True Happiness Is Not Of This World

[00:00:00]You see, we have to detach from all of it and then experience watching all of it happening blissfully. Blissfully aware, blissfully detached from all of those changing circumstances, changing just uh illusion, changing things. You know what I'm saying? like something that comes and it goes, right? So you think that happiness is something that you get a little tiny taste of. But happiness is is beyond happiness if you want to put it like that. True happiness is something that is a continuous experience. Doesn't go away and is ever increasing. Until you experience that, then you don't know true happiness. The only thing that you know is pleasure and pain and then identification with whatever you think is going to uplift you or make you feel better in the world. But the problem is that everything in the world has an opposite to it.
