[00:00:05]What's going on? So, we are back with some updates. So, actually, there are so many cases that I have to update. Like, it's it's insane because a lot of them, you know, people have been charged and cases have ended. So, I'm going through the process of updating all my old cases. But today, we're not talking about my old cases. We're talking about my probably my last video on the reckless Ben situation unless something like dramatic happens. So, just so everybody's up on on board, um I've done one standalone video about the reckless Ben situation where I called out the cops. Matter of fact, I Let me Let me What am I doing? I can share my screen and show you guys exactly what I'm talking about. Um let me see. Share screen. So, I'm going to show you guys the videos that I've done so far. I've done four parts to this reckless bed series. And here are the parts to it, the three parts, I should say. So, part one was I just explained the story.

[00:01:06]Here's what happened with Reckless Ben, blah blah blah blah. And you guys loved it. The the crowd loved it. It got like, you know, hundreds of thousands of views. I was very happy with it. Great, great, great, great, great. And that was very favorable to Reckless Ben. Um, now I did then I put a part two because after that video they released the unredacted um police body cam. So we did a second version of it. We said, "Okay, let's look at what's going on with the with the reckless with this with this part me." And so we we did a live stream and the live stream kind of covered the um unredacted body cam. It covered whether Ben actually sued the right company and it covered the police corruption. So, we kind of we went through all the myself, Viva, and Eric. Um, and then I chopped those live streams into these particular parts. And then I got part three, which was in that same live stream, which is still up on Viva's channel. It says, um, Reckless Ben sued the wrong company and lost. Now, I think my issue that I've I've come up with is that there are a lot of people who come to this channel and I think suspected that I'm supposed to lie for the narrative, right? I'm supposed to I'm supposed to sit here and and lie to you and tell you reckless Ben has done no wrong and I'm supposed to lie to you and pretend that everything that's been going on has been perfect on one side and bad on the other side. But if you don't know this channel, what we do is we look at the facts on the ground and we always know they're muddy.

[00:02:42]They're not as clean as they're always seem. But that doesn't mean that someone's not right or wrong. It's just we play out the process here. So I particularly like to see how we got to the place. That's why my videos do so well because I always give you the full context and tell we got somewhere. So with that, you point out the mistakes on both sides. You point out the mistakes on the Reckless Ben side. You point out the mistakes on Bricks and Minifig side.

[00:03:04]But at the end, we all kind of come to the same conclusion. Now, my own personal opinion is that I think Reckless Ben has been correct. I think that the things that he's doing, he's doing for altruistic reasons. And I think morally he's on the right side. I think the police department essentially are crooks. And I don't know why. Let's just flip backwards. I don't know why the police department has just gone so in for this company. I I just don't know why. So, it's just it was it was never um it was it was it was it was kind of shocking to see how how in the tank the police department was and getting them arrested on these bogus charges like you know and and we've said all that. We've said all that but I need to focus in on my part three video which was Reckless Ben sued the wrong company and lost. But he was telling everybody that about about about that and he was telling everybody he won the lawsuit but he didn't. He did. And this is where we're come. This is where we're coming to. And this is the reason why I'm here.

[00:04:06]Because I'm not going to sit here and lie to you. If someone is saying something that's obviously not true, that's obvious a lie, and it's obviously seems to me to want to deceive the public. I'm going to let you know and then let you make your own decisions.

[00:04:21]That's always the way I've done it. That doesn't mean that Mini Figs is right or Ben is wrong. It just it just it just is what it is.

[00:04:30]So, I want to make it very clear, very clear. If you just are here to want me to say what the popular narrative is, I'm going to disappoint you. The fact of the matter is my biggest videos on this channel are going against the narrative.

[00:04:44]Literally, that's what I do. So, part of the narrative is correct. I'll go with it. Part of the narrative isn't correct.

[00:04:50]I'm going to go with it. So, if you're going to be upset at this video, it's probably best you don't watch it because we're going to go into the hard facts.

[00:04:58]And if you want to learn something, you can and you cannot. So I now and what I'm going to do is that I thought it was fair because I did the last video went at the whole Ben and the lawsuit thing.

[00:05:10]So Reckless Ben then made a video um after we made our initial video about him suing the wrong person and him lying essentially lying about winning the lawsuit. He then did a video explaining it. Now, he has said some things in the past, like for instance, I played in that video where Ben said he didn't win a lawsuit. And even though he said it, the fans were still, "Oh, he's he's an angel." I'm like, "No, but he just said the same thing I'm saying." So, what I'm here what I am here to do is that we're going to watch Reckless Ben's um video that he just recently put out that says he's going to answer the questions. And a lot of the questions he's going to answer are questions that, and you'll see, questions that I brought up, he's going to answer. Questions that other people have brought up, he's going to answer. And whether he answers them correctly or not is going to be on you.

[00:06:00]So, let me pull this video up now so we can see exactly what Reckless Ben is saying, and we can go go forward. Now, here is Reckless Ben's video. He put it out today. Um, and this is going to be episode four of my video. So, let me put this up on the screen and we're going to watch together. It's about 13 minutes long and I'll stop it and do my commentary so you guys can see exactly.

[00:06:20]So, here is Reckless Ben answering questions.

[00:06:23]>> Be trying to answer some of the top questions the internet has about my this whole Lego thing that's been going on.

[00:06:29]Probably the number one question I've been asked is why don't you just get a lawyer?

[00:06:32]>> Why not just get a lawyer that you like and just go get a [ __ ] restraining order? Shout out to Bruce Rivers >> temporary TTRO to, you know, in an injunction to prevent them from doing anything with the Legos.

[00:06:50]>> I mean, now you now you basically have have uh lured this uh queen of Legos that you've crowned into the [ __ ] woods and doing all this crazy [ __ ] Well, first off, I >> Well, I I'm going to say something for against Bruce Rivers.

[00:07:12]Ben is doing this as an individual who's saying, "I don't have the money to go to to start a long legal process. Getting a temporary injunction is going to take me to pay a lawyer, which is like 300 bucks an hour. It's going to take hundreds of thousands of dollars, maybe to even get through." So, if I go to a court and say, "I want a temporary injunction so they can't sell Legos." It's right. If you have money, you can do that. But Ben specifically doesn't have the money to do that. So I don't think that's realistic to ask him. Like that's what you would do normally, but he's trying to do this in a way where he doesn't have to spend that money. So I understand he's trying to it's a common man, right? How can I do this where I don't have to spend? Because don't forget bricks and mini figs. They what they do is that they essentially make you go through the process and tie you up in the process and make you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. So now if I if I if I say bricks and minifigs owes me $100,000, but I got to spend $200,000 to get it, it doesn't make any sense. So I agree with Bruce with that would probably be the best way to do it.

