Maine sees record weather again Wednesday本站添加:
After 2 days of record-breaking warmth in Portland, uh you can already feel the air starting to change as of Wednesday evening. The cold front went through early to mid-afternoon with not much more than a few showers scattered around and no thunderstorms. It was kind of a silent frontal passage. And now our air is starting to change. But what an impressive day today. And the biggest change was in Down East Maine, where west to northwest wind brought upper 80s into Hancock and Washington counties as well. Of course, for the second day in a row, we broke the record in Portland hitting a high of 89. And records also fell in Bangor and Augusta. Cooler weather on the way. It's going to be a while before we reach temperatures this hot again.
