And it doesn't matter if I'm here with you or if I'm by myself. If I ever watch that and I really watch it, like really look at it. It is so gosh darn um it just pulls the emotions, guys. For me at least. I think Jamie too, she also has been known to cry when that song plays. Look at this little guy or girl.

[00:04:41]Look here. Aren't you something? Aren't you just something? Getting all this loving. So, this is my newest baby. Uh, this was one that I incubated and hatched.

[00:04:52]It's a little silky. And, um, there's a couple of telltale signs that you look for right away with your silky babies.

[00:05:01]And, uh, guys, Jamie is hopefully going to join us, but don't forget she's traveling. Uh, I sent her the link to join if she's able to, but uh, she told me that she's in the car and that Kinley Cole's sleeping, so she's not real real sure what's going to happen. But um, if she doesn't join, it's okay. I'm going to be here for a little bit and I'll be happy to hang out with you all. I would enjoy the company and if she can join us, that would be great. But if she can't, I completely understand. And I don't think I don't know this for a fact, but I don't think she's gonna go live tonight for her scandalous. Oh my goodness gracious.

And I've not given them names, but uh I know that there's three silkies in that group. Let me show you real fast. I hate to disturb his rest, but uh don't forget that your silkies are all going to have black skin and they're going to have five toes. You can count the toes, guys. One, two, three, four, and five. You're going to have five toes and you're going to have um a black skin. If they don't have those two things, then you're dealing with a little bit of a mix of some sort. So, hi. Hello there.

[00:08:14]>> And it was cute because Lex discovered it.

[00:08:19]>> Did you talk about how we had to have we had the the education of the egg hatch with Lex?

[00:08:24]>> No. That would be a great talking point.

[00:08:25]Go ahead and tell Kendra. She should probably learn this, too.

[00:08:30]>> We had sex ed through egg discussions through watching >> Wait. He's like, "So, chickens are in eggs?" And we're like, "Yes, but it has to be fertilized." And he's like, "How?"

[00:08:42]So we had to have the discussion around that and then he could not understand about how it started. So it was really cool that Lester had candle eggs in different phases in his incubator because when it's fertilized it just starts out as a little red dot >> and then it starts to have veins and it starts to grow. I mean you've had a child so you you get it. Lex had no idea. And he was like so where do the eggs come from? We're like out of the chicken. He goes chickens come from eggs. And we're like yeah. He goes and then there's a baby. He goes, "But you eat eggs and you eat chicken." Like he was putting it all together and it would made no sense to him as he's, you know, he eats like 12 chicken legs at a time.

[00:09:19]So like the whole like real life scenario came to fruition, but then we also put in the sex talk with it about how it gets fertilized and what that means. His mind was like like in so many levels because he loves eggs and he loves chicken. And then we had to explain like how they date a little and how how the male fertilizes the the female.

[00:09:46]>> We didn't go through all of those details, but >> we didn't like physically get to that part, but explaining to him, he was just blown away that like how it hatched, how how a chick could come out and then go out to be a chick. Like he had just no concept whatsoever. So it was pretty it was something. It was definitely something. And he was also a little bit torn by chicken fingers because he's eating chicken fingers. But when I showed him the baby chicken fingers, he's like, he did not understand how he's going to ever eat chicken fingers cuz chicken fingers are tiny and his chicken fingers are big. And he's like, "Wait, I don't get it." He He did not get chicken fingers for anything.

[00:10:27]>> It was something. It was It was definitely an education day. And then he kept coming back to the egg because we had one chick that just hatched and they like they peck but they peck in like a zipper line to open up their egg. And so as that happened, he just kept coming back to it and like was so perplexed how how all of that transposed from that standpoint. It was something definitely something.

[00:10:48]>> Did you guys go to the farmers market this morning?

[00:10:52]>> No, because there's a certain little someone napping and we're like look all of our stuff. We're we are ready to go like >> Oh no.

[00:11:00]So, ours, we're waiting at this point in time.

[00:11:03]>> It's only 9:30. How has she woken up and already taken a nap? Is that normal?