[00:08:14]But I don't think this I don't think that that's I don't think it would have been easy for Reckless Ben to do that based on the the financial constraints that he had. So let's let's let's see what happens.

[00:08:26]>> I made this video. I like didn't have nearly enough money for a lawyer. Uh basically my entire YouTube career has just been demonetized. My last video got taken down, incorrectly taken down.

[00:08:42]>> Right now I'm 100% censored.

[00:08:44]>> Basically, my entire YouTube career I've been demonetized and my videos just get taken down for no reason because I'm always going up against like powerful corporations. I've only ever been able to afford like rent and basic food and like that's it pretty much. So, getting a lawyer for this video was not really an option. And it's if I just got a lawyer, I wouldn't be able to show how corrupt this company is because the lawyers would have just talked it out.

[00:09:09]Basically, the whole point of my channel is kind of just like showing how these big corrupt companies can just take advantage of the small guy. And once you get lawyers involved, you don't really get to see that as much, I guess.

[00:09:19]Basically, I wanted this whole LEGO video to be from the perspective of just some average person that a company's bullying without any resources and can this average person stand up to a corporation without a lawyer, you know, like can we be creative and somehow stand up to these this corporation, you know, to incentivize maybe a lot of people watching that don't have lawyers.

[00:09:40]Can we incentivize those people to go out and maybe stand up to the big guy?

[00:09:44]you know, if if you're in school, like someone's bullying you, like maybe stand up to the bully. Like, you have more power than you think, you know, and I think just getting a lawyer involved would have like basically thrown that whole message in the garbage. So, that's why I didn't really get a lawyer. The next one, why did you talk to the police? When I first got to the detective, >> well, first, let's take care of the whole thing. I think that answer Ben just gave was satisfactory. I I honestly do, and I think he's right. He's like, as you get lawyers involved, this is going to become a [ __ ] show. I think what Ben is saying here is correct. I I I agree with them. I agree with them.

[00:10:16]And I did want to see the process. I think it was best that he But I also think you if you're not going to get a lawyer, you have to do your research, right? You have to go you have to go and actually look at the process. And most people don't know this, but in courts, they have what they have prosay manuals that'll go and show you exactly what to do. And I think some of the mistakes that Ben makes within, and we'll see later, what he makes within this process are things that are pretty much self-owned, things that that that he could have figured out if he didn't um if he didn't mistake them ear if he didn't mistake them earlier. So, the next question that he's answering is, as you just heard, why did he speak to the police? But I always say this as an attorney who did criminal defense and who was a cop and who did and who was um former assistant district attorney. I would say never talk to the police in any circumstances. Only time you talk to any of my clients is when a lawyer I just recently had a case about a year ago where the cops called my client at 5:00 in the morning, right? 5:00 in the morning. And my client left a message for him. I was like, "Hey, they said they're going to call back now. He's going to come to the house." And I called the cops back at like 5:30. And my the cops are like, "Oh, why does he have you his lawyer calling?" I said, "Because the cops call him at five o'clock in the morning. That's the effing war. So, what do you want to talk?" "Oh, we just want to have a conversation with him." Well, I said, "Well, no, you cannot have a conversation with him." "Oh, but if he's innocent," I said, "Yeah, if he's guilty, you were here being handcuffed, right? He's presumed innocent. So, no, absolutely not. You cannot talk to my client." That's me being a defense attorney. Most people, I know most people just think I'm just a YouTube lawyer, but I have real clients. I have real clients. And this client, there's crazy. It's it's a crazy story, but it was You guys will probably think less of me because as a defense attorney some of your clients have to you GOT THIS GUY. He was was in some serious trouble. I got him out of the trouble.

[00:12:08]Um he's very happy. Very happy. But um but yeah. Yeah, it was it was it was it was tough. It was tough. Especially when you talking about the feds and stuff. I don't know why I'm going off. But I tell all my clients, especially if you reach out to me, we not talking to the cops. F that. we just not talking to the cops.

[00:12:24]So I you know now there's a caveat to that. If you're absolutely innocent and you feel like you've done nothing wrong and it's this this I would still say don't talk to the cops. But I think reckless been in this particular situation looking at all the videos I don't think he didn't I I I I don't think there wasn't really any reason for him not to talk to the cops. So I don't think it really hurt him. But just in full for context, if you watch this channel, you know if no at no time should you talk to even if you're innocent, at no time should you ever talk to the police without an attorney. Full stop. Full stop. If you do, you risk whatever you risk. But I even if I'm innocent, 1,000%, I still want to talk to them with an attorney.

[00:13:10]Just plain and simple. That that that's just my advice.

[00:13:13]>> Room. I was under the assumption that they were going to throw me in jail for maybe a month without bail for some all these crimes I just didn't commit. Like they thought I was the one that stole the Legos. Like they thought we had heroin in our car. Like they thought all this stuff was untrue and if I don't say anything then I'm automatically screwed is what they made it seem like.

[00:13:33]>> Do you wish to speak with me?

[00:13:35]>> I'm assuming if I say no that I go to jail.

[00:13:38]>> I mean I can't I can't I I just I have to ask you some questions. I'm confused with >> Yeah, I want to share my side. Yeah, I think there's a lot of like lies going around.

[00:13:53]>> But if I talk, >> see, pro tip. If the cops said, I want to ask you questions, you say no. I don't want to answer any questions. If the cop says, "Can I search your property?" It should always be no. If the cops, it's just no. The reason why they're asking is for what's known as consent, right? They can't really ask you questions and answer without your consent. And they need Ben's consent to ask him questions because he is in custody. He is under arrest. This is the He's got Miranda warnings. I'm assuming if he did or not.

[00:14:25]So right now they want to use whatever he says against him in a court of law.

[00:14:29]So generally you would say no. Remember if they're asking you can we talk to you? No. Can we search your car? No.

[00:14:36]Because you don't want to give up the consent. Ben has given up consent. So, we'll continue to watch >> and show them that it's all a misunderstanding that I can get let free. So, um I basically gave like an hour and a half long spiel and they couldn't find anything really that I was doing that was illegal except for the GoFundMe and they're like, "Uh, yeah, you made this GoFund" and I personally thought that a GoFundMe was a safe legal way to raise money for a family, but I guess it turns out not in the state of Utah. But also, it kind of goes back to the previous statement where it was like, I want to show the injustice of the police department, you know, like I'll sacrifice like me going to jail if it gets to show the world like look at what the police are trying to do. You know what I mean? If I would have just stayed quiet, then where's the story in that? Like what are we exposing now? You know, it's like nothing would have happened. So, it's like if I talk to the police and they find some crazy reason to throw me in jail, now I get to be like, "Hey, look how corrupt our police department is. Maybe we can change something." And so that was kind of my thought process. Um, but yeah, on to the next question.

