[00:00:00]Peeps, it is time. Verbolton Forbidden Turn is finally opening this weekend to the public May 30th. To pass members May 29th, we are here the night before for a special event. Thank you to Busch Gardens for inviting us out because we are here to share with you our first thoughts and our first experiences on Verbolton Forbidden Turn. We have been tracking the construction of this ride for almost a year, you know, since the rumors were announced and since surveys were asking, hey, do you want to see something happen with Verboltton? You can see we've got our Verbolton gear.

[00:00:38]I'm actually going to insert that here.

[00:00:40]And we start our journey looking at merchandise. If you're going to be here for opening day and you happen to be 3 feet tall, they have a Verbolton Forbidden Turn opening day shirt here.

[00:00:51]You also have for Bolton Forbidden Turn water bottle. Very cool. There's a hoodie, which is a a little dark, a little hard to read, but it says a bunch of stuff. The woods are watching. 88 ft drop. Don't turn right. Top speed of 53 mph. Enter at your own risk. But here is another opening day shirt. If you're an adult, white opening day shirt. Also, they have this black version where you can see you're going from the happy forest and you've turned right into the black forest and they say don't turn right. Here is the Verbolton Forbidden Turn hat, which you're going to see on my head for the rest of this video. And they also have this green shirt here.

[00:01:32]They have um these like really cool mugs. Look at that. Cuz there's the the cabin that you drop from the sign. All sorts of fun stuff. Check this out. They have a shirt that says the forest is watching and you're coming out the mouth of the evil tree. Very cool. They also have this mug, beer mug, maybe glass, you know, whatever you want to drink out of it. And over here you have a keychain, a bag charm, multiple bag charms, acrylic magnets, and a decal. And this is where we do a giveaway for the channel. Why don't we give away H? You know what? I was going to choose.

[00:04:25]All right. So, a little bit of bad news is unfortunately the ride is not running tonight. So, we won't be able to bring you a POV in this video. That will be in a separate video. But what we can do in this video is we will take you inside the show building. We'll show you everything that happens inside the show building of Verbolton. And right now, we're actually walking through the queue to share with you all the new stuff. the Fra Hexel animatronic. We're going to see Broom here in a second, but we're going to show you all around the queue.

[00:04:55]We're going to show you everything about the ride experience and the POV will be in a separate video. On the other side of the waving Frow Hexel, we have Fra Hexel's Talking Tree Tour permanently closed. You can't take it anymore.

[00:05:08]You're going to take the magical motor tour instead, but don't turn right at Verbolton Hollow. I feel like the fact that you called it Verboltton Hollow kind of indicates that you shouldn't turn there. As we head into the tourist center, there's a sign here. They're going to remind you, "Do not turn right.

[00:05:24]A magical evil possesses the trees.

[00:05:27]Don't enter the forest. Keep out. Please stray from the path and you're in for a fright. So stay to the left and don't turn right."

[00:05:37]>> Look at this. They have a new ride queue video.

[00:05:43]>> Seats are range to roll. So figure out who's sitting with now. I suggest that you that poor dude next to you.

[00:05:52]It's not that I don't use loose such as cell phones, hats, or glass should be facing one of the nearby. Just ask you that.

[00:06:07]>> Oh no, he got taken by the black forest.

[00:06:09]>> Why would I say that?

[00:06:11]>> No reason. Your car at my mind is just like my vehicle is enchanted. So don't even think about turning around.

[00:06:22]My spell over your car will be broken.

[00:06:24]All control of THE VEHICLE AND YOUR FROZEN HOLLOW BEAR. LET'S just see.

[00:06:33]>> And now we are in Prow Hexel's magical motor car rental agency. There's more mar more magic motor cars than any other magical motor here. They must steer you right, but you shouldn't. Don't turn right.

[00:06:49]>> Whoa. And here she is. Fra Hexel herself.

[00:06:56]>> What you looking at, Fra?

[00:06:57]>> To ensure a safe and magical multitude, be sure to obey all traffic signs. Look both ways for pedestrians. And whatever you do, don't turn right around here because that fork in the road for train.

[00:07:14]>> The forbidden turn.

[00:07:17]Why? But just don't turn right and you won't have to find out. Fine.

[00:07:21]>> Oh, look at the video behind her.

[00:07:23]>> It's from the previous story of the ride. That's fun.

[00:07:29]Aw, look at that portrait of my enchanted groom over there. Employee of the months again. He beat out his competition in a clean sphere. He leaves all the other burgers in the dust.

