In legal proceedings, individuals who intentionally damage another person's property during a domestic dispute can be held financially liable for the full value of the damaged items, regardless of the circumstances that led to the conflict. This case demonstrates that even when property damage occurs during an emotional argument, the perpetrator must compensate the victim for all damages caused, including multiple items such as electronics, furniture, and structural damage.

He Broke Her TV & Slashed Her Tyres 😳. #shorts #court #judgeAdded:
When this crazy man broke this woman's TV, table, wall, and slashed her tires, the judge made sure he paid heavily for his actions.
>> I met Alex in May of 2007 on MySpace. He was in job court at the time. We started dating online for a while. He had called my job and he was trying to talk to me.
I work in a hospital. It's very fast-paced. I told him I couldn't talk on the phone, that if he can please call me back later or that I would call him, you know, later or I would see him when I got home. He got upset cuz I hung up the phone on him. So, he continued to call. When I got home, I was upset about the situation cuz I can't afford to lose my job.
>> So, I started arguing with him about it.
I told him I thought he should take a walk.
>> He took it as in I guess I was breaking up with him or he should leave. So, he said, "Not before I break all your stuff." Next thing I know, he took a hammer and smashed my 42 in television, which I worked very hard for. And then at that point, he took a hammer, broke a glass table I had. At that moment, I start screaming because he's breaking all my stuff. So, he comes and he punched the wall, made a hole in the wall. I have pictures of everything. Let me see.
>> And he ended up walking out and slamming the door, made another hole with the um door handle, went outside and said he he was walking on the hall and said he was going to slice my tire. He went outside, sliced my tire, and just walked to his mom's house.
>> Well, the TV I I hit the TV intention.
Like I meant to break the TV. When I was done with the TV, I had thrown the hammer to the floor. It ended up landing on the glass table.
>> You don't think you're responsible for anything other than the television? Is that your point?
>> Yeah, that's my point. $2,830 judgment for the plaint