[00:15:40]>> Well, I'm going to say it. Ben, you have exposed the police for the corruption that is. I think that's the real story here, people. I think the true story here in this particular case is that Ben has exposed the police department for what it is. It's they seem corrupt as hell. My personal opinion, they seem corrupt as hell. I don't know why they're they're they're in the tank for these other people, but they seem corrupt as hell. I got a super chat here that says, "Lawful masses recently talked about how going around the law system, especially without money through social media out um outrage has become the norm." Yeah. Yeah. I I I think that's I think that's that's true because I I I think the legal system I think can be used as a weapon against you. And I think that's what Ben here is exposing. how a big company is weaponized the legal system even to the point where they owe someone $100,000 worth of stuff and they're saying we don't have to pay it back because it'll cost more for you to go through the legal system than for us to keep it. And I don't think that's a that's a just that's a just outcome. So So yeah. So I I think um and and I think what Ben is doing going around that and getting justice outside of that it's just it's another way of getting justice is getting justice in public versus getting justice in the legal system. I think you can do both. And I think he's portraying both. So I So I have no problem with any of this stunt that Ben is doing at this particular point in the video.

[00:17:03]>> So Bricks and Minigs is suing me because they said my entire documentary is just full of lies. And then when I ask them like what the lies are, the one thing they always point to is that I sued a fake LLC and this whole lawsuit was completely fake. A lot of people on the internet went out and started looking up the court records and they saw that I sued a company called L2 Bricks LLC when the company I should have sued was Baker Bricks LLC >> as well as some of like the claims he made about the small claims court default judgment victory things like that. All of that is what's now being thrown into a bit of disarray.

[00:17:34]>> Now this is Penguin Zero. He's got a lot more subscribers than I do. But he now he Penguin Zero has picked up on it was like hold on hold on. You said you won this lawsuit but there's no evidence you won and it seems like you actually lost right now.

[00:17:53]So everyone understands what happened with this lawsuit. Then attempted to sue the franchise and when he went to go look at it, he sued the wrong company.

[00:18:08]Then he served the wrong company and then he applied for a default judgment.

[00:18:15]And when the court looked at the paperwork, there were two big things.

[00:18:18]Number one, you sued the wrong person.

[00:18:20]And number two, you didn't serve even and then you didn't even serve the wrong people properly. So they threw it out.

[00:18:28]They dismissed the case. Ben wasn't successful in that lawsuit. That lawsuit was dismissed. He lost. He lost. It was a total loss. And then what Ben did was refile against the owners of the store as individuals and not as the LLC. So in Ben's initial video when he says, "I won the laws, so we won. We filed the default judgment. We won. We won. We won." He didn't win. And he knows he didn't win. And he's going to explain that. Now, >> I'm curious to see Ben's response to it, you know, to give his side of things on on that conversation. So, after we got to 10 people that were down to sue Bricks and Minigs, I looked up what LLC we should sue them for. When I looked them up on the Oregon Business Registry website, uh there was no LLC for this address. I mean, there was like Bricks L2 LLC that ended in 2024 when corporate took over the store. But then they didn't add a new LLC after that. And I was like, what the heck? So, I called up the court and the court told me, "Oh, I guess there's no LLC for this company.

[00:19:29]If that's the case, then you just sue the previous LLC and the whole court thing will still work.

[00:19:35]>> But so this is where I I have an issue with this, but let me let me pick up the super chat. Um, with the government and now all of these police departments corruption being illuminated, what can we even do? Is there hope when they just investigate themselves and say that there's no issue? Of course, there's things we can do. We can vote them out, you know. And I don't think everybody's corrupt. think what he's showing is the corruption in this particular place, but I don't think all law enforcement and all courts are corrupt. There are good people out there who are in these spaces. So, yeah, and I think the majority of people are trying to do the right thing. So, I I I disagree with that sentiment, unfortunately.

[00:20:44]But I I would like you guys to be rational when we look when when we think about this. We think about this. The LLC that he sued, and I'm gonna bring this up right now.

[00:21:12]So, the LLC that he sued Streamyards is just acting up on me today.

[00:21:22]Boop. Here we go. All right. So, the LLC that he sued was L2 Bricks LLC. And as you can see, it says down here that it went out of business, right? The last failure to renew in 2018.

[00:21:40]That was the previous LLC. So, I I I would just like people to think about this rationally. Rationally.

[00:21:47]So he is essentially suing a company.

[00:21:50]He's suing a company that has not been in business for eight years, right? That that's what's happening here, right? He's suing a company that hasn't been in business for eight years. Now, what does that mean?

[00:22:04]Is that I I I don't know how you can def how you could defend suing a company that essentially has not been active since 2018. This is the company he sued.

[00:22:19]That's what he just said.

[00:22:22]And he said, I'm going to sue them because the court said sue them. So, if the court tells you to sue a company that's been out of business for eight years, I think the court is wrong. I think a reasonable person would say that doesn't make any sense. That it just doesn't right. And tell me if I'm wrong people.

[00:22:41]Um the more we hear from both sides, mostly Josh's, it is it is it far-fetched to think that um all one big misunderstanding and more blame on the previous owners. Yeah, it's it's possible. It's possible. I I agree with that. Um Governor Cox hasn't issued a statement yet. I called his office about the corruption of the American Fork Police yesterday. See if he weighs in this week. Yeah, I would like him to weigh in because that their corruption is is kind of is disgusting. I I don't know what the hell they're doing over there. But back to this. So, as you can see from the document, he sued a company that hasn't been in existence for eight years because he said the court told him to sue that company. Right. Okay. So now let's go back to Ben's statement. Now now again I'm I know I know this is crazy but I'm asking you to be reasonable reasonable about this.

[00:23:36]>> So basically if I sue the LLC then since that was the last LLC at that address >> that since that was the last LLC at that address eight years ago >> then I will technically be suing that company that's operating out of that address since that was the last LLC that was there. So, so the court says, I don't even know how to say it. So, the court says, "Sue the last LLC that was at that address eight years ago."

[00:24:04]Eight years ago, and who's ever in that building now, even if it's a new LLC, a brand new LLC, right? Brand new LLC who is somewhere wherever, that would still count.

