, God, and with surrender in our hearts, God, and we say, "Have your way in us this morning. Pour out your spirit upon us this morning."
God, we desire you.
We desire more of you, God.
Less of ourselves and more of you today, God.
Would you fill us with your presence?
Fill us with your spirit, God. Fill us with a fresh anointing this morning. A fresh spirit this morning.
Renew our hearts. Renew our minds this morning.
Have your way in us, God.
We thank you that you are Jehovah Shama.
You are the Lord who is near. You are the Lord who is present.
So we lean into your presence this morning.
We thank you, God, for who you've called us to be. We thank you that you've called us to be worshippers, intercessors, God. You've called us to be a people who is devoted to prayer, God.
Devoted to your presence, and desperate for your presence.
So God, as we engage in your heart this morning, draw near to us this morning.
Draw near to us as we draw near to you.
May we not leave this room the same way that we came in this morning.
Would you fill us, God? Fill us with what we need this morning.
As we give you praise, as we lift you up this morning, as we bring our petitions to you this morning and our prayers to you this morning, we come with expectation.
Expectation that you are moving on our behalf.
>> Expectation that you're moving through your angels in our lives and through this earth.
We need you, God.
>> We need your presence in our lives. We need your guidance in our lives.
Lord, >> so God, today we ask that you would increase our faith, fortify our faith, strengthen our faith in you, God.
Strengthen our trust in you, God.
God, we rely on your on our obedience, your obedience, God, in our lives.
We rely on that, Lord, because we need you to lead us and guide us, God.
So, we thank you this morning. We thank you that your presence is here. We thank you for the indwelling of your spirit, the outpouring of your spirit. We receive you this morning.
We receive the spiritual transformation that you have for us this morning.
in our hearts and our minds.
God, fill us with the mind of Christ this morning.
Fill us with the mind of Christ.
I pray that our minds are anointed this morning.
I pray that we have right thinking this morning, that we have right perspective this morning.
God, would you realign our thoughts?
Reshape our focus so we're in alignment, God, with your will.
So we are in alignment with how you're moving in our in our lives and in this earth.
God, would you open our spiritual eyes this morning so we may see what you are doing in us? How you desire to use us, the assignments that you've called us to step into.
God, I pray that you would remove the hesitation from our lives.
Remove the fear and the timidness from our lives.
God, you've not given us a spirit of fear or timidity, but you've given us power. You've given us love. You've given us discipline, a sound mind.
So God, we receive that gift. We receive your promise and your truth.
We declare that right now that we will not walk with a spirit of fear. I don't know. I'm sensing that this morning. But we will not walk with the spirit of fear. We will not be hesitant to the purpose, to the call, to the assignment that you've called us to.
We will not be timid.
We will take on the mantle of a warrior.
God, I declare God, we declare right now that we will walk in your power, that we will walk in your love. Teach us and show us how to do that, oh God, for you are our God. That's what your word says.
That your gracefulness of your Holy Spirit would lead us and guide us and teach us and reveal your heart to us. So God, we're reminding you of that today as you fill us, God, with your spirit, as you pour your spirit out upon us, reveal the heart of the father. Reveal your heart to us.
Open up our eyes, God.
Open up our our ears, God, so that we may hear, so that we may perceive what you're doing, how you're moving, how you're shifting, how you're flowing, God.
Our heart's desire is to flow with you, to move with you, have your way.
We surrender ourselves to you.
We lay it down, God, this morning.
We give ourselves up.
May we die to our flesh by submitting to your word by submitting to your way.
God, fill us.
Lead us into your righteousness, God, into your holiness, God.
So God, as we are walking the earth, God, as we are walking in our communities, God, as we are walking on our jobs, as we are walking in our neighborhoods, God, we are reflecting who you are. We are reflecting your presence.
We thank you for it today.
We don't take it lightly that we are your sons and your daughters.
So heavenly father today we just declare right now that you are lord over our lives that you are king of kings and we love you in the same way that you pour out your spirit upon us.
God, I pray that we will pour out our worship, our surrenderance, our obedience to you in Jesus name.
Holy Spirit, come on. Let's, if you're able, let's lift up our hands. Holy Spirit, I welcome you in this house.
