Exosomes are extracellular vesicles (30-150 nm) that facilitate cell-to-cell communication by carrying genetic materials (DNA, RNA, proteins), lipids, and signaling molecules, making them valuable for aesthetic medicine applications including wound healing (reducing inflammatory cytokines like TNF-alpha and IL-6, increasing collagen expression), anti-aging (inhibiting beta-galactosidase, increasing NAD+ synthesis, decreasing matrix metalloproteinases), hair growth (promoting dermal papilla cell proliferation), and hyperpigmentation (regulating melanin formation through specific microRNAs such as miR-203, miR-675, miR-335p, and miR-3196). your slides okay um thank you for having me having me and um good evening everyone here in Asia and also maybe good afternoon good morning for the rest of the world um I'm glad to um share my experience experience of using EX SS um incorporating into my treatment plan on our daily basis uh in the beginning of 2025 so um I'm a teratologist based in typ a Taiwan okay um we cannot talk about exosomes without um introducing a little bit information on exosome so as we know exosomes um are messengers particles that um um are used to deliver messages from cell to cell uh for the mainly for the communication so exosomes they carry genetic informations a lot of also a lot of um dnas or rnas or proteins that uh for the Target sales to work uh so it's kind of like um we airdrop the uh information uh and then uh to the recipient sales and then let the recipient cell to work so the these vesicles are extremely important and getting gaining more popularity and attention in recent years and the size of the particle is around 30 to 150 nanometer in diameters it can carries an array of membrane associate proteins lipids uh nucleates and um glyco glycoamino acid and also they um can be used by stem cells to to do their work or to give men um so it can do a lot of things uh and now we are using it more and more and even it can be secreted by tumor deriv exomes which contains all the characteristics of tumor cells including proliferation migration Invasion Etc so this is very important um that we know the source of exosome that we're using because it can also um matters a lot regarding the result we want to get and speaking of the components of bosome typically it contains nucle acid such as DNA mRNA micro rnas and even other different kinds of rnas in the in the vesicles and also it contains lipids adhesion molecules hop proteins and then there are um some uh trans membran proteins uh for the Target cell to recognize um such as cd9 cd63 cd81 82 for um from the human sources but for the plant um there are also some similar transmembrane proteins similar to these proteins um for our cells to recognize and then um bring this information and messages from the exosomes to um into the cells so since we have been used we have used a lot of more and more exosomes in on our daily basis um it is very important for us to know the sources of exosomes uh in general um almost all kinds of cells in our human cells they can ex excrete exosomes and also they carry different messages and they also have different effects so um for some cells they can um enhance the function of men effector skin cell to accelerate inhaling on the other hand some others can also um carries informations to cause healing delay so depending on the source of the cells and we can have um exosomes from um um stem cells from OST stem cells from B bone marrow um stem cells and even umbilical core stem cells they all carry different messages and then um to and to to let the infector cells do different things so and also now we are using um for for S S Plus um it's the plant origin cells so as we know there are also U some exosomes um quite similar to the exosomes from humans so these natural exosomes can be cized into animal derived exosomes and also plant derived exosome um for plant it can be derived from fruit and from spices from vegetables from even from ginsen for fruits um it can come from grape or grapefruit or even Ginger or even from some other vegetables so some of these plant Source exosomes have been well studied such as Ginger uh they are more associated with uh inflammatory disease and to cure to treat some of the inflammatory process and for ginger it can be used to inhibit inflammation or to inhibit lung inflammation Etc so the reason why a plant Source exosomes can do such things mainly because they also carry similar messages that matches or can be accepted by our human cells uh such as they can um they can pose um the uh the the they can change the the actions of mcroof fages from M2 mcroof to M1 microfet and also they can um block some inflammatory process to block Pro inflammatory cocit such as tnf Alpha into looking One beta into looking six and they can also do a lot of different things for different systems and in the medical um in the aesthetic medicine field um we are using um exosomes mainly for um in areas such as wound healing hair growth anti-aging and hyperpigmentation for wound healing um it can reduce the expression of intoing One beta ining six tnf Alpha and also it can increase collagen expression so that can helps um the wound to heal faster and for anti-aging um it can inhibit um in they can has the inhibition of um sa beta gal synthesis and also increase the synthesis of nad+ and also decrease expression of some of the um Matrix metall proteins so that can also um block some of the aging process and reverse some of the process and therefore leading to um the um good repairing of subcutanous tissue and to restore some of the elasticity of our