[00:24:19]Now people, we all know that makes absolutely no sense, right? But that's what he's going with. It doesn't make any sense to me and maybe it makes sense to you. Now, I understand he is not a lawyer, but I don't think you have to be a lawyer to realize that suing an LLC that was closed 8 years ago for some and for instead of saying, "Well, that can't be correct makes any sense." But that's what he did. So, understand if the court told him to do that, shame on the court. Shame on the court because obviously that doesn't make any sense. But we'll see. We'll we'll see. Now, let's see what happens because he's going to he's going to make it make it he's going to understand an act of dissolved or not um are not the same. I know people who still use an active LLC for business. This one did not own that store. This one had nothing to do with this one. This one ended eight years ago.

[00:25:19]I I I don't know what to tell you. And he's going to tell you that that LLC is closed. He's going to tell you that. So, again, you don't have to believe me.

[00:25:39]>> At this point, I'm like, dude, this is the exact same. So he sued the wrong LLC that was closed out eight years ago.

[00:25:47]He calls and says they didn't respond obviously because they closed out eight years ago. And he's out asked for a default judgment. So, here's reckling.

[00:26:32]>> That happened to me in the last video in my Lucer Valentine documentary. I basically take this person who's like torturing all these people and I take him to small claims court. He was too afraid to show up and I won motion for default judgment and it was sick. So, I'm like, "Dang, this is just the exact same thing that happened in the last video." So, I call my friends. I'm like, "Dude, we won the court case. Let's go collect our money." you know, and basically Brian called me and he's like, "Dude, uh, like I I hear that Bricks and Minigs, like someone said that they're like packing up all their inventory.

[00:26:59]Like, you might want to go up soon because if you don't go up soon, they might close down their store." So, uh, Lydia actually called the store and to see if they were planning on closing.

[00:27:07]Basically pretending to be a parent being like, "Hey, my kid's birthday is like in like 3 days. Like, can we do a birthday party here?" Just to make sure that the store wasn't closing.

[00:27:57]>> So, I called back Brian and he still really made it seem like they are actually getting ready to close down this store. The plan was I wanted to like fly out all of my friends. I got like 10 speedos and we were all going to walk in speedos holding piggy banks. It was It was like the most epic ending ever. I had planned. It was going to be sick. But, uh, I had to go up there just by myself, I guess. And, um, I I was like, "At least I'll just get footage of them like I I don't know what I was gonna do. I was like, "Hey, we we're filing motion for default judgment." Like like, "How can we settle this?" You know, just type of thing.

[00:28:28]Just kind of like try to get some ending for the video because at this point, the video is like an hour and a half long.

[00:28:32]I'm like, "I just need to come up with some type some type of clip to end this." And so, I go up there and then the store's permanently closed.

[00:28:45]Nate, I'm sure he knows about LLC loopholes. What loophole do you need to know? IT'S BEEN OUT OF BUSINESS FOR EIGHT YEARS. THE LLC IS CLOSED. What the hell are you TALKING ABOUT? AND WHY THE hell is the court giving him legal advice? I I'm not even talking about that part. But what loophole? There is no loophole. I'm suing I want to sue this LLC. LLC's been closed. WHO THE HELL ARE YOU SUING THEN? Like I I I just can't. I JUST CAN'T. WHAT WHAT'S the loophole here?

[00:29:12]>> And well, it said temporarily closed on the window, but then we talked to the people at Tan Republic next to us and they're like, "Oh, no. They permanently closed down the store." I'm like, "Okay, sick."

[00:29:21]>> Now, I do want to say this about this particular part. I think Ben is a thousand% right. Right. And I understand how you could get get confused here, right? You you go you you filed your paperwork and all of a sudden the the store closes because you're because and you believe that it's because you sued them, right? you sued them and you're trying to get all this money from and they closed. But he did I don't and I don't think at this point he knew he sued the wrong person. They he never actually sued the store that's closing.

[00:29:51]That's a key part. Ben never sued the franchise that was actually closing. He sued an LLC that closed eight years previously. I keep saying that because it seems like people just don't understand that. I think this is exactly the kind of stuff that happens when a normal guy tries to fight back without lawyers. This is why people are so sensitive because they can put themselves in his shoes. 100% correct.

[00:30:15]And think about this. The only job you had a right to in the United States of America is the right to an attorney.

[00:30:23]Think about that. Or all the jobs you have. Matter of fact, the Supreme Court said you don't even have a right to the for the police to to to defend you against crimes, but you have a right to an attorney. That's how it was so important they put it in the Constitution, right? So, we can pretend that we can do all this stuff without attorneys. We can pretend my law license and all that stuff. We just got it. But in the Constitution, United States, they found IT TO BE SO IMPORTANT because the legal system is so confusing that you have a right to an attorney if you can't afford. Think about that. So just saying he's trying to figure it out and all that stuff is fine, but attorneys are necessary because we understand how to walk through these things. But let's continue on.

[00:31:06]>> Literally the next day I go from Oregon to Utah and I'm like, I'm just going to talk to Josh to see why he closed down the store, you know, and maybe sue him again personally, you know? And so I did the whole thing where I'm like, hey, we sued you guys. We won. You guys closed down the store to avoid paying us. And so basically, we filmed the whole Utah thing where we get raided, all this crazy stuff happens. A couple weeks later, I get a notice in the mail that says that my court case has been uh dismissed. And I'm like, what the heck?

[00:31:32]I I guess it's just because of uh like they closed down the stores, so that's why it got dismissed. Now, I have to say this because I I think this is important, too. So, when Reckless Ben applied, he filed for the default judgment, and a lot of people get this mistaken. you file for a default judgment, but filing for the default judgment doesn't mean you won. You have to wait to the um you have to wait for the court to approve the default judgment. So, he applied for it and the court hadn't approved it yet.

[00:32:05]So, when he applied for it, he thought he had won. They didn't answer. He thought it was an automatic, but it wasn't. The court then has to review the record, make sure the person was served, make sure that all the due process stuff went right, and then they'll stamp it, you've won. But he jumped the gun. He says that, "Hey, I already had the default judgment." And now the court has sent him back a notice, has sent him a notice, said, "Hey, remember that default judgment you applied for? We're dismissing the case because of the two reasons. Number one, the entity that you're suing doesn't exist anymore. And two, you didn't sue you didn't serve the the right entity and you didn't serve the right person. So, your case is dismissed. You didn't win anything. And actually, the person you sued did doesn't work. Doesn't work. So, you know, it's it's it just is what it is, >> you know. So now it's like fast forward like present day and I got on a call with Crystal and she told me that >> basically what happened is I guess Bricks and Miniigs had an addition added on I guess which so like the store was small and then they like added a new room and so they put their LLC in this like new addition space which I guess technically is like a separate address but it's not listed on Google or anything that that's like a separate address. So then Josh and Brandon made Bricks L2 LLC.