Holy Spirit, let your kingdom come. Let your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven. And we invite the spirit of the living God to dwell among us, to stir up our hearts, to fan into flame the gift of God that's inside us, to to stir our heart, to love Jesus more, to open up our ears to hear Jesus more, to open up our mouth, to worship Jesus louder and clearer and more truth, God, to remove even right now, God, I pray that you would remove the cloudiness from our mind, the confusion inside of our hearts, God.
God, we're in a world that is just full of deceit and lies and darkness, but there's clarity in the light. There's clarity in the presence of God. And I just feel like we need to pray this. TJ alluded to it right now, God. We we lay down our weapons, God, that we've been fighting against you with. There's some things that you've been trying to accomplish in this church or in our families and our own hearts. We've been arguing with you about it. Right now, in your presence, God, we lay down our weapons and say, "You're always right.
Even if we don't understand it, God, we trust the Lord. You're always right.
God, right now, we want to come into alignment. Full alignment with the mind of God. Full alignment with the kingdom of God. Full alignment with the plans of God. Even right now, God, I pray that you would transform us. That you would renew our minds. That we would no longer be conformed to the pattern of this world, the way that this world works.
God, and we're praying even right now that victory would be a kingdom people.
And we would think in kingdom ways, God, that we would think kingdom thoughts. We would live kingdom lives. That our lives would be marked not by confirmation, but transformation, God, that we are not who we used to be. We don't think the way that we used to think. We don't act the way that we used to act because we have a new master now. We we belong to a new family now. We are new people now. And God, we thank you for the new life. We thank you for new life all because of Jesus. God, I thank you for this journey you've been sparking in John as we've been going to from the the in the beginning all the way to to Kaa and the the the the wedding and the and the feast to to Nicodemus and now we've been sitting with the woman at the well. God, I thank you for the depths of scripture.
right now, Father, just this victory. We say thank you for the truth of scripture, for the deep wells of the word of God.
If we ever want to know what the will of God is, we can go to the word of God.
God, I just speak on behalf of victory, God. We thank you for the word of God.
It is our anchor, God, in a in a deceitful wavefilled world. We have the truth of God that does not have shadow in it. It is not shift and change like everything else. God, we see it in social. We see it in culture. We see it in Washington. God, ever people's opinions change all the time. But God's truth never changes. And so we build our life on the truth of God that does not change. God, we proclaim that that victory is a church that our families are families that are built on the solid rock, the firm foundation, the neverchanging truth that the grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of God endures forever. It's a safe place to build our lives on. So, we thank you for your word. And this weekend, we're in John 4:34. It's one of my favorite sayings that Jesus says. He says, "My food is to do the will of the one who sent me." My food is to do the will of the one who sent me. And he throws on something else which I love.
And to finish the work.
And to finish the work.
My my food, my satisfaction, my soul's delight. How I get fed. Come on, guys. How how I get satisfied.
living a satisfied life is found in doing the will of the father and finishing his work. And then the question is what is the work? He says in the next verse he says you guys have this saying this farming saying that it's it's four months until the harvest.
In other words, like the the farmers plant and now you got time just to relax and just kind of sit back and enjoy your life. He said, "No, no, no, no, no. The lift up your eyes. Lift up your eyes. I want you to look out at what God's doing in your world right now. The fields are white for the harvest. It's not four months of just relaxing. You don't have four months to sit back. It's not time to to to to press your foot on the brake. It's actually time to press your foot on the gas pedal. It's time to get back in the race. It's not time to sit back. It's time to lean in. It's time to be about the father's business.
And so, God, this weekend we embrace that, God. I pray that you would impart that mentality. You would impart that spirit into victory. God. In fact, right now, I rebuke the spirit of laziness, the spirit of lethargy, the spirit of apathy, God, that tries to come upon the people of God that we just got all the time in the world. We'll just wait another 6 months. We'll just Here's what we hear as pastors. Well, I just I'm just waiting until my kids get a little bit older. I'm just I'm going to wait till I graduate this. Well, I'm just going to wait till I get married. I'm going to wait until this. I'm going to And Jesus cuts right through that. He says, "What are you talking about? You don't have four months into the harvest.
