Then here you are at the Monday weekly live stream. Good to have you guys. Good to see you. Um, honestly, each week feels like that tunnel. I do I don't know how we get from Monday to Monday so fast.

I've been running this at 2 o'clock Mountain Standard Time. um usually but then all the all y'all in the UK then are crashed out and then India is like 2 in the morning and uh you know so it we're it's kind of one of these things of what works with my schedule but what's best for um y'all right so I do think that we'll try to maneuver this more towards the um the morning time over uh as we move on so all right anyway here we go uh it was a um it was a good week. You know, it was an interesting week in AI in that um we're starting to get more new stuff.

[00:01:37]So, we've really gone through this period where it's like uh um there just ain't much happening, right? Like uh kind of start relying it forced us out of our bubble a little bit because we got so much good stuff for so long. So, it's kind of forced me to go, whoa, I got to get out of Comfy UI and I got to get out of workflows and image generation. It actually really did push me back into my chat bots. But with that said, this week was great. We actually released a bunch of stuff or, you know, got released for us, the royal we, right? Uh, the powers that be released to us uh the recipients upon which we uh are standing like this waiting for golden crumbs of AI model. Um, and we do so willingly because it's freaking awesome, right? They released this week H High Dream. So, we're going to look at that. That is um just really a big thing. Uh I think this is going to really take up a lot of our time over the Oh, where'd that window go? I think it's really going to take up a lot of our uh our time over the coming weeks because it really is a great project and you're going to see some um some good stuff come out of that as um as well. So, I'll be explaining that more to you if that's you want. Um what else do we have here?

[00:02:53]I'm kind of drawing a blank just because I'm a little hyper at the moment. Um, oh yeah, sulfur LTX 2.3 uh turn the corner and it um made the model it's it's uh you don't say it's cooked, that means it's ruined, right? Like I mean this is they they hit it. It's it's it's blurs, right? uh you can essentially be making your LTX stuff whatever you want. It's very uncensored and uh I do make a talk I have a video about that where um I kind of explain the bigger picture.

[00:03:38]It's not really about the uncensored nature of what you can do like LA, but it's actually uh more the concept of getting that we're moving towards a general model that can just do whatever you want, which is my goal. Okay, but I'm going to put the brakes on there.

It's basically just keeps track of who comments the most and the best. And I don't know the nobody knows the algorithm.

And uh, they posted this. So, this is pretty funny. I appreciate this.

[00:09:27]>> All right. And I remembered to turn on my microphone, so I'm uh slowly learning possibly. All right. Um I think we left off last uh last last week. We left off with our daunting hero playing with the one prompt voice memo crime. Uh no.

[00:09:45]Okay. This actually where we left off last week. Now, um we'll just jump straight into it. The first big thing of the week was this LTX 2.3, the sulfur model. Okay. Um, so what is it? It's a fine-tuning of the LTX 2.3 model, but refi refined to actually do not safe for work stuff. Okay. Um, I actually did a big video about this somewhere over here. I'll find that for you later. I do a video where I'm talking about what's actually the bigger deal. Well, the bigger deal is that I think and I think you all would agree, we just want to do the stuff we want to do. Listen, if you want to make you want to make boobies, you should be able to make boobies, right? But I mean, if you want to say, I also want the guy parachuting off the top of the house and landing, you know, uh, silly, you know, just 10 feet below on the ground or something like that, you should be able to do it. And I think that's where we're getting. What this model told me is that um we're getting there. Okay. Uh I I I read something that's funny and I think it's very true. uh it said that a lot of um advancement or technological a lot of discovery a lot of invention actually comes out of the not safe for work community because again it's the people that are saying hey I want to do this one thing I want to do this other thing I want to do this and I push it and and they start to create these things and then we can bring it over to the safer work side as well so that's actually kind of cool I'm not making a play for either or I'm just saying this is how the beast works. This is how the animal works. This is how the the ecosphere goes. And so this is actually really a cool model. Um I'll show you this example here. We got Spongebob and >> was raised different.

[00:11:48]straight out of >> Let me mute that again and play that and you'll So the point here is that's just text to video and that's got full flop um everything. So, uh it's really good and it's 10 and that's a that's a 10-second video. I actually think that this runs faster than the normal LTX 2.3. It runs very fast. I'm going to show you now uh a more explicit example of this. So, trigger warning. Just know I'm about to click. It is blocked, but it's it's obvious what it is. All right. So, uh this was from video earlier, but again, this is what we're talking about. I mean, this is image to video type type thing. All right. Uh obviously, you know what that is. Okay. Now, again, check this out. Oh my god.

[00:12:41]I did not mean to like show this as much as I did here. Um I wanted to get over to here. Oh, there we go. So, that's just a straight image. And then notice she's she's moving over and you're doing all Okay, this is classic not safe for work. Again, my apologies for showing it. I did trigger warn you. Now, that's incredible to me. That's incredible. Uh because regardless if you want to do something not safe for work, I want to say I want the person to turn this way and grab the soccer ball and and and and I want him to do whatever I think. And this model's pushed us. Now, someone mentioned the Aeros model uh is out.

[00:13:33]Yeah, I I have, you know, I gotta create the stuff because you get it to different people. So, you know, I want to show you how stuff works, but I also want to be um you know, somewhat appropriate. So, I did trigger warning.

[00:13:48]Now, that being said, there is another model called Aeros, which people are talking about, and evidently it's even better at making this kind of stuff. Uh that said, I haven't had great experience with it and um it seems like it takes a very long time. So whereas sulfur that stuff is being made in about a minute, um Aeros was taking me like 5 to 10 minutes. So kind of a long process.