[00:33:28]>> I don't remember what the name it was name of it was, but if you go on to the I just looked the other day. If you go on to the Oregon Secretary of State website.

[00:33:39]>> It'll you can you can >> So it said at the River Road address. I put in the address and it said L2 Bricks LLC was an LLC there, but it ended in like 2024 or something like that.

[00:33:52]>> Okay. So, that would have been that would have been the LLC from Matt Bowman who was >> So, I actually took I took screenshots of >> Brandon's current LLC that's listed with at that address.

[00:34:15]>> Depends on on what actual address you put in >> because the store itself is associated with two different addresses.

[00:34:25]>> So, just so we're all clear on what happened because I I want to I I think this is a little messy. So, I want to just clear up what what I believe happened here.

[00:34:36]At first you had a bricks and mini mini figs at this strip mall and they were in one store and then they expanded. They said we want to make the store bigger.

[00:34:44]So that one store had an address. So then they probably bought the store right next to it, knocked down the wall and expanded. So now essentially you have two addresses for the store, right?

[00:34:55]The first address had the old LLC.

[00:34:58]So when the when Crystal and her people took over, they took over the new they took over and used the second address, the new the second address where they expanded to as their LLC.

[00:35:10]So that's why when Ben looked up the old address, he only he saw that ended back then and he was like, "Hold on, that that that LLC doesn't exist anymore."

[00:35:19]But he didn't look up the second address, the one that everybody was using. And I'm assuming Crystal used it, too. So that's what he that was the confusion. I I I I I put the wrong address in and got the wrong LLC and sued that one. And now when you put the right LLC, you can sue the correct one.

[00:35:33]So that that's what essentially happened in this case. It was they expanded the business from one storefront, bought the next door storefront, and used the next door storefront as this. So, so that's what happened, which is which is messy, but you know, I I I I understand the confusion and I don't think I don't I don't think um he's made he made a malice mistake. He was doing this to lie to people. I think this was just, you know, that it was messy. It was messy and and he made a mistake. So, I'm not knocking him for that. Anybody would have made this mistake. Matter of fact, I know lawyers who would have made the same mistake, too. So, but I don't think they would have sued a company that didn't exist. So >> maybe that's why it's so hard to find it then >> cuz it's two different buildings that they cut down the wall in between and put two buildings together.

[00:36:22]>> Oh, so I guess it just like fooled the court system, I guess. And it also fooled me. So they outsmarted me, I guess, is what it was. Uh Bricks and Minigs used some crazy loophole and they outsmarted me. They found a way to get out of my lawsuit and but it doesn't well I don't think they found a way to get out your lawsuit because I think there were two addresses address A and address B. Address A was being used before when that was the store. Then when they expanded everyone started using address B. I think Crystal used address B. I think the new bricks and mini figs management used address B. And he just looked up the wrong address. So, I don't think he I don't I don't think they pulled one full of fast on him. I I just think that he that he sued the wrong person. And luckily lucky for Bricks and Minifigs, they you know, this they were able to see the madness because obviously you want to sue them before they closed down the store. But in all this madness, they were able to get more time, close down the store and just say, "You know what? I'm I'm I'm out." And it kind of left him holding the bag. And I think he did the right thing after like, "Oh, we'll just sue you personally since with all this mess." So again, I don't think any of this was malicious. I think some people now there are some people online that say Ben is just straight up scamming. I don't think that's the case at all. I think this is just when you're trying to figure out the process by yourself and you're trying to walk through these steps. It's very complicated. I think and I think he naively made these mistakes. But I can't I'm not going to sit here and pretend that these mistakes weren't made, right? They were mistakes that were made. And I think now it gives you a better understanding of the story to see how the struggles are. And again, he was the one, Ben was the one that said he wanted to show you somebody who didn't know this process, somebody to just go through and try to do this from his own experiences, how hard it would be to beat. And I think understanding suing the wrong company and doing all this this crazy stuff is also part of the process, right? Doesn't matter because I'm like, I can just see you guys again personally. And so we >> So someone said it doesn't matter in the end though, but it does. That's the reason why he's doing this 17minute video explaining it because it does matter. It does. Like you could say it doesn't matter in the end, but I think it does. That's the reason why he's been doing this. He >> actually did end up getting Josh served.

[00:38:38]I already went to mediation with them and it's about to go to small claims court and I'm about to fight for my $10,000. So everyone that's saying the court case is fake, they just found some >> Yeah. And that that's another thing I want to clear up too now because this other court case was a mess and it he didn't win and all this other stuff, right? So that he didn't win, he sued the wrong person, didn't serve the people for that was a whole mess. Now because that was a mess, you have a whole bunch of people online saying the whole thing is a scam and that's just not accurate. It's not a scam. So he messed up, sued the wrong person, served the wrong person. That case was thrown out. That was fine. Then he smartened up and said, "Okay, should you close the store? I'm going to now sue you guys personally." And guess what he did? He went to the right court. He got the right paperwork. He got the process server. And he went through all the steps. He learned from his mistake in the past and then moved forward with it.

[00:39:31]So I I don't knock him for doing that because again, this is going to be messy. And he's clearing it up now. It's not like he's saying I didn't do it or but he's explaining his process. So I I respect that.

[00:39:41]So, wasn't the girl they served the first time the same girl they um they talked to in the woods? Yes. But even even if let's say they served let's say if she was the proper person to serve, right? Let's say that taking this this super chat, we're going to say that she was the proper person to serve. So, let's say he went and served her. it would have still been thrown out because she can't accept service for an LLC that does not exist, right? She can't I can't you can't accept service for an LLC that does not exist. So that that case was doomed no matter what happened unfortunately. And yes, you know, to answer that question, yes, that was with the woman. So >> loophole to get out of it, I guess. And they outsmart I will admit they outsmarted me on this one. And I'm fine with admitting that.

[00:40:38]>> They did outsmart you. You and and that that's the part because I understand, you know, everyone has to is a hero of their own story, right?

[00:40:48]Everyone has to frame it in a way that makes the other side look bad. And I think and I think he's he's trying to internally trying to trying to make Bricks and Mini Fig, you know, hey, they outsmarted me. They didn't outsmart you.