The harvest is now. Get to work now. I don't care if you're a middle school student. God, we bless our middle school students to start serving and leading now. Be about the kingdom business now or high school students. There's no junior Holy Spirit to be about the kingdom now or young adults to get in the game now. God, anybody who's sitting on the sidelines making excuses just well will a season of rest turned into a decade of rest. God, I pray they get back in the race. It's not about four months into the harvest. The harvest is now. And God, right now, we acknowledge as a church that there is a sovereign move of God in the world right now that includes Atlanta. And there's a there is an openness, a receptivity to the gospel that I have not seen in my lifetime.
I've heard of it in the Jesus people movement about 50 or so years ago. But God, there's a movement right now. And so, victory says, "Thank you for the movement." And God, we don't want to sit by and watch you do a work of God. We want to get involved in the work of God, God. We want to get in the river. We we we want to get in what you're already doing instead of just kind come over here and bless what we're doing, God. We want to get involved in what you're already blessing. And so, God, we say, "Thank you for the sovereign move of God." I pray that we would jump in with both feet and kingdom work because Jesus says it. He says, you know what is the the my food is to do the will of the one who sent me and to finish the work.
What's the work? Souls. It's souls.
What is it? is souls.
He actually says that in that same passage. He says there's there's the time is here when the one who sws will be overtaken by the one who reaps.
In other words, there's this supernatural thing that literally as the seed is going into the ground, it's immediately turning into a harvest and the person's coming. It's it's it's sovereign. It's supernatural. It's not, well, you planting four months later.
No, no, no, no. You put it in the ground and immediately something happens. And and God, I I believe that God, that's the type of God that we have. That that's the type of kingdom that we belong to. That's the type of faith that we want to operate in. And so God, it is my prayer right now, this weekend as this word goes out across all the campuses, God, that victory would would lean forward.
We'd get back in the game.
Would would get back into kingdom work because your food, our food is to do your will, God. And what I see right now, and I've experienced in my own life in seasons, is a lot of discontentment in the heart. A lot of Christians, there's this old saying that most people live lives of quiet desperation.
That yes, we're born again. Yes, we come in and and and go to church. Yes, we even may come into Saturday morning prayer. But, Father, there's a problem when we turn into a reservoir instead of a river. There's a problem when all we're doing is receiving. We're just receiving. We're receiving. And we live in a podcast generation. Another 60-second Tik Tok. We're receiving.
We're listening to more worship songs.
We're receiving. We're receiving. But it never passes through us. It just goes to us. It never goes through us. And so what happens is, yes, we're born again.
Yes. The hand of God is upon our life.
Yes. Yes. Yes. It's all beautiful. Yes, we have eternal life. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Yes. But there's still this silent desperation inside of us because we're not involved in the kingdom work. And so our soul isn't eating in the right way.
We don't have what we we would call a balanced diet, which is receiving and giving. And so a lot of people, I heard Pastor Dennis say this for years, we're faith potatoes. We're fat in our faith because we never exercise our faith because we never do anything with our faith. And we turn into consumers instead of contributors. And so, Father, I'm praying that you would open up the dam at the end of our reservoir this weekend, that God, all the blessing that you've been pouring into us, God, it would actually open up and we would begin sharing it with the world. We wouldn't just keep all of your blessing to ourselves, but we would actually be a people who bless the world. Why? Because your food, our food is to do the will of God.
and and and Father, there I I pray right now that people this weekend would start to get content back in their heart because they're involved in the kingdom work again. That people would start being like, "Oh, this is what I was made for." Right? Everybody wants the anointing, but why would God put the anointing on somebody who's not going to do anything with it? And so, God, we we want to we want to be people about the father's business, involved in kingdom work. And so, I'm praying that in three specific areas right now. God, I pray that there would be people by the masses who would get back involved in serving and in leading here in the local church.
Serving and leading. I got this number from TJ yesterday here just at Norcross for one weekend. 675 people serve 600. And there's a problem when a lot of people come in and just watch everybody serve and they don't do anything. So God, right now I'm praying for the people, God, who are just kind of coming in by the masses and are consuming and consuming and consuming, but inside they're unsatisfied because they're not about the father's work. And so, Father, I'm praying that you would move on the hearts that are sitting on the sidelines this weekend to begin getting in the game. And I pray by the masses that people would sign up to serve this weekend and become go through discover victory, do whatever they got to do to start getting back in the game.