skin and for hair growth it can Pro promote the prolif proliferation of thermopop cells and also we can use it for to inhib inhibit the formation of some of melamines so that can be used to treat some of the hyperpigmentation uh conditions so for each of them they have different uh mechanisms in Medical Aesthetics uh for scars um it's more associated with the um block of more associated with micro RNA 21 23A 125b and 145 and since these are blocked and then it blocks the trans transformation of f myof fi bath to fibroblast to myofibroblast therefore to um inhib this SC formation to um promote a better wound healing process and for skin Rejuvenation um it can also oomes can also um increase the U proliferation of kenos size um and also to improve the function of fiberblast collagen and Lasting and also leading to the increased dral fat these effects can improve the uh skin quality and for pigmentation it can regulate um the formation of melanin it's mainly associated with micr RNA 2 um 203 675 335 p and 3196 so these are um just some of the micro rnas already studied and associated with the regulation of pigmentation from osone and for hair growth it can promotes uh the function of dmop poopular cells and leading to um the uh hair follicle energen extension and also kogen delay leading to uh the um hair growth that we can observe from some of the atome product we have been we are using so these are all quite important functions from the exosomes that uh we need to know and with more and more exosomes available on the market uh we to to to know to use the product even more safely and to have reliable information we also need to um uh study um to to read or to through the publication of those products we can know more about information about such product so um okay so there are also some exosomes has that have been studied um and from different sources of human cells such as mechm uh mimos St cell exosomes kenoy R exosomes and also even from EX from milk and from fat they also have different mechanisms that are associated with hyperpigmentation Improvement or wind healing or even the effect of anti-aging and for other exosomes such as exosome direct from dermal poopular they are associated with control of hair loss and also from other exosomes such as fat mimos stem cells It's associated with anti-aging and all kinds of exosomes they are they are all associated with different results and some exosomes they are associated with atopic dermatitis and control of soris so they have also been used to treat inflammatory disease in our skin so how do we choose a right exosome product um for EXO EXO product uh the acce exomes as we know they not just have great investment on the product but also they produce um the product in the GMP manufacturing scale uh fit all the standards and they have quite a lot of Publications and more applications are coming and the source is also reliable and have been well studied so they can control the quality the Purity and also they um have the um techniques to stabilize the um the the quality of the the product itself so these these are all important informations for us to choose a reliable product and a safe product and also um there are for for this product um some of the clear information has been studied associated with its um effect um actually uh like such as micro RNA 574 micro 130 they can promote uh neocol Genesis which are two of the most abundant micro IRAs contain in Ro stem cell the right exosome and also there are some micro rnas well studied um such as micro Le 7 is associated with anti-inflammation and anti-cancer and for micro RNA 130 is associated with collagen synthesis 122 associated with hair growth and the micro 212 through 29 It's associated with cell proliferation antiscarring and 125 it's associ with melanogenesis so these are all important micro rnas that um associate with the results that we uh want to observe when we use them in our um treatment protocol and there are also some other micro rnas listed here um 28 types of micro rnas mesed with um human micro IRAs and on the right SES these are top micro IRAs and their main functions so therefore um Ro um the the M exosomes from real themselves they uh they are well studies and they're safe and they also have established um important uh reliable informations um that makes the product use even more safe and as we know when we use um the um uh srrv srlv um there comes the product comes in two vials so one is the loliz powder uh that we can add uh with into um add the second vs into the powder and to make the product um in to use the product into our treatment protocol so um each virus contains different uh in addition to the atomes they are also growth factors peptides amino acids and some other coenzymes and even glutathion which is helpful for skin tone Improvement so these are all important ingredients that we can that helps to the repairing or Rejuvenation or even the pigmentation uh control of our skin and for the hair um it helps to re the Regeneration of the hair follicle and helps they they um have good results in terms of the treating the and endogenic hair loss and even other inflammatory hair loss and cirular hair loss Etc so um not just um the information comes provided from the product itself but also there are some Publications that are associated uh with the treatment protocols that I'm using for example uh in this recent Publications it used real stem cell exosomes um to uh treat um melasma after following the treat the Micron needling device so um the treatment uh begins at carried out at 4- week interval um four to five sessions and there