[00:04:38]I'm very close to being able to live stream with the Pocket 4.

[00:04:44]And not just with the Pocket 4, but with the Pocket 4 in 4K. I was able to get that up and running. There's still a few kinks, but after spending my whole morning and afternoon, all I had to show for it was about 30 seconds of testing in the wild, but it kind of worked.

He was going to bring it back to life as a performance venue, but apparently there were so many problems with that property that were not disclosed during the purchase process and it has just sat there vacant. They used to do comedy nights and stuff like that a long time ago. I think it was a cinema, the Grand Gerard.

So even though they they're cornering a huge amount of the younger market, the big six banks don't really feel it because all the older people with the cash are still with them. [01:05:56]Now, their units, I think, were downgraded in size, but given the conditions and how old they were, getting a nice modern unit, I think, is a fair trade-off. But nobody was displaced.