God, for people who've been just serving for a really long time or maybe attending a small group for a really long time and it's time for them to step up into leadership. God, I pray that there there probably about 50 potential leaders inside this room even right now.
And God, I pray that we would stop just saying, "Well, then this happens. Well, when I finally get the new job or I finally do this or when I finally feel ready." No, no, no. It's not four more months to the harvest. It's now. The harvest is now. And so God, I pray that the a blessing of the mantle of leadership, God, upon those who are called in this house that we would step up into that, God, right now we we we we say that we are who you say we are and we can do what you say we can do. So we're not going to hide behind insecurity. We're not going to hide behind fear, God. We're going to press forward in faith to be the house of leadership, to be the leaders that you've called us to be. And I know what that feels like. I know that what that fear feels like. And so right now, God, we I pray right now we call Come on, victory. Take 30 seconds. God, we call up new leaders into this house. New leaders, new spiritual leaders, new leaders in small groups to make disciples, new leaders in our departments, God, to to lead the teams that make the weekends happen, new leaders in young adults, new leaders in youth, God, people who who would lead the way for the next generation. God, I pray that mantle of leadership in Jesus name. We rebuke the spirit of fear, God.
That that spirit of uh insecurity, that that thing that I'm not good enough, God, without you, we none of us have nothing, can do nothing. We are nothing.
But with Christ, all things are possible. God, we can step up.
God, we're not trying to wear Saul's armor. God, there's unique gifting on every single person inside this space.
And so, God, I pray a fresh wave of serving and leading in Jesus name.
God, I also pray a fresh wave of generosity upon this house, God, to be involved in kingdom work there. There we need to begin adding mission to our money.
That money inside our hands, we we we need it. Its bills, it's it's Starbucks.
It's whatever. But as soon as money touches God's hands, it turns into souls. And so, Father, may we get that perspective that money in our hand is very temporal, but money in God's hands is eternal. And we, this is one of our things is there's so many people that they're not um they're not fulfilled inside their heart because they're spending all their money on themselves.
And and we're we're curious why that doesn't work. And so, we just think, well, we need more. That's not what it is. Even if we barely have any, if we'll put it into God's hands, it'll always be enough.
And so God, I'm praying right now on the other side of this weekend, Father, that there would be a a a a buy in to your call to tithe inside victory. God, everybody who calls victory home would be a tither.
I know it's impossible with man, but it's possible with God. I pray that everybody who calls victory home. That we would have 100% of people tithing.
100% of people tithing.
I know that God doesn't need our money.
The church can use the money for souls, but we need to give. We need to be involved in this. We need Why? Because wherever our treasure is, there our heart will be also. God, I'm praying for new buyin to giving offerings and missions and blessing the world around us, our family back home, whatever it is, but as offerings, not as our tithe, our offerings, our free will offerings.
God, there's these projects that we need to accomplish here at Victory. God, I'm praying for fresh buy into these things instead of just saying, "I'm just going to give my my to my thing over here."
No, God, we want to give to your thing.
God, we want to give to souls because that's where the heart starts to come alive again. If we actually are looking for fulfillment in this life, it's not going to come by buying another shiny thing. It's going to come from being involved in kingdom business. And so, we want to add mission to our money. And God, I'm also praying for a fresh wave of evangelism inside of this house, God, that to to put Jesus into everything that we do. God, right now, I come against that mentality that says, "Well, the only way to evangelize is I have to quit my job and go on staff at a church and become a pastor." No, no, no, no, no. 95% 98% of Christians will never work on a on a church staff. And so, we're called to bring Jesus into our neighborhoods.
We're called to bring Jesus into our workplace. We're called to bring Jesus into our conversations, into our social, to bring him everywhere that we go.
That's what the woman at the well does.
She puts down her jar and she runs back into town and says, "Come see a man."
That's one of my favorite lines in the whole Bible. Come see a man.
That's that's our God. That's our language. Could we be Could that just be what we say? I've just met a man who changed my whole life. Come see him. Can I lead you to him? And what it is is that the old saying is is we're just beggars trying to show other beggars where the bread is. I think in this story, we're just other thirsty people showing the other thirsty people where the water is. It's Jesus. And when this woman had met Jesus, she puts her old jar down and just runs back into town cuz she doesn't need that thing anymore.
