You decide how to feel and then you let the world do what it will. Read that again. Think about the power in that. If your boss is unfair, your compass remains north. If your reputation is attacked, your compass remains north. You become a person of gravity. People begin to orbit you because you are the only thing in their lives that is consistent, the only thing that doesn't break under pressure.
