[00:00:00]What most people don't realize is actually when the project comes back up to ground level, so you finished your excavation and you poured your footings, you're now building vertically your your parking and you're back to grade, that is roughly halfway, which I think surprises a lot of people because the tower above grade seems so substantial, but that work below ground takes a long time. It's messy work often that's where a lot of the risk is associated.
