[00:00:01]Annie Kepner Her case will be coming soon. Her stepbrother's trial begins on September 8th and I will be issuing full commentary as the case unfolds.

[00:00:12]What I do not understand at all is the fact that her stepbrother, who is I understand [music] just 16 years old, has not had to spend any time in prison.

[00:00:24]He has been behind not been behind bars since this happened.

[00:00:30]He is presently under strict federal monitoring.

[00:00:46]Seems awfully light for somebody that killed and raped their stepsister.
