[00:00:06]Someone whose behavior you find intolerable, whose arrogance or weakness or vanity provokes in you a reaction far larger than the situation deserves. Hold that person in your mind. What you cannot tolerate in them is yours.

[00:00:27]We do not despise in others what is foreign to us. We despise what is secretly familiar. The thing you cannot forgive in someone else is almost always the thing you have refused to see in yourself. This is called projection.