[00:07:45]The moment I promoted him, he made some sweeping changes. Now, I bet you're wondering if I pay him well. Well, between you and me, it let you say that broom really cleans up.

[00:07:59]>> Are you thinking about turning right?

[00:08:00]Think again. A gentle reminder from Magical Motor. They really do not want you to even think about turning right.

[00:08:07]Your car will be steered by Fraxel's magic. But the thought of right turns could make your tour tragic. There's no question as to which motor tour is best.

[00:08:16]Here's another new sign. Leave the driving to prow power steering. She will keep you on the correct path. You can keep your eye on the scenery and not on the road since Grow Hexel's magic does the driving. Okay, we are in Broom's closet. He's sleeping right now. You can hear him. He snores like me.

[00:09:31]Heading up. You can see there's been a little bit of retheing in here, but the big thing is that up there they've got screens that show Fra Hexel doing some magic.

[00:10:14]Over here in Fra's photo house, we get another look at the merchandise. Opening day merch. Here's one we didn't see earlier, a women's shirt. Here's some of the shirts we showed you earlier.

[00:11:32]>> We are going to head in now and show you everything >> that you will see and maybe some things you won't because you'll be moving at the speed of fright. The speed of fright.

[00:11:43]>> Oh my jeez. Holy cow.

[00:11:48]>> Look at that.

[00:11:55]>> Look at the giant tree. And look, that's where you >> go through it.

[00:12:00]>> Oh yeah, over there you've got the Volkswagen bug.

[00:12:09]>> That is crazy. Oh yeah. Look, that's where you enter the mouth of the tree.

[00:12:13]>> Extremely sad that we're not crazy.

[00:12:15]>> But at least we still look at the mouth.

[00:12:17]That is the face.

[00:12:20]>> There's the giant face that you see in the trailer as you head into Revolt.

[00:12:27]This is our giant tree. It's 52 feet tall. The building is about 53 feet tall. The last piece was so high we couldn't use a crane to get it up we had to slide it in sideways. That's my fun fact there. Those arms are enormous on that thing. They're about 40 ft long.

[00:12:41]The bases of them could be 6 8 ft wide.

[00:12:43]I forgot cuz they're so big. All those oak leaves on there are uh hand placed each one of them individually.

[00:12:50]>> After you come through the launch, >> the original launch is still the original launch. change and update the light fixtures in it, but largely those leaves are the original ones from the original launch.

[00:13:00]>> Hey guys, if you want >> and check it out that you go through those lit branches and that's where the drop track is. Here is a look at Verbolum.

[00:13:13]Inside the tree is amazing.

[00:13:18]Can't wait to see those branches. The Fraxel animatronic up there. Now, obviously, we're seeing it with the lights on.

[00:13:25]With the lights off, you'll really only see special effects and this giant amazing tree. How killer is that thing?

[00:13:34]And just like in the commercial, you go woo right through his mouth.

[00:13:39]That is amazing. I love this. And look, he's got giant tree arms that reach out.

[00:13:47]>> Here's something that is very cool. Look at the mural behind the tree as you go through. I'm assuming it'll be lit up, but you can kind of see like branches and forest and stuff like that.

[00:14:00]>> Yeah. Oh, yeah. And the the bug. Very cool.

[00:14:06]>> It's really loud here. The train comes through.

[00:14:08]>> Whoa. Okay, so they just shut off the lights. We're going to see the effects.

[00:14:12]>> Cover your ears.

[00:14:17]>> Not going to lie, this I'm not going to say this is cooler than riding the ride, guys.

[00:14:22]>> But this may be one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. Being able to be in the building >> while the ride's running. Whoa.

[00:15:12]>> It's all the way over there now.

[00:15:26]I don't think Oh yeah, this is going to be terrifying.

[00:16:23]>> All right, peeps. A little bit of a different ending for us than expected in this video. Very unfortunate that we were not able to ride Verbolton Forbidden Turn, but we will be bringing you a POV in our very next video. But in the meantime, I really hoped you like this look at it. Uh, you know, it was obviously heartbreaking to not be able to ride the ride tonight, but at the same time, being in the building and seeing it run with the special effects was was a pretty cool experience that I don't think we'll ever get to to to see again. I don't know that that's something that ever happens. Like, it doesn't happen on the tours or anything like that. So, it was very cool to be able to do that. And hopefully you liked this very unique look inside for Bolton Forbidden Turn. It's super impressive and it's going to be awesome when you get to ride it. So hopefully you get to ride it soon.