[00:41:00]you just didn't well but you didn't know the intricacies of this stuff and you chose to do it without a lawyer and you got caught up in the process right suing the wrong companies serving the wrong person improper service case is dismissed but you've learned from all that I think reckless Ben learned from all those mistakes and is doing it the right way now so and I think that's part of the story people I think and people trying to pretend that we should hide this is all part of the story him being naive him making these mistakes him learning from those mistakes and now doing it the right way. That should be something he's celebrating, but now we got to pretend that he didn't make any mistakes and all this other stuff. No, he did. My only issue is that he kept saying that he had won the lawsuit even though I'm assuming he knew he didn't win the lawsuit at the time he was saying it. But then he's but he's come out and cleared it up totally. So I I don't really issue that. But I think it's disingenuous to say they tricked me. I think it would be more I messed up. I didn't understand the process. But I do now and I'm I'm making it better.

[00:41:57]Um, I think Ben's issue is that he's young, naive, and makes assumptions often in the worst light. Um, that can easily be wrong. Hence, that's why he's getting many things wrong at this time.

[00:42:10]I don't think it's malice. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:42:11]I've never said it was malice, but when people send me stuff and say like, this was the biggest story that I've kept got. People kept saying, "I need you to react. We need you to react to." And generally, I I I react to things that I like. So, I'm like, "I'm going to react to this." And you know, I I do want to tell you guys as as my as the people who watch all my my stuff and my fans, I failed you on this story initially. And the reason why is I the way I always go through these stories, I look for the court documents. I go through all the news media. I watch all the videos. Like I've watched all his videos. I've looked at all the commentary. I've watched all the lawyers. You know, I've been seeing all the before and after. And I pride myself on going and looking at the actual documents myself. I pride myself on that. Like I like Ethan Klein's lawsuit, which I'm doing a video on. I I've read the whole thing, right? I've read his lawsuit. I read all the documents. And in this case, I got too confident and I didn't read the documents.

[00:43:14]And then when I did read the documents, I was like, "Oh, he's not telling he's not he's not telling the truth. he's he's being deceptive. This is not accurate. And that's so now I, you know, so now I'm I'm going backward, but then I don't want to make it seem like there's any malice to his part. I think he just made a mistake and he's trying to do all this stuff and he's he's in the public out and it's hard to admit you made a mistake when you're in the middle of the ba battle. But he did make a mistake and I'm just pointing out that mistake. So let me continue to watch.

[00:43:43]Um, but ultimately like it's not like and now they're trying to use that as proof that the second lawsuit was fake, which I mean if the police even verified it with the court, it's not fake.

[00:43:54]>> Uh, and yeah, so just because it didn't work the first time, I was like, "Okay, if first you don't succeed, try try again. We'll just do them with a second lawsuit, you know?" And now, but personally this time, and I don't think they're going to get out of this one.

[00:44:09]We'll see. But that is the answer to that. So next question is what will the GoFundMe money be used for? So >> now what will the Go Fund money be used for? I think is another important question because see a lot of us just watch the content that we like, right? A lot of us just watch the content that we like. We like this content. We like this content. We like this content. But then when people have a different opinion, we hate this content. We hate this content.

[00:44:37]We hate this content. All right. So we we just have to understand that Ben made some mistakes. I want to I want to pull pull pull back here for a second.

[00:44:49]>> That is the answer to that. So next question is what will the GoFundMe money be used for?

[00:44:54]>> So now with the GoFundMe money, this is something we brought up on our live stream where you can watch it. So we said that half of the collection had been sold. Crystal said that. Ben said that. And it's actually in Crystal's lawsuit because we read I read Crystal's full lawsuit. After all this, I was like, I'm reading all the documents. I read Crystal's full lawsuit. And in her lawsuit, she says in that lawsuit that they sold about half of the collection and gave half, you know, their the proceeds or whatever they needed to give to Brian and his father, you know, to to to Brian. So, they got so there was about a hundred to $120,000 worth of Legos left. That's who was left. So they, you know, they did the thing where now Ben owns that $100,000 worth of Legos and then um Ben paid them paid Brian the $100,000 for the Legos. So Brian was made whole when they paid then Brian loaned him back the money and now they're still out of $100,000. So the GoFundMe went up. Ben initially made it $120,000. They reached that goal, but then the goal kept raising, kept raising, kept raising, kept raising. So people kept saying, "Well, hold on. If this was all to make him whole, he's already got the money back. So now you want him to have also the the um the Legos back. It's it's essentially unjust enrichment, right? He's getting more than than he deserves. He only wanted this amount of money. You've gotten this amount of money. So why are we still doing this? And that was that that was the issue. So Ben's going to explain to you why now they they they had the GoFundMe. The GoFundMe is like $400,000.

[00:46:28]But now the $100,000. So, so this is not about making Brian whole, right? Because they have the money for that. This is now about the the lawsuits and the other stuff that's going on. So, that was a a point of contention. People were saying that he's scamming to get more money out of this, which I don't think absolutely I don't think he he's he's doing. I think now you're in a legal battle and legal battles cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. So, I think you he has to continue to raise money to fight the legal battle. Um, this says, "I honestly um think Ben couldn't could um couldn't care less about these guys getting rid of their leg get their Legos back. It's all content, clout, and money.

[00:47:05]Otherwise, he could have consulted a good lawyer, but that's not good for YouTube drama."

[00:47:13]Well, possibly, possibly. But, but he's consulting a whole bunch of lawyers now.

[00:47:17]So, originally I set the goal at $120,000 because uh according to my knowledge, that's still how much money Brian is owed from his collections that have not been paid for.

[00:47:27]>> So, you see now he was saying that Ben that Brian was owed $200,000, but he's just admitted now that he was only owed about $120,000. So, that's a discrepancy, but that's one of those discrepancies where I'm where I'm personally saying I think it's it's immaterial, right? He said the Lego sets were worth $200,000 in every video. It's $200,000 worth $200,000 worth of Legos, but it's really $120,000. That's what's old. So, I don't really think that matters in the grand scheme of things, but I do think it's something that was that you should clear up. And he he has cleared it up. Um, it says he's definitely in a legal battle. Um, he's being charged with felonies. Oh, yeah.

[00:48:06]Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. And that's why I think you now need this money, right? I think that's why now you need this money. I think like just a few hours after I posted part two, we hit that goal. And I I personally thought that GoFundMe just like ended. Like once you hit the goal, like we hit our goal, you know, like people can't donate anymore.

[00:48:21]But people kept donating. So I called Brian. I'm like, shoot, like, do we end this? Like what do we do? And Brian's like, "Dude, we just got served a lawsuit." And I'm like, "I'm so happy."