And she says, "Hey guys, let me show you where the real satisfaction is. Let me show you where the real joy is." And father, I I know this. I know this. If victory actually starts getting in the business of as the people leading people to faith in Jesus, we'll never be hungry another day in our life. There's nothing more satisfying to the soul than leading men and women and children to faith in Jesus Christ. And so God, I I I know this. Our food is to do the will of the one who sent us, our food. And so God, we need to start eating. We need to start eating. We need to start eating kingdom things. instead of trying to rely on natural things. We need kingdom things. And so God, in this spark it today, spark it this weekend, God, that people would get involved in serving and and and leading. That people would get back involved in giving. Pastor Dennis has said that for a long time that money is the last thing we give and the first thing we take away from the Lord. And so God, I'm praying that people would get back in the game. Activate the power of the resources that God has already put inside our hands. And God, then we would translate Jesus into everything that we do. God, that we wouldn't be secret Christians. We wouldn't be quiet Christians. God, we would be known as people who have life. That people would know if their marriage is struggling, they know who they can come to. God, there's people who are about to get into travel ball this this summer. God, that doesn't mean that we just completely check out right now. I ble, in fact, I bless the families of the church.
Anybody who's going to get into that travel ball world, I'm not the biggest fan of it, but here it is. But if any family is going to get involved with that or maybe be traveling just a lot in in in wherever they go, God, I pray that they would be the pastor of the ball field, that they'd be the pastor of their vacation. They'd be the pastor of their family overseas. They'd be the p they'd be the ones bringing Jesus wherever they go. May we not just come here and sit in a seat and wait for somebody else to talk about Jesus. May we carry Jesus everywhere we go. And God, right now we receive the call of victory to put our jars down and to run back into our village, whatever our village is, and to say, "Come meet a man. Come see a man." Could he actually be the Messiah? I want you to I want to introduce you to him. God, may we do these things for your fame, for your glory, for your name, for your honor, and for the fulfillment of the souls of the church. God, of our souls. I pray that we'd be entering into a new season, God, of feasting.
Feasting. Why? Because our food is to do the will of the one who sent us. May we be about kingdom business all for the glory of Jesus. Amen and amen.
Thank you, Lord.
Jesus, more of you, Jesus.
Lord, I I we just come in agreement with that. And I just thank you that uh this weekend, people are coming from all over the city to each of our campuses to hear your word. They don't all have high expectation because of things that are going on in their lives. Because of that, Lord, they can't hear you.
They're deaf. And so, I'm praying for all the deaf ears in our church. Praying for all the hardened hearts, all the people who've allowed the things of the world to cloud out the things of God in their lives. Jesus, I'm praying this weekend there's such a strong presence of God that you would break through all those places of deafness and hardness and open up the hearts of our people right now to receive what you have to say to us. I pray Lord that our people have ears to hear and eyes to see what the spirit of the Lord is saying in these last days.
Would you awaken our people internally, Lord, to the reality of where we are with you? The timetable of the return of Jesus, the events of the world, what's going on around us, Lord, is all pointing towards your sooncoming return.
And we embrace that. We we say Lord come come to the earth and come back. But in the midst of this Lord you you said there would be a great outpouring over the earth of evangelism that there would be a great coming into the kingdom in the last day. And so we just pray that Jesus that your church is being mobilized not just here at victory but throughout our city throughout our country. Lord the church is being mobilized to bring in the harvest. It's a hard one of the hardest things for pastors to come to grip with is every Sunday they meet with their people and then their people go back and don't do anything with what they just heard. They just forget it. They're not doers of the word, not this church, God, not this city, not this place, Lord. I pray that not this place. Our people are known in the city for being doers of the word.
Our church is known for being servants in the community. Lord, let it continue to increase, not just here at Norcross, but all across our city right now in Jesus' name. Let the Midtown campus capture this essence. Let the North Cobb C campus capture this essence. Let our Hamilton Mill campus capture this essence. And let our online campus even capture this essence. Jesus, we pray for the anointing on each of the people that are speaking this weekend that you would bring a fresh anointing on their lives to speak the word of God with boldness, with clarity, with a flow that's obviously anointed. And thank you, Lord, that the people that are coming in this, this is a busy season where people are distracted, but people are coming right now. I call them out of their distraction. I call them out of their lethargies just like Johnson pray. We call them break that procrastinating spirit off of them. And today is the day Lord that you are going to speak to your church tonight, tomorrow. You're going to speak deeply to your church, Jesus.
