This place is known as the hometown of literary giants, the Shakespeare [music] of the East, who wrote the famous Four Dreams of Linchuan, like Wang Anshi, Zeng Gong, [music] and Tang Xianzu, and is the home of the Four Dreams. I'm currently at Wenchangli, and walking here [music] feels like time traveling straight into the Ming Dynasty from the 15th century. My boyfriend told me there are over 500 historical buildings at Fuzhou.

There's spicy and chewy Linchuan beef tripe, the smooth [music] and springy Fuzhou rice noodles, the soft outside and fresh inside Linchuan taro dumplings, the super fragrant frosted rice meat balls, and the sweet and savory Aiding sticky rice balls.
