[00:00:00]I was talking to a flight attendant the other day here in Etihad Plaza and and she was explaining to me she she saw my videos and she explained to me that that they do coregulation on a daily basis on the flights. Anytime there is turbulence, the people who are very afraid of flying, first thing they do is they look at the flight attendant. If the flight attendant is calm and composed and smiling, then they calm down, right? So, just by your presence, if if you're tense, if you're obviously shaking yourself, then you're not going to be a source of of calmness. You're going to be in the opposite, a source of more anxiety and stress.
