And for many survivors, they don't have the tools in their tool belt to be able to deal with that. It's pretty common for many survivors to even have a dual diagnosis, which means they might have a few different mental health conditions like PTSD and anxiety [music] or PTSD and depression or maybe borderline personality disorders. For many of us, drug and alcohol is the tool in our tool belt. It was mine.
