The Mega Jack system was used to integrate...Added:
We're assembling the Mega Jack system underneath the module making it ready for jack up. The Mega Jack is the heaviest jacking system within the Mammoet fleet used to jack up large modules. It's completely engineered within our R&D department. The Mega Jack's already used for more than 10 years [music] within Mammoet with a world record of 42,000 tons. The Mega Jack system works with the principle of stacking jacking beams on top of each other.
The higher you want to go the more beams you put in between. Once all the parts of the Mega Jack are installed, we connect the hydraulics and then then we perform function test and then we are ready for a safe operation.
As you can see we have already jacked up one layer which means >> [music] >> we have already done the initial pick up. The initial pick up is a very exciting moment cuz at that moment we see the weight of the top side and the loads on each tower.