There is a deep well that you want to draw out of the hearts of our people.
And we pray that over them right now in Jesus' name.
Thank you, Jesus.
Lots of people joining the server in the church. Lots of people starting to tithe. Lots of people starting to break free from fear of man and evangelize their communities in Jesus' name.
Hallelujah.
We love you Lord. We praise you for that in Jesus name.
>> In Jesus name.
Amen.
I want to pray into uh he last weekend the Lord began to do a work across all of our campuses and the spirit of God just fell upon the people and just even this morning. Um I just I want to share something with you that the Lord shared with me last week that is important because uh many of you you are here every weekend and that's this. As intercessors, we pray on Saturday morning which paves way for the weekend.
But when you come in on Sunday morning or Saturday night, we need you to join in prayers even in that moment because Johnson, Pastor Dennis, my whoever the campus pastors are praying, but last weekend, even as we were praying and just for the spirit of God to fall, the Lord was like, "Summer, I need my intercessors not to just pray on Saturday morning, but they need to join together on Sunday morning and Sunday night." And so God did a lot of work last week. I want to pray that he continues to move this weekend. Uh we saw uh this we saw people get healed. We got pe we saw people the spirit of God arrested them where people are repenting. Uh and it wasn't that they had to come down to the altar like the Lord was arresting them up into the stadium seating. But it's from that what the Lord did last week and the Lord the Lord wants to continue to do his work this week. So let's just pray into that together. Father, I thank you for you who've begun a good work are faithful to complete it. And what you did last week, Lord, I think you was just a springboard and a launching pad for people this weekend that as their hearts have already been softened for the gospel, as they met you last weekend, that Lord, this weekend as they hear the come and see, Lord, as they hear to go share their faith, that there would be a boldness, that there would be an excitement, Lord God. For Father, it it is it is not for us to contain the presence of God. It's not for us to to hoard just within ourselves, Lord. It is that all would come to know you. And so, Lord, right now, as the intercessors of your church, Father, I thank you that you are paving a way. We come together in agreement, Lord. and those that don't know you, Father, we ask that this weekend they would encounter you, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, that Lord, any area, Lord, any spirit of fear, any spirit of shame, Lord God, or confusion, we bind it in the name of Jesus. And God, I thank you. You are the way. You are the truth. You are the life. And so, it's not about serving many gods. It's about serving one God.
But this God, you Jesus, there is something that happens when we encounter you. So I thank you that even this weekend as people come and they hear the word that Lord, it would just build off all of these things that we've heard in the book of John with the woman at the well that Lord God, it wouldn't just be another day of of information, but it would be revelation. And it would be transformational that they would hear the word and Lord that they would want to get plugged in if they aren't serving because they want others to see Lord Jesus who you are. They want to be an example for you that Lord their hearts would be open to giving for you so love God so loved the world. You gave your only son. So how much more can we give Lord you gave life your life for us. So even in that that people would expand that their hearts, Lord, we just pray that their hearts would be expanded with the ability to love and the ability to sacrifice.
The ability to sacrifice it can be easy to sacrifice during the week because I want this item or I want that item. But God, we pray for just an arresting in people's spirit. they would begin to sacrifice their fleshly desires because the kingdom of God is greater.
That they would seek first the kingdom of God, not seek first uh the worldly pleasures, knowing that as they seek first the kingdom of God, all things are added to them.
So Lord, I thank you that even this weekend as people come, Lord, here's what we know. With the woman at the well, as all these things happen, as Jesus had these conversations with her, she ran back into the town. She didn't walk. She didn't say, "Let me take an hour." She didn't say, "Let me go tomorrow or the next day." No, there was an urgency in her. An urgency in her.
And what we know is that when we encounter you, something transforms and transpires on the inside of us. And so, Father, I thank you that this weekend there would be an urgency within the body of Christ across all of our campuses that Lord, people would wake up to the reality even that whether it's a family member, their neighbor, their co-orker, a child, that they would truly not just go, "Oh, one day maybe they'll find Jesus." But Lord, that there would be an urgency in them to share the gospel, to share the love, to share their testimony, to go and tell, not to be condemning, but to go and tell of the mighty works of what you've done in their life, Lord.