are more than 90% significant Improvement in Massy score which is um extraordinary so not just um the pigmentation Improvement but also uh there is significant Improvement uh regarding the spots the wrinkles the textures and um other brown spots as well and uh even uh in these studies it also showed by using sz+ um topical applications following the CO2 FAL lasers uh it helps to enhance the treatment result which is U quite meaningful especially when we are doing CO2 fashional laser uh we what we want is not only to want the patient recovery even faster less downtime but also so if we can take the treatment results uh to the next level that be quite beneficial and quite um be valuable for the patients so it helps the uh rolling scars Improvement a lot um followed by the um basar Scar and ice pick scars almost the all all types of acne scar has um much more Improvement than those without applying um exosomes after the treatment so uh with this good products it's very important for uh us to um deliver the osom precisely efficiently into the area we treat um especially in most of the Asian countries uh eomes are not allowed to do intral injection so in this case we need to have something to deliver the exosomes uh and make it work efficiently in my uh daily practice I use uh the device called um tet cool uh which can spread um the solution uh at very high speed into the skin to deliver exosome when I use this boosting mode uh it can deliver the solution and spread this particle in to um in in a very small size particle and deliver into the skin in a very high speed and also it helps to reduce inflammation improve the blood circulation and also improve the oxygen supply so um it can be make the treatment results quite efficient and also deliver the exosomes nicely so when uh when it spreads uh it can spread um deliver the um the solution into a solidified small particles and then the particles can be uh delivered onto the skin surface at very high speed and then it penetrate the skin without causing any wound visible wound and it can go as deep as um 0.3 mm um which is below the uh basement membrane superficial dermis so that can helps the penetration of exosomes um quite efficiently um and the ideal particle size is around 30 to 50 micrometer so for exosomes of course it's smaller and then um by using the device um it can um they can match very well um and the speed is um around one Mark um which is around the uh the speed of a bullet so it can uh it can be very efficient and this is just to show how the particles penetrate the skin and so when I use use it to deliver exosomes it can penetrate the skin very efficiently so after penetrating the skin uh it from uh the solidified particles it Bec C Solutions and then it can be absorbed by our tissue so it can um increase the penetration and also increase when there is wound especially combining the Molene or Moline RF it can uh inhance uh the penetration as high as one 25% so this is very what I usually do um um when I'm using the FC exosomes in my treatment protocol so it not only accelerate um the recovery but also it enhance the result uh in this uh case I do a kind of split uh phase treatment one side I for both sides I do a pick a second laser and immediate after on one site I randomly choose one site um to use FC um in normal selling solution delivered by tar cool and the other side I only use to use it topically and trying to compare both sides so we can see on uh the right side on on the right side we can see seven seven days after um the application on this side uh it's not delivered by Target cool so compared with the other sides on this side the healing process seems be seems to be much better and shorter so there is um already no not much pink skin on this side why while on the other side there are still some pink skin and duded skin um without full reepithelization and for pigmentation so it can it seems that on the site that I use exos delivered by T Co um that can make the penetration faster and also help the recovery um faster and also uh in two months one month after two session we can see both on both sides there is Improvement of the U pigmentation and also Improvement of the skin quality um but on this side it seems that the skin textures is slightly better on the other side not much big differ difference but if we look carefully we can see the difference and this is the second case that I do the same on this side um two months after one session um of course both sides we can see pigment pigments Improvement however in terms of skin texture this size seems to uh have slight um slightly better Improvement um by delivering with the the device and if I have a look at the result six months after um after the treatment and the skin textures on this side is much uh much better on the other side um that I just apply um f exosomes topically so this is an interesting um findings in on this case and of course for both sides they can they helps to stabilize melasma improve um the pigmentations very nicely even a few months after one treatment session and even six months after the treatment uh the patients who has melasma uh also has improved a lot uh and also stabilize a lot um by only one treatment sis the pic with the second laser and exosome application and um for the Emma uh there is also nice Improvement this is the Baseline and one week after the treatment one month and two months we can see every month the tillin Tasia has improved a little bit and um when it comes to two months after the treatment compared with the Baseline um the the Improvement of the T chassis after the treatment is quite