We encourage I have always been fact adset Mondays Monday I give market updates right there little bit of motivation plus it's gifted family culture right and the culture is great agency And they're helping each other. Experienced agents are helping each other.

So followers right sometimes agents they're not first time they want help but another thing is I also know the agents a lot of the GTA especially duram regions carro Toronto agents so I can tell them You know what relation at the end of the day clients or agents is a relationship business right you know so we have to treat them with respect right relationship business Right.

[01:02:08]>> Right. So because I don't think condo is a great investment. Right. Seek a professional. Make sure that when you're looking at it like make sure you run the numbers have backup plans especially for example newly for example Right.

[01:03:00]Right. So analyze make a great like a judgment on investment. Look at the numbers. uh end user potentially.

[01:03:15]Look at great neighborhoods, right? Uh school rankings, right? It's not like make sure that you look at you're better off and always think 3 to 5 years or even 10 years.
