911 calls serve as critical evidence in criminal investigations, and a single 911 call can be sufficient to initiate an investigation, detain a suspect, or even result in arrest; the video examines why Carlos Smith was not investigated despite multiple 911 calls on September 8th describing him as a male wearing red and black who allegedly pushed a car door on Rama Blackmon and placed her in a chokehold before she was shot.

Carlos Pt.1: Why Wasn’t He Investigated After The 911 Calls?Added:
Hey yo.
>> All right, heard the ticket. The shooter is a male wearing red and black. More tickets coming in, but this one is stating shooter male wearing red and black for my units. My team. All right.
>> Multiple calls. Several 911 calls on September 8th. And not one of those calls said it was a man in red and black diffusing the situation. This your boy Big Keys. Keys against the world. If y'all don't know what's going on and what's going wrong, sign a petition.
Yes, a petition for a open investigation against Carlos Smith on September 8th, 2025.
Cordasia was not alone. When Rama Blackman pulled up across the street from her son's school a couple minutes after dropping her son off, she didn't just pull up on Quadia Johnson. Carlos Smith was there as well. Now, we all know the situation as far as the shooting, but if y'all don't know, before the shots were fired, witnesses saw Carlos Smith, according to them, put Rama Blackman in a chokeold. Witnesses saw Carlos Smith slamming the condo on Rama on some baddy [ __ ] as if he was putting out the limo. All sorts of crazy [ __ ] He just going wild on her before she get shot. Insane work. This enabled um Rama to be stuck like Chuck. She was stuck like she couldn't run. That disa it enabled her to be stuck like Chuck and it disabled her running. So when she saw the pistol or whatever, she couldn't even run because according to witnesses, she was in a chokeold slash bear hood slash all sorts of Monday Night Raw ass [ __ ] Crazy work, right? But a lot of people want to know what's the reason for the petition now.
Why? Well, because as of May 18th, 2026, the state has formally accused this man to the Supreme Court. Q exhibit A. Crazy word. This is what the state told the Supreme Court. According to accounts from witnesses profered by the state, Smith repeatedly hit Blackman with her own car door and then placed her in a choke hole. While Blackman was being held in a choke hole, defendant threatened to shoot Blackman, then then retrieved a firearm from her vehicle. So Rama is watching all this going down from the comfort of a chokehole.
She's being cho according to the witnesses. Propheter witnesses, not a witness, prophesies, profer, pay attention to the wording. Rama is in a choke hole as she's watching her killer, right? Go get the gun to kill her. You can't run. You can't do [ __ ] That's all sad. It's all bad. We all know it ended tragically. A shot to the face and a shot to the leg. Crazy work.
Now, a lot of people like, "Well, the state been they been saying that." No, no, no, no. They how how how could they been saying that and they just told this to the Supreme Court for the first time?
Smoothies.
Smoothies. How they been saying it? To who? This the Supreme Court. This the first time the Supreme Court hearing this and seeing this [ __ ] Is you crazy?
Now the state could have been on some on some [ __ ] and not even said nothing.
This is what they exhibit B. This is what they could have said versus what they did say. They could have been on some on some well, we're going to just let them slide. They could have said, "Well, he was present during the incident." The witnesses provided conflicting accounts regarding what occurred between the parties, man.
Instead, the states, this what the state said, "Smith repeatedly hit black men with her own car door and then placed her in a choke hole." According to the state witnesses profered, right? They also could have said that if they really wanted to just let him slide, they could have been like, "Hey, Supreme Court, the evidence regarding Smith's conduct is disputed and remains under review." They could have said that. But nah, the said, "We tired of this [ __ ] man. Look, man."
Afterward, defending Smith exchanged a celebratory fist bump.
They told this to the Supreme Court for the first time May 18th. Ain't know they keep repeating the same [ __ ] You [ __ ] crazy. Is you [ __ ] crazy?
Now, the reason for today's show is to show y'all the importance of a 911 call, right? The reason for the petition is we need some transparency. Is he being investigated? Was he being investigated?
What's going on with with with with him?
Because if y'all think the streets ain't safe cuz Quadia Johnson might touch him, he's still out here. [ __ ] What's what's going on here? Like, you know, we need some transparency.
Don't take me through the let me see through there. I need transparency, [ __ ] Crazy work. However, check this out. This is the the importance of a 911 call. Right now, a 911 call save lives. It stop crimes. It protects the communities. Right now, the impact. Now, if y'all scroll down to the bottom, you will see the impact of a 911 call. It helps with a stronger investigation. I like that one. Right. Amongst other things, right? A stronger investigation.
A 911 call is enough for you to get investigated off of. A 911 call also is enough for you to go to jail off of, for you to get detained off of. On September 8th, there were multiple 911 calls against him, including the one y'all just heard that said the shooter was a male wearing red and black. ticket. The shooter is a male wearing red and black.
Again, we're getting more tickets coming in, but this one is stating shooter is male wearing red and black. So, my >> Now, they were supposed to investigate.
Why would they say the shooter was a male wearing red and black? They were supposed to check him from gunpowder.
They were supposed to do a whole lot of [ __ ] right, as far as investigating, right? Q exhibit E. Well, I don't know what exhibit we on. Q exhibit E. the other phone call that said it was a male and two females fighting. He out there fight. He on some Zeus baddy [ __ ] with him type [ __ ] He going this [ __ ] going crazy. He think he py. It's just it's a Q Q exhibit E type [ __ ] >> One getting two calls on the board.
First it came in as a battery in progress back in state right >> for male and two females fighting outside on the street. White car and black car on scene. Second >> for the first call was for a male and two females fighting. A male and two females fighting, not a male diffusing while the two females fighting. The fir the the first call was for a male along with the two females fighting.
Now, what's even more crazier is y'all, according to Cordasia Johnson's attorney, if she don't believe [ __ ] the witnesses said, they believe that he pushed that door on her to exhibit Z.
What did you say, Ari? Now, I don't know why the appellet court was citing and putting lit [ __ ] in there. Why didn't they say that Ari was mis was quoted to be misrepresented twice at that hearing?
I don't know. Even she admitted herself that she might have misrepresented something. What did you say, Ari? She said, "I think I misrepresented something." It's my understanding that the the victim got to the scene at 8:57.
The shooting occurred at 9:05. The first call was made at 9:02. If you look at the bottom, it says 9:02.
So, the victim, the witness, witness 3, does make a call. I I I I never I'm I'm not asserting that she didn't see absolutely nothing. That's not my assertion. I believe that she saw him push the door. She was consistent with that. It's [ __ ] It's [ __ ] crazy.
She saw him push the door. I believe that she was consistent with that. She called 911 and I attached I talked about it in our motion. She called 911 and said there's two girls fighting and the guy is pushing the door as they're fighting. He aiding in a bed according to the witnesses. He aiding an assistant in the ass whooping. Two females fighting and you jumping in and you not certified to break up fights.
You should have been on the phone calling the police. But the moral of today's story you hear y'all is just a single 911 call is enough for an investigation. It's enough for somebody to be detained. It's enough for somebody to be arrested. The reason for the petition is why wasn't he?
Why was he or did he get detained? Was he arrested? Was he investigated? We don't know, but we trying to find out.
This your boy Big Keys. Keys against the world. We up out of here. Sign the petition.
