Heart update

[00:00:00]I left you hanging. I'm sorry. My day got away from me yesterday, so I forgot to film this. But I wanted to give you the update of my cardiologist appointment and how that went. They basically said everything looks good with my heart, the echo, um the EKG, like everything looks pretty normal. Uh not normal normal, but normal Leah normal. They're not sure why I had that irregular heart rhythm, the Aphib. They were able to see what was happening cuz I could take EKGs on my watch, but they don't know why. They think possibly my potassium might have been low.

[00:00:37]They said it's probably just a response to stress. Um, so my blood pressure went too low and they think that my heart just kind of freaked out. I think my heart kind of did like a almost like a vasil veagal response to a low blood pressure. That's what they're saying. They said basically my heart was just too stressed and maybe I've been under too much stress. They're kind of adjusting my medication. I can still feel in my heart like that the rhythm is off. It's not aphib or teocardia. It's just it's it's like a bunch of skipped beats and then my heart just tries to like course correct and fix it or it will do early beats, premature beats, and then kind of like these long pauses where it's trying to get back on track. Uh they don't have anything to fix it. They're basically just saying like this is, you know, your heart just is behaving weird and uh that's where we're at. we're going to try like a different medication, but my blood pressure was still too low, so they didn't want to give it because I do run on the low side in general. And then some of the heart medications I'm on makes it go even lower.

[00:01:57]So, basically, I got an echo. I got like the test done that I needed to at the cardiologist, but they're just there's nothing that they can do right now. Um, they're just hoping that if I rest more and relax and like don't stress my heart that it'll kind of get back to the regular rhythm and stuff. So, thank you for praying for me. It's always so scary when you're in a because especially because I've been near death so many times, it kind of brings a lot of PTSD for me. Uh, but it's also scary because the thing with heart failure and heart problems in general is that you could be totally fine and you guys look at my videos and I'm shopping or cooking or out with the kids and I'm totally fine until I'm not and it just switches and the heart just goes crazy and sometimes gives out and you just don't know. And so I really appreciate having friends on here who pray for me. So thank you so much. I love you guys.