Oh, it's your desire that all would come to know you, Lord Jesus.
So, Father, even in that as this urgency rises up this weekend in the people of God to go and tell, to go and share, Lord, that they would do it with a spirit of love, with a spirit of humility, not a spirit of condemnation, not a spirit of religion, but Lord, truly, this is who Jesus is.
This is who my Jesus is. This is how he transformed my life. So Lord, I just bless the people of God in this room and those that are coming and those that are going to encounter you to have an extra another encounter this weekend, Lord, to have a new revelation even of what it means to be in partnership with you, for you to be Lord of their life. You're not standing there with a clipboard going check, check, check, check. No, Lord, that they would truly encounter you, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, a God of love. You are just, we talked about that last week. And just as God is love, God is light, and you are spirit. So, Father, that people would begin to encounter you all ways according to the Bible.
Not just one specific way, but always.
Lord, we look at all these other uh there's other religions who are quick to go. They have people who go to doortodoor sharing their faith. But Lord, I pray for a boldness this weekend that would come across the people of God to begin to go share their faith. Lord, those who said, "No, the evangelistic side is just for this person or that person." That's just one of the five uh um offices. No, Lord, you've called us all to go and be ministers of your your word. And your word says that we'll receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon us to be witnesses.
Witnesses. So God, I thank you that this weekend you're raising up witnesses. And those witnesses will say, "As I trusted the Lord in my finances, look at what the Lord did. As I trusted the Lord with my family, with my marriage, look at what the Lord did. As I trusted the Lord with all of these things, look at what the Lord did. Yes, I had gone through trauma. Yes, I have been burdened. Yes, I went through all these things. But when I met Jesus, I received an impartation of his love. I received healing that wasn't found in all of the fleshly desires of the world or all these other things, but in Jesus. God, we're praying for supernatural encounter to continue across all of our campuses across the stream. Lord Jesus, this is your church. This is your church. And we're going to say that every week. And Victory Church is your church, Lord Jesus. Let no other name be glorified but the name of Jesus Christ.
No man, no woman, but only you, Jesus.
Only you, Jesus. Only you, Jesus. God, I thank you that you've been raising up a sound at Victory Church as well. And this week, we look forward to Victory House worship recording that next album.
And so, Father, I just want to lift up every m musician, every person who's playing a part, every audio engineer, lighting engineer, Lord, every person singing, everyone playing an instrument, everyone who's going to be in the room.
Lord, we believe that this this recording is going to go out globally, Lord God, to transform people that when people listen to these songs that Lord, they would encounter you, Jesus. So right now, we plead your blood, the blood of Jesus over this entire process.
God, I thank you that you are going to show up and show out as you always do, Lord Jesus. Because even as we sing, we worship, we do this for you, it's not for our glory, but it's for the glory of God. It is to see the kingdom of God expanded. And so even now, we lift up everyone who's going to be a part of that next week, Lord Jesus.
And we thank you for the fruit that's going to come from it. We thank you for the fruit that's going to come from it.
Lord, I thank you that you are continuing to bring people in, Lord, as the the scripture talks about from the highways, from the byways, you are bringing people in to encounter you here at Victory Church. And so Lord, just even as your intercessors, let us, Lord, we want to be carriers of your light. We want to be carriers of your love so that when people step foot onto the property that they would meet you, Jesus, and feel the love of God in a way they never have before.
So Lord, we thank you for today. God, we glorify your name. I thank you for everything that you've done this morning in this space. Lord, all the prayers that have been prayed, we say yes and amen to corporately together.
Yes and amen. And God, I bless your people. I bless your intercessors here.
And Lord, we thank you for what you're going to do this weekend here and across all of our campuses and across the stream. Let your word go forth. Break strongholds, boldness. Let people receive an impartation of your spirit all for your glory in Jesus' name. Amen.
And amen. Amen.
Family, thank you so much for joining us this morning. Uh I am going to ask you to um leave rather quickly if you can clear out the chapel. We have a funeral this morning in here. So we need to go ahead and if you want to have conversation that's great. Just if you could take it outside. We need to get things set up in this room. But God bless you guys. We will see you this weekend.