[00:11:08]>> Yes. She literally stays up for like the first nap, she's only awake for like maybe two hours and she takes a morning nap. She wakes up like between 5 and 6 in the morning.

[00:11:19]>> Man, wouldn't that be perfect for all of us to be able to do that? Wake up, get yourself fixed, and then take a little nap before you have to go to work, >> right? Be perfect. Not fun.

[00:11:29]>> Be perfect.

[00:11:31]>> So, we we can't stay long. We're hoping that she wakes up here in the next few minutes and then we head out to our little farmers market, but I wanted to say hi. Kendra hadn't shown her proof of life yet. So, >> well, I'm going to try to convince you real fast to do something. And it would be fun to do it with Kendra, not Xander.

[00:11:47]So, good thing he's out of town.

[00:11:49]>> Do your scandalous tonight, please. You let I was so let down last night when I heard you announce I'm not going to do Scandalous tonight. I whatever blah blah blah. Does Kendra even know about this new channel?

[00:12:03]>> Yeah. So Jamie talks about really horrible things that's just so fun to talk about. When it's other people, Jamie, be honest. When it's when it's happening to other people, it's fun to talk about >> when it's not very fun to talk about.

[00:12:19]And so Jaime's been getting emails, Kendra, from people about different things that go on in their real world and in real life and how they've had to cope with this or that or ask advice of this or that. And um Jamie is taking out names and sharing some of those stories and they're so darn fun. Like I said, it's fun to hear about other people's problems.

[00:12:41]>> I don't want anyone talking about me or mine.

[00:12:46]But, uh, I was so let down that you're not doing that. And you don't have to.

[00:12:49]If you're busy and you got things going on, then I completely understand. Uh, I'm like, "Oh, man. That's my Saturday night right there. That's my Saturday night. Gosh darn it. Hot tub and scandalous Saturday."

[00:13:01]>> Yeah. I I I can't commit right now. I can't I have not talked to Kendra about the rest of today's activities. That's the only thing.

And I want to embrace that time and I know that I know that I just started and I you know all those things, but at the same time like I don't get this every day of my life.

Most of the time we're like okay so back in the day it would be like if I was talk if Kendra was my friend and I got to work and she like what did you do last night? and I'll be like might have made a bad decision or two and she's like tell me all about it. There's no twisting. None of us need to share that we're the victim of any we're going to say it exactly like it is.

[00:17:26]And then she ordered them. I'm like, "What are those about?" She goes, "I can't tell you."

[00:17:30]>> I'm like, "What?" I'm like, "What do you like to read?" She goes, "I can't tell you." And I'm like, "I don't know what that means." She goes, "Don't read the don't don't look at the titles of what I just ordered and look them up." And I'm like, "I don't know what that means."

[00:18:20]>> It was just a lady who wrote in. She goes, "I'm afraid to I'm, you know, this is a secret of mine." She was like, "But I also go at particular times of the day because I know that they're getting off work and that they'll have time." And it was like Friday night in aisle 14. Like that was her intention. And she knew exactly who she would look for and why.

[00:18:40]And knew that it was transactional and like yeah, that was her that was her Friday night. She's playing her Friday night by going to Home Depot.

[00:18:48]>> And then before you before you leave, Jamie, I have one funny story that I've not shared with you yet. Um, and uh it was from Lex's football game yesterday.

[00:18:59]All right. So, Kendra, you may not know this about me, but you probably have learned that sometimes I get to my brain works really, really faster than my mouth goes. And sometimes I'll end up getting words all slurred together. that happens pretty regular and then people end up calling those Lesterisms like just words that only Lester can create because of his jacked up head and mouth who don't not cooperate. So yesterday Lex is at his football game his little flag football it's a 14year-old league and uh they throw him a pass and he's running in for the score and I'm right there in the end zone with my phone and I want to say way to go son. I also want to say way to go Lex.

[00:19:43]And at the same time, I somehow mixed those two together. So I'm like, WAY TO GO SL. AND I CALLED MY son Slex. And I don't know why I called him >> SL cuz I combined son and Lex and it came out SL.