[00:48:31]Like he was so happy like we he finally got made whole. And that moment lasted for like an hour and then he gets served this lawsuit and he's like, >> "You know what? Before we get to Brian being served the lawsuit, it said, "Isn't there possibility mistakes but not lie?" Yes. Yes. I That's what I'm saying. I'm saying I believe Ben made mistakes.

[00:48:56]I believe he made a lot of mistakes, but then I believe there was a point where he knew that he didn't win that lawsuit.

[00:49:05]and but he had claimed he had done he had won a lawsuit and I think he's making this video because people are calling him out saying you did not win that lawsuit. You're lying. You sued the wrong person. And that's why Ben is making this video to explain what happened. So, let's not pretend that there wasn't any confusion out there.

[00:49:26]But, do I think he maliciously lied? No.

[00:49:29]But I do think it was worth clarifying.

[00:49:31]Worth enough clarifying that he's clarifying it now on screen. So, >> however, our attorney's fees, it's looking like it's going to be like hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars just to pay for like to be able to defend ourselves against a lawsuit.

[00:49:47]So, I was like, "Okay, I'll keep the GoFundMe going. Let's put all the money in a legal trust and the money can go to Brian's attorney's fees." But anyways, all that money is Brian's money. I'm I'm not taking any of that money. It all goes to Brian. And yeah, I think now we're almost like $400,000. It's literally insane. But uh Brian's still worried that like he's going to get screwed over, which sucks because it's like not only did Bricks and Minig steal from Brian, now they're going to sue him on top of that.

[00:50:17]>> Well, just just so we clear that this this brings us to the update now. Bricks and Miniigs is just essentially we're done with this. They've they've parted ways with the franchise. They they they've essentially been done. They said, "Mayor Copa, give her back whatever." So So they've they've done all this stuff, right? They've done all this stuff and they've they've made it um they've just essentially said, "Okay, we're good. We're good. We're good." Um so I don't I don't think they're going to be continuously suing suing Brian. Um so we'll see. Brian Brian will get an extra what 300,000 because it's $400,000 in the GoFundMe. So he'll get an extra $300,000. I'm more worried about Reckless Ben because he's the one that has some real He got the criminal liability, he's got civil liability, and we'll talk about the civil liability after he finishes this point.

[00:51:03]>> So, it's like what the heck? Like, and then uh just to answer some of the lawsuits I'm in. I mean, this is kind of some episode three spoilers, but I got uh my first stalking charge when I tried to serve Josh Papers. I got my second that first stalking charge that first stalking charge I think is BS and I think he's going to I I think that's going to be thrown out. I I I just think it's ridiculous.

So I got a extra extortion charge for that. that I think is going to be I I think that's going to be thrown out because and the great part about this is Ben was filming everything. So even if you go to court with these things, you're like, "Well, here is my here are here's the videos of me not doing that." And I think if there's any justice in the world, the people who are making those allegations should be charged with making these false allegations. Um because, you know, and they film everything. So I I I don't think he has anything to worry about, but hopefully he gets a good attorney because now you're talking in the criminal arena and you don't want to be making these type of simple mistakes in that >> that one. So generally when you're talking except somebody like people in the chat, oh Nate's not a real lawyer, blah blah blah blah. Since I am a public figure, I can't sue. I it's it's going to be extremely hard for me to sue for defamation because I have to overcome actual malice. I got to prove that you knew what you're saying is a lie. You said it anyway. People believe I got it's a the bar is so high for a public figure. But when you say stuff about private figures, people who are not in a public eye, that standard goes from all the way to the sky to almost to the floor because you're talking about negligence. And that's a really low standard where I didn't do a proper surge. I didn't do this. I didn't do this. and he's been making some very very very defamatory claims that could he could be held liable for like saying they stole this, saying they did this, saying like all a lot of those claims could be held defamatory. So, you know, he's going to need a good lawyer to go and try to figure this out, especially if these are private figures where we're just talking about a negligence standard. In other words, you know, you didn't understand the process, that's being negligent.

[00:54:38]You, you know, looked up the wrong company, that's being negligent. Like they like they have they have a case.

[00:54:43]They have a case for negligence. Um, in terms of defamation, if you're talking about actual malice, I think he's okay.

[00:54:48]So, now we're really talking about where we're at. Um, if it's bricks and mini fig, I think he's probably going to be a little more safe because he has that.

[00:54:55]But then you also have things like torches interference where you know he's saying he's you know he said I sued this business and they closed down because I was suing them but then come to find out you didn't sue them. Is that a lie? Yes. Is that defamatory? Now we're talking about did he hurt their business? All these things have to be litigated and I think that's what's going to cause the hundreds of thousands of dollars that he may have to come out of pocket to pay for. So, you know, the I would say go to his Patreon if you really really want to help him in this situation. That's where I think he's going to have the most liability at. Um, Lego are a hell of a drug. Legos are a hell of a drug. People say it doesn't have an S, but S, let me see. Bam. Bricks and mini figs has not said they are dropping the civil case.

[00:55:40]They are using Weasly language like they're willing to discuss possibly dropping charges. All right. So, we'll see. Yeah, if they if they haven't said that, then we'll see. We'll see. We'll see. But I I but I don't I don't want people to go into this thinking that bricks and mini figs and the people that are maybe suing individually don't have a case. I think they have a case, but I think it's going to have to be played out in court. We'll we'll see how it plays out though. I'm definitely going to cover that. Um I think Brian I think Brian is is concerned because Bricks and Min are asking him something like blame everything on Ben um from him and unless he agrees they won't drop the lawsuit.

[00:56:13]Well, we'll see. We'll see because it's really right against them against the whole internet. Um, was the 120K accounted for the 60/40 split um that was in the contract? Yes. So, from my understanding, the lawsuit from um Crystal's lawsuit against Bricks and Mini Figs Corporate says that there was only $120,000 left and there was a split. So, it did account. So, the $120,000 left, it doesn't have to account for the split because they didn't sell it. Bricks and Miniix only gets their split if they sell it and then they'd have to turn over the 60%. But since they didn't sell the items, they're still Bryant. So, he could say, "Give me the items back and I'll sell them myself." So, that that's the way that would work. Um or would that work after the fact? Um it's such a mess. Um keeping keeping up with So, yeah. So if so Bricks and Minifig could buy it themselves and give him 60%.

[00:57:14]Or they can sell it and give them 60%.

[00:57:16]Now I'm thinking the smart thing to do would just be buy the sets and just give him the 60%. Because you're you're getting great value for them if you're bricks and minifig and you can sell them for 100% of the value. But you know I think this is such a mess. I think you just give them back all the stuff you can just call it a day. Um so glad you're doing a solo stream on this. It was a bit much yesterday. So thank you.