nice and we we all know it's not from the laser itself um because laser is mly targeted on the pigmentation so um apparently is it is the effect from the exosome and this is the result six months after um the treatment compared with the Baseline um the Improvement still extraordinary and in this case I begin the treatment uh I begin uh by using uh genius Micron RF treating treating the skin texture and the pores um followed by using exosomes um one side with Target Coe one side is only topical applications and we can see um for the site that um with only applications the Improvement of Emma is a bit less than the other side that I use one by uh use with use the target core um so it's we can see the the difference and but for both sides uh two months after the treatment we can still see very nice Improvement of the skin tone and nice Improvement of chasia after using UMC exosome and in this case um six months after two one month after treatment when we have a look at the whole skin texture and also the result um for one treatment sessions of Micron RF I can say the result is quite nice um uh compared with the rest of the the cases I have treated I think this mainly comes from the combination with exosome and also even there due to the skin elasticity Improvement the jaine definition and double chin also improved quite nicely um it's something that I didn't expect and on in on on the same case we can see the Improvement of the the EMA last quite a while up to um one month even uh even at the one month after the treatment it also last quite nicely and skin texture Improvement is quite significant and in this case um on this side I deliver ATC osom with the device so we can see uh 7 days after treatment um there are much less crust crusting than the other side uh so the the recovery the the time of recovery has been uh widely shorted uh shortened um by delivering the exosomes nicely into the deris and this is another case that I uh use Micron needling RF combined with um at C aosome uh with Target Coe um and we can see the uh smoothness after the treatment is is very visible and also um in this case he also has molma so we can see not only the Improvement of the whole skin tone but also the Improvement of melasma um one month after one session and the other side as well and almost every patient um that are treated with OS especially um combining it after genius Micron RF or other other mic micoline RF they are um quite happy about the um the feelings that they touch their skin um most of the patients they they uh they say the the smoothness of the skin is quite extraordinary and also the skin tone becomes quite nice and also this case um I do a spft face only the difference is one side I deliver um exosome with Target Co the other side I don't use any exosome so in this case we can see compared with the Baseline on her right face uh the uretha is much severe um but after 24 hours after um or two weeks after one session we can see the Emma on the right side right face is has much improved on while on the other side there is only slight Improvement so the Improvement obviously comes mainly from the exosome and it's also interesting that um this side on the nose um this side irima last doesn't has any Improvement while on the other side we can see very nice Improvement of of Tasia on the Nal all and then there is a a boundary in the middle of the nose so it it's it's quite interesting on this split face case and in this case as well um it seems that on the site that I use exosomes uh we can see not only a much better recovery but also the improvements from the treatment itself uh is much easily visible only um one to two days after the treatment and the Emma also improved quite nicely compared with the other side and um 17 hours after one session we can already see this s there is no uretha anymore while on the other side there is still some there's still reemas and even some scalings on the other side and then um when we have a look at the jawline there is still some Reema on the side without exosome what on the other side there is significant Improvement and this is the result five days after a treatment uh we can begin to see some improvements while on the other side there are some scales on the face um remaining scales and um this is the profile view on the this side we can still see the grid and also the scaling um um because um the on this sides I didn't use anms for this side and 12 days after the treatment um the recovery is even much more nice and the fire wrinkles in the infal areas um there's um is nice Improvement where on this side uh the Improvement is less so um we can see by by incorporating exosomes exosomes into treatment protocols that not only to shortens the recovery but also helps to enhance the treatment result itself so it's be already become part of the treatment uh it's not uh an accessory um product um in in my treatment protocol and in this case um she want to improve the um t PS and firing Co so in the past um it's we have to do I have to do it in separate treatment um I have maybe I have to do uh fractional lasers or Micron needle in RF and then for the redness I probably need to use IPL and other um even post dilas to treat Emma but in this case um by only by using um ET atomes and following the microing RF um and also the case has a a concern of down time because she want to I want to have the down time as short as possible so in this case I only add SC esoms and we can see only uh one month after one session not only um the we can see the Improvement of the pores and fire wrinkles and also the whole skin texture improved as well