FURIOUS Judge THREATENS CONTEMPT Over Trump Admin's LIES

[00:00:00]Hi everyone, Harry here to talk about an outrageous uh savaging of a district court judge by the administration and an order to show cause why uh the DOJ and Department of Homeland Security should not be held in contempt as a result. Okay, this is one of those cases in which someone is uh picked up and the uh Department of Homeland Security wants to immediately detain them in one of their um huge warehouses uh the conditions of which uh look to be really deplorable. The um detainees moves for habius corpus and the judge granted it. So that's what happened here. uh and the judge granted it. And then you had Homeland Security issue an absolute uh scathing red meat uh press release. I'm just going to give you the uh the highlights. Headline big print. Activist Biden judge releases violent criminal illegal alien wanted for murder. And then the United States Department of Homeland Security said that uh you know the outrageous and and and calls out um the judge by name and who was appointed in the final days of the Biden administration at least as as if that matters and um he's a criminal legal from Dominican Republic with an international warrant for homicide an activist judge appointed by Joe Biden released this one and murderer etc. et, etc., etc. Just one little problem. The Department of Homeland Security and the DOJ never told the judge that the uh detainee was wanted for murder.

[00:01:51]specifically in fact withheld it from the judge because I said don't tell the judge that this guy is wanted for homicide and that a warrant has issued exactly the thing they're making a big deal about because we are not positive at least this is the reason uh that they supposedly offer after we're not positive the Dominican Republic is okay with our saying that and so they order the A USA not to disclose it to the court. The A USA doesn't disclose it to the court to make it even worse and crazier and more both, you know, chaotic uh Keystone cops as well as malicious.

[00:02:35]They nevertheless went ahead and disclosed it before the hearing at which he kept it quiet on their orders. So, it had been publicized, but he never tells the judge who now sees this press release. And let me be clear, a completely improper press release even if she had known, especially because they didn't make the argument to her.

[00:03:00]But, you know, a court orders for legal reasons, and those reasons, in fact, may be valid whether or not there's a murder warrant out for the guy, and they just do it in the most red meat, nasty. and of course Biden judge appointed in the last months etc. So, she's um understandably a little hot under the collar and she goes to the assistant US attorney. What the f I'm issuing an order. I want you to tell me once she finds this out why you shouldn't be held in contempt. And what happens thereafter is kind of uh interesting and important in and of itself because this is NA USA of the sort that used to populate the entire department of justice. He's a guy who was a partner at a very highly regarded law firm. White and Casease came to the department in 2023 with that kind of credential and as it had been in the past. It's sort of the culmination of a career very hard job to get instead of all these complete um rookies without experience who are have been brought in while at least a quarter a quarter of of DOJ has been uh purged or left. [00:05:21]And this guy does what any honorable A USA has to do. Not however what the Department of Homeland Security you can just picture them coming in and somehow blaming it on the judge or whatever or or not saying anything, which is what they've done here. the A USA himself comes in and says, "I am so so so sorry. I was informed by ICE about the arrest warrant. Um, but I was told I couldn't disclose it. I was not aware when I was there, to make it even worse, that this stuff that this information I was told not to disclose, they already had disclosed. So, even their argument for not disclosing it made no sense. uh but in failing to disclose it I relied on ISIS representation that I wasn't permitted to disclose it. So you have another example of the ways in which DOJ in addition to its own their election in addition to its own uh orders to basically tow Trump's barge. they're having this, you know, ICE, his own lawlessness, infected because they're being told not to do this or that or they're just being ignored by ICE, uh, uh, etc. So, he does what he's got to do for any professional a USA. I sincerely, he falls on his sword. I sincerely apologize to the judge personally. I apologize to the entire court. And remarkably, the office, the first assistant, the professional in the office issues a press release saying this report appeared. It was wrong. Uh the judge didn't have knowledge. And yet the press release, the false, nasty, defamatory, really um press release that that uh ICE issued is still up on its website. They haven't taken it down even as the DOJ has apologized for it profusely. So, you know, a step back, he's ordered by ICE not to be fully candid with the court. There can be very narrow possibilities where that occurs, but based on that and the order itself is bogus because they've already made it public. He doesn't tell the judge. the judge acts accordingly and they then completely sucker punch her in the worst way with this um red meat release to um MAGA and Trump's kind of dreams of it's all the Biden activist judges etc and it all turns out to be false a lie and then the other point is when that is brought up the professional a USA acts professionally as opposed to the never say you're sorry uh approach of the Trump administration and these new inexperienced calopolitically motivated AUSAs that are repopulating DOJ. So it's a very telling uh little uh story and she's going to decide now he's done the thing that's the only thing you can do to try to save off contempt. Our bad. I'm sorry but not exactly my bad.

[00:08:38]ICE told me this and now we'll see whether the judge wants to hear from ICE who right now is just you know arrogantly uh declined even to say word one. Uh but it you know such a flagrant illustration of their um dishonesty and impropriy and uh we'll see if it ends there or if there's some further um possible contempt against them. But uh even if it ends there, we have a very um damning little episode involving uh ICE and its obvious contempt for the courts and the difficult position it puts DOJ in. Even professional DOJ is trying to get the job done in again and again.