He's going to he's got um not univil, he's got a legal eagle helping him, who is a fantastic civil attorney who's going to help him out. So, so he so it's not like he's he doesn't have any any legal help now. And you know, obviously they're going to do it for him at a rate. they're not going to make him pay full price. So I and and and I I'm assuming with that help he should be okay because these these are two fantastic attorneys even though we may politically disagree in some instances. They're both outstanding attorneys and just look at the work they do. So um respect for saying things to your audience doesn't want to hear.

[00:58:25]Principal question if they obtain the record of the court wrongfully advising them to sue the wrong LLC, can the court be held liable? I think yes. I I think well not the court be held liable but I think the people in the court you can you can because they they're not supposed to give illegal advice so you you can make an argument that there may be some disciplinary action. I'm not sure how the state would handle that but there but if I was him I would definitely complain. They maybe waste money, waste time, waste effort and suing the wrong person. So yeah I I I I would I would make us think about that.

[00:58:57]Um what if the other court case proved that Bam stole the leg stole the Legos?

[00:59:03]um then will it help Ben prove that he wasn't doing defamation but because it was actually true? Yeah, truth is an absolute defense if it's actually true what they're saying. So yes, truth is but again I think he's he can't play lawyer for this part of it, right? You can't play lawyer because you're he's going to need somebody to understand the law, understand the law because don't forget there's 50 states, there's 50 different packs of law and he needs to understand the law and the state where he's in, right? He's got to understand the law and the state that he's I I can't go to Utah or Oregon, wherever this is at, and argue on his behalf because I'm not familiar with the law.

[00:59:42]He's got to find somebody from that jurisdiction who's familiar with the law, familiar with that place, and have them advocate for him. So, let's play the end of this. Right? So it just is what it is. So hopefully he wins, he can finish. But this is this is not going I don't think this is going away anytime soon. I think this is going this you're going the long haul here. I I think you have years and years of this stuff. So this is this is going to be it's going to be interesting. It's going to be interesting. Um Nate the lawyer, how is small claims cases not cla how is a small claims cases not claim spilling?

[01:01:34]So this is something that we've been discussing.

[01:01:38]We've been discussing um a lot. We've been discussing a lot because some of us thought so what is claim splitting? So let's say somebody took my car and owes me and it's a $100,000 car and they owe me $100,000.

[01:01:54]Generally a claim split would be I want to take it a small claims court. So I sell I give everyone a $10,000 interest in the car. So really where I had one claim, it turns into 10 and then and then we go to court. It's 10. Then people then the court will be like, "No, what are you talking about? There's one car. There's only one person. Now you got 10 people trying to sue for the one car." They'll say, "No, all 10 of those claims are actually one claim for the car, and that's claim and that's generally illegal." The the way Ben got around the claim splitting is that the owner of the Legos, Brian, he doesn't he he owns those are individual Lego sets.

[01:02:30]Each one each one is has a certain value to it. So, since he still owns those sets under consignment, Ben was saying, "Okay, here's a list of what you still owe. I want to buy box one, two, three, four, five, until you make the until you make it to $10,000." So, he transferred ownership. He paid cash. Give him a receipt. And now Ben owns those 10 sets.

[01:02:55]Now, Ben wants to go and retrieve his 10 sets that now he owns that that that that's not owned by Brian. So now Ben has legal right to go and and say hey so he's only say he's not saying give me the 100,000 he's going to say just give me my 10 my the sets that I own because I bought them from Bryant. So that's why be that's why some are suggesting that it's not claim splitting because he actually now owns the property and you could do that with anything. Um, if you, you know, for in the car example, um, where I said, remember that had the one car worth $100,000 you had to, instead of splitting the car, you say, you know, I own the car, you have the car in your garage. I can still sell the car to somebody else and then it will be on them to get the car from the person. It would be on them to sue the garage, whoever has the car versus me. So, you can sell your interest in it and then the other person have to fight in court.

[01:03:45]And it happens all the time. Making law simple. Reckless Ben is the smartest man in the whole story. I I think he is, but you would even have to admit he made some mistakes. This is This is my boy making law simple. He's another great attorney. Um yeah, you you'd have to admit he he's made some mistakes and and I and I think, you know, but I I don't think that that nullifies what he's trying to do. I just think he's made some mistakes. Um this is the last one.

[01:04:34]And last one, I appreciate the view of people who can't get a lawyer. My brother did a prosay um over a $300 medical bill, but it took over a year and hours in court. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

[01:04:47]And I and I think that's the folly of of of of not getting an attorney, right?

[01:04:52]That's why the Constitution says in criminal matters, you have a right to an attorney because this thing is complicated. And much props to him, but I think and and I think this story could have easily been, hey, I messed up. I sued the wrong person. I got my ducks in a now we're suing the right person and we're on the right path. I think that's part of the story. I think part of the story is the growth and I think you know and and this because this is essentially a hero's journey. You messed up, you did things wrong and now you've you've tightened it up and now you're going after the real bad guys. So I think that is valuable and I think it's valuable to um to Ben and I think it's valuable to the process. I think it's valuable to all of you to see how this thing goes.

[01:05:30]So with that being said, I'm out of here. I'm probably going to be done with this story because this is probably going to take years to do and if you're doing people who are doing videos on this every day are probably going to stop eventually because it's just it's just too much to cover. Um there's something new happens every day. I'm I'm all over the police. I think the police department is [ __ ] I I I I personally think the police department's in trouble, but it is what it is. So, last word. Do I think Reckless Ben was lying?

[01:05:55]No, I do not. I don't think he's been lying maliciously about this thing. I think I think at at at at best at best um you can make the argument that reckless Ben was sloppy. He was naive.

[01:06:10]He's in his 20s. He did things incorrectly. But I think he's learned from that as you can see and he's on the right path. I do think he has some civil liability he has to worry about. I believe the criminal liabilities he is less and I think he now needs a lawyer.

[01:06:24]This whole we're going to do this without a lawyer. I think that went out the window when you start when the the prosecutor and stuff start pressing charges and I think that goes out of the window when they sue you for all these for, you know, 300 pages worth of defamation, all that. So, it's it's a fascinating case. Um, so it's it's crazy. And he lost it. Three out of four factors. It was it's it's it's an amazing it's it's amazing. It's it's amazing. But I love how the court um I love how the court used the fact of his oh the lawsuit he won previously using fair use is what happened. So, thank you again. I really appreciate it.
