The VA's claimed 94% accuracy rating for disability claims is statistically questionable because it is based on a sample of only 3-5 quality reviews per employee per month, while the average VA claims processor handles approximately 100 claims monthly, making the sample size too small to reliably represent overall claim accuracy.

94% Accuracy VA IS LYING And Telling The Truth At The Same TimeAdded:
This one is probably gonna make you mad, so buckle up. But the VA is telling the whole world that they have an accuracy rating of 94% and they're really staking that flag dying on that hill when it comes to VA disability ratings on claims. 94% accuracy, which is pretty wild. And I'm going to show you how they are lying and telling the truth at the same time. In the SCOP world, I was a scioper my last few years in the Marine Corps. In the SCOP world, we call that a selected truth or selected information. Anyways, we're going to watch a very short clip where the VA testifies how they are coming up with this 94% accuracy rate and then you will realize that they are giving out selected truths to the public. Anyways, here we go.
>> And what percentage of um decisions are being reviewed?
>> Um it's a it's a validated sample. Um I think it's three to is it three to five, Miss Flint? Three to five cases per month. Is that correct? Three to five cases.
>> Yes. At the national level, at our national quality, the statistically valid sample to get a national quality number is three to five uh individual quality reviews per U employee.
>> Three to five total >> per employee per month.
>> Okay. And my time's up. I yelled back.
>> So, it sucks that she couldn't question that because I would have went all in on that. But it's not per employee, it's per raider, right? The VA has 450,000 employees. It's not per employee. Um, what's crazy about this is your average, not even good, just your everyday run-of-the-mill 9-to-f5 uh type of raider rates about a 100 claims per month. And that's that's being a little judicious, right? Um, and to tell you the truth, it's probably a little bit more than 100, but I wanted to give them some some grace. But even with that 100 number quality checking 325 of those clearly will not in any way, shape or form give any sort of defensible 94%. Like it's not justifiable and you cannot justify or defend a 94% accuracy rating when you are quality checking a fraction. just a small little fraction of claims, right? And you can say 94% all you want VA, but whenever we are going through a veteran C file at born accredited claims, there are errors all over the place. And so if you're watching this, the odds are you have errors in your claim right now.
Right now, right? I know the VA does not have a 94% accuracy rate because right now that we're on the accredited side of the fence, which by the way, the grass is very green over here. It's very nice.
The air is fresh. Um, one of the first things we do on a veterans claim is we see what they're rated for and then we go rerate that claim ourselves. Why can we do that? Because we're accredited and we have the tools um that allow us to do that. Okay? No one else, if you're not accredited, you can't do that. Anyways, we look at the DBQ that we have because we're accredited. Um, we check the boxes, translate the DBQ into this tool, check the boxes, and bada bing, bada boom, what do you know? The veteran was not rated correctly. For instance, we had rerated a veteran's mental health claim and found a CUN, a clear and unmistakable error where the veteran is now going to get backdated a couple years with not just 100% but 100% with SMCS. When we we find we find ratings like that all the time, it's just money money that's being left on the table from a quality error, right? Uh, Raider HQ described them as speed errors where the VA is working so fast. Um, they just have all these, hey, I didn't I I didn't check one box on this DBQ. What does that mean for veterans claim? A lot actually. Um, how the V how the VA's tool does their math. It's pretty wild, especially for mental health. Not checking one box will will change everything. All right. And that only hurts the veteran, which really sucks because business over here, it's great.
I mean, business is booming.
We're having we're having a party over here. All right? And it's all because the VA does not adjudicate their claims accurately, which only hurts the veteran. So, you can say 94% to Congress all you want. It literally means nothing. And I'm surprised if you watch this hearing, it was pretty long. It's a about two hours long, hour and a halfish.
No one questioned after this statement. No one questioned the three to five. No, they were just like, "Oh, 94%. Hey, VA is great. Okay, cool. Next." It's insane, right? What's even crazier about that is how many veterans take the decision from the VA at face value and they don't go somewhere, right, who is competent, who can walk them through their claims. they just take the denial or they take the service connection and they just go about their merry little lives. And so we're not even accounting for the veterans who don't pursue their VA claim in its fullness, if you will, right? And make sure that the VA actually rated their claim accurately. A nonacredited company cannot do that because it requires a tool on VBMS.
And guess what they don't have? They don't have VBMS access. So, they can yap yap yap yap yap yap. Initial claims increases. I'm going to charge you $1,000 here. You know, $5,000 here, $1,500 here. I don't care. Yap yap yap.
We're doing initial claims and increases. Those are those are stupid easy claims. Anyways, the 100enter I mentioned earlier got the short end of the stick not just from the VA, but then they went to a nonacredited company, too. I'm not allowed to tell you which one. Um I might get something else in my mail.
But that company clearly missed the big chicken winner dinner there. And it wasn't until they went to someone who is competent and accredited that has access to be able to find this golden nugget where all we had to do was rewrite the veterans claim and say, "Whoa."
which it it felt pretty good to, you know, be in this call with this veteran and say, "Hey, man, I got good news for you. Not only are you going to be 100% going back to 2024, uh, you're also going to be SMCS." And I just, it's a good feeling to tell a veteran that, but it's like, man, the VA like the the CNP examiner actually did their job. The DBQ was right there, right? And on mental health claims, a VA raider has the authority or the option to go one up, one down, right? And if they decide to go up or down one, meaning a higher percentage or a lower percentage, they have to give a reason as to why they did. Obviously, that wasn't here. That's what part that's part of the cue and yeah, this veteran is going to get a pretty fat check. So, congrats to them.
All right. And that's just one example.
We have many examples, right? There are speed errors all over the place. Um, so yeah, if you are in our pool right now for born and credit claims, don't worry. We're getting to you and we're doing this for every single like we're putting the time and effort into every single claim. All right, but I got to end this and get back to work. Um, Blake actually just sent me a Google Meet, so I got to go right now. And yeah, that's all I got. If you made it to the end, thank you very much. I love you all so much. Appreciate it. Uh, veterans rock.
Peace.