[00:15:01]So, here's the weird thing about this.

[00:15:03]They released a bunch of the models for this, but when we're in Comfy UI, uh oh, you know what? No, I totally mixed that up. I'm sorry. I started talking about hydrating. Um no, forget everything I said. I am such a dork.

[00:15:22]Listen, there is no good gun for this and I've seen there might be out there.

[00:15:25]Everything I just said, we're going to push that forward to Hydream. I'm going to move forward because I'm tripping all over this. So, let's just do it. All right. Chatterbox TTS is the best voice mimicking tool I've tested. I already talked with you guys about this. I think it's fantastic. Um, the voice cloning is good if you do the right thing. I think the voice cloning is great for making new voices. If you want to make a brand new voice um and you want to base it off of another voice, I actually think this is really powerful. Very good tool for this. The cadence on this works great.

[00:16:00]It stretches out. Um uh and the pacing is good. With a lot of these TTS, what would happen is the person starts talking, they don't take a break, and it just it doesn't sound real. This actually sounds real. So, I would check out uh Chatter Box. All right. Um, we're just back to this nonsense here. Uh, I found I found I was rumaging through the book the boxes of old photos from high school. I found this old photo here. Of course, uh, actually this is a thing they've been doing. I don't know if you guys have followed Cursed AI. Cursed AI is a site.

[00:16:37]They've got a million people on it actually. Really cool site and they just got crazy AI videos and they do different things like this. like um they'll just be doing all sorts of like everyone this is the theme for the day I guess is what I'm getting at. So this was my answer to the theme for the day.

[00:16:55]Um I'm representing pretty all hydream here really quickly. Um I do want to pop over. I want to see who's winning the wacky races though. So let's pop over here and we're going to see what's up. We're going to click the top fans and oh man, we have just enough for the wacky races to be run. We got to have five people. So, looks like BL Seat is here. Good to see you, brother. And he's in first place. Michael's running second. DJ Grizz is in third. Fourth is nine and BG at fifth. See, that's the crazy thing. BG is talking a lot. I don't know why fifth. You got to keep fight. You the the bottom line is you don't give up on the race. It's like baseball. They're going to throw you out at first. Maybe you just keep running it through because they might they might drop the ball. Um, and who knows how this whole race works anyway. All right, let's pop back here. The new High Dream is fast, fun, and surprisingly powerful.

[00:17:58]Um, and it is actually surprisingly powerful and fun and good. I think this is another um one of DJ Grizzly's new favorite ones. You can actually with this it has a edit function. So everyone's competing for what's called the best multimodal model, right? So you've got like Quinn 2511, which is an incredible model, right? You throw whatever you want into it and you say change the hair, change the this, make the this, do the whatever Quinn does it. Very powerful, right?

[00:18:30]We've got um uh Fire Red, which is based off Quinn. Um, you know, we've got all sorts of this kind of stuff. Now, Hydream wants to come in. They're making one, you know, one model to rule them all and in the darkness bind them. But, um, can you compete with things like Quinn?

[00:18:51]Well, they're getting it's pretty close.

[00:18:52]And I'm going to tell you what's so powerful about this. You might still like Quinn 2511 better than this, but this is really fast. Okay, so this is going to put out 2K uh it's 2040 by 2040 images and on my 4090 that's putting it out in about 20 seconds. Okay, this is using this is using Comfy UI nodes.

[00:19:13]Okay, but um there's not a lot of apps that you can get um highdefin stuff and get it consistently and get it fast. I'm trying to think there uh what was the name of it? There was an Nvidia one that came out um that did that. I'm going to be honest. I've been doing this for almost three years. I would say maybe there's three that are actually like they're designed for making high def 2K stuff. And this is you could put out a 2K image in 20 seconds. And it comes down to kind of the weird way that this model is done. the way they've designed um the way that they've designed this, it um it regardless of which model you're using, it really takes about the same amount of time, right? So, or the size, if I make a a 124x124 or I make a 20040 by 202040, uh it it's all about the same. So, what they do with this model is they they don't use a latent space. And so I don't want to get too technical because I'm going to be honest, I don't totally comprehend at image generation, but I understand the basics, right? And what I do know is they're cutting out a whole layer of um complexity that usually image generators do. And they're doing the work more kind of on the actual thing itself. That evidently speeds things up to a point where um resolution isn't mattering as much, I guess. I don't know. I don't know. All I know is this thing is fast. Okay. And um when you get it going and it make 2K stuff.

[00:21:23]Why is it so big? Goodness. All right, there we go. Um and so you can actually download your models for Pyre, run it through, and this actually runs fast, too. One of the things I was really impressed with this was um it runs as fast as the Comfy Y notes. Usually the reason you stick with Comfy is because man it just you can't beat the speed.

[00:21:50]This you can't. So you can get this over at getgoing fast.pro as well. Um also I've uploaded it as an open source thing that's from DJ Grizzly and myself. Um so you can just download it that way as well if you want.

[00:22:07]Okay. Yeah. Oh, and right, he's pointing out that there's uh this is purple over here, but um you can change it. I changed it to purple. It's got a it's got a it's an incredible app. He's done a very good job on it.

Um, which really kind of is of course our entry point into get going fast, right? Is how where people hear about us, how they get introduced. But I really actually want to start traveling. I want to start meeting you, which means like I want to come to your place, work on your project with you, you know, make a video of it and post it up there and uh just start doing that kind of way as a way of building community, just traveling around doing more, keeping this kind of stuff. We'll continue with what we're doing with the tutorials and all of that. But um just so you know that is a rebrand that is taking place and uh I I feel good about it and I appreciate you guys being part of it as well. So uh we will see how that turns out.
