What a catch 👏

[00:00:02]Oh, I actually thought that might have been a few fish in there. That's just one fish. Sar perch. Not so easy to recognize when it's just the meat. But actually, you can see the shape of the fish uh from this fillet here. Very deep bodied white flesh, some red muscle on the outside, but um you know, very prized for its eating. Looking at that, you know, the tail is going to be end about here. The head is about here, which you know that translates into a fish that's sort of three or four foot long. So I'm guessing that's going to be a good 50 pound, something like that. So fairly industrial fishing methods about sort of 70 or 80 yard long net and going down about sort of 6 7 foot. So that was put out last night. They checked it today and this was resolved.
