Finally! Frame Generation on GameHub Emulator V6.0.2 – Massive 2x FPS Boost Across All Processors

[00:00:00]GameHub emulator version 6 update just came out and somehow the developers are already back with another big release version 6.1. But this time it's not just about small fixes or minor improvements.

[00:00:10]They've added one of the most exciting features in the emulator scene right now. Built-in frame generation. A lot of you probably already know what frame generation is since I've talked about it before. But what makes this update special is that GameHub has integrated it directly into the emulator which means you don't need any extra setup or external tools to use. It Honestly, that gives GameHub a huge advantage over a lot of other Windows emulators available right now. One thing I've always liked about GameHub is how simple and beginner-friendly it is. The setup is easy, the interface is clean and you don't need to spend too much time adjusting complicated settings. With this new 6.1 update, the overall experience feels even better. But of course the biggest highlight here is definitely frame generation and I'm not going to lie, this feature actually works surprisingly. Well, the best part is how simple it is to enable. Just one tap you can instantly unlock extra performance. Now to test this properly, I decided to try Grand Theft Auto V.

[00:01:05]Before turning on frame generation, was getting around 60 FPS which was already pretty smooth. But things got a lot more interesting once I enabled it. Before that though, one quick thing I forgot to mention. GameHub has also added a gyro view option. Basically, it lets you control the camera angle using your phone's gyro sensor. For some players, that could be a really useful feature.

[00:01:25]Although you might need to adjust the sensitivity a bit. In my testing, it still doesn't feel perfect yet, but it's definitely a nice extra option to have now. To enable frame generation, just head over to the performance tab and you'll find the option there. Simply turn it on. In my case, I selected the balanced preset and honestly, the difference was immediately noticeable during normal gameplay. I started seeing the FPS jump to around 80 FPS at different moments which already made the game feel smoother than before. But the most surprising part happened when I entered story mode. That's where I actually saw the FPS go as high as 120 FPS, which was honestly really impressive. Now, of course, it doesn't stay at 120 all the time. The FPS keeps changing depending on what's happening in the game and how demanding the scene is. But even then, the overall smoothness definitely feels better after enabling frame generation. And another good thing, I didn't notice any major input lag. The game still felt responsive. And visually, I didn't see any serious graphical glitches either, especially while using balanced mode.

[00:02:24]Honestly, that preset feels like the sweet spot right now. You get a nice FPS boost, stable visuals, and almost zero input delay for something that's built directly into the emulator. This is honestly a really impressive feature. It makes the whole experience much more convenient to know. Complicated setup, no. Extra tools, just turn it on and you're ready to go. But one thing I'm still curious about is how well this feature performs on different devices and processors.