and most importantly um the due to the Improvement of the skin redness and Tasia the skin tones becomes much better compared with the Baseline and the downtime from the CO2 fractional lasers is also frequently a concern so in this case I usually recommend my patients to use as aosom um so in this case um only one month after one sessions uh we can not only see the Improvement um of the acneic scar but also the Improvement of the whole skin tone and it becomes brighter and usually uh in the past at this point of time uh there might be still uretha and even some small areas with tiny hyperpigmentations um from the previous session of CO2 fractional laser but in this case combining with loms we can already see the Improvement and without um prolonged Emma or even um hyper pation and on the other hand it enhan the whole treatment result so the patients are usually quite happies that um um the exosomes are used into the protocols to enhance the whole treatment result and um they um they they don't they they don't no longer have need to worry about U the downtime the pigmentation and the um prolonged Emma from the treatment and this is the case that I combin the exosomes um uh after CO2 professional laser to to treat the traum traumatic scar so this is a nice Improvement only after one session and also have a few um cases of hair growth that I only use micro needling uh to opens the the channels and then I use a Target cool to deliver exosomes into the skin and this is um the one month after two session we can begin to see some hair growth uh in the frontal hair lines and also some of the lateral part um and this is the profile view and one month after three sessions um the Improvement is quite significant and extraordinary um and the on the other side as well this is only one month after two sessions and this is one month after three sessions so um it's kind of like the accumulative Improvement um as the we uh deliver more sessions and then we can also uh expect to see much better result and this is another case that I do it the same I use the Micron needling first and then I use ethosome and this is the result one month after two sessions we can see uh not only the density of the hair uh improves a lot but also the thickness of the hairs um according to the patient the thickness of the hairs also improved quite nicely and this is another case um I do the same this is the one month after one session and one month after one session from the other View and also this is a one month after two sessions so in conclusions um I think uh by using aosome it helps to not only to shorten the recovery time but also it enhance uh our treatment result quite a lot so it kind of becomes uh the goto treatment on our daily basis for some indications so um it's um I'm still collecting more and more results that I have encountered on a daily basis and hopefully in the Futures I can have more to share with you thank you very much thank you Dr shanle for your Insight for an informative lecture so we have a question from the audience for you um how would the W healing and skin Rejuvenation result of exodon differ from the pn or pdrn okay I think uh for PN and the PD of course um there is more um uh more and it's the ingredients in the product is just only one ingredient so in According to some of the publication it says it regulates the pigment uh pigmentations Improvement and also um also shortens the um the time of when recovery but um of course for exosomes um in my in just in my opinions um we can do much more and also that in due to the micro rnas in the exosomes I think uh we can I believe we can do more for example um it might have the chance to um in my observation it might have the chance to um uh prevent um the melasma from recurring due to the nice regenerative effects from the ex so um I'm not sure about pdrn but um in my observation it seems that in a few cases um the prevention of recurrence of melasma seems quite nicely with exosomes and I believe there are still some mechanisms or some um effects from the micro rnas that we uh still um are we are still exploring um that we can expect to have more results in the future thank you Dr Shang Le so moving on our next speaker is Dr caros and aesthetic medicine doctor from Spain Dr Kos please share your slides hello everyone and happy New Year to all of my friend from Asia so just a second that I'm serving this okay now I think it's working no is working so before we were speaking about the exosome how they work in the skin how they work also for the hair and general information and in my case I will speak about how to use this exosome in my normal practice this is the reason why I introduce this um these exosomes in my protocol for the hair in every cases so this is the first thing that I saw to my patient when they arrive and they are asking about the hair how the alopecia the androgenetic alopecia goes first the hair is Big later this hair start to be smaller and then we arrive to one moment where we cannot see anymore this hair but the cell is sleeping this is what we call follicular extens cell in a cent moment and after that if we don't do anything this is the main problem of alopecia that we have a scar so it means that we cannot awake this hair that is sleeping so this is the reason why if you see here I have a green one I have another green one and I have a red one and this is the idea that we have how to treat the hair so it means that we will combine combine treatment to treat this one to do the hair again bigger also to awake the cells that they are sleeping and also how to cut this advance of the alopecia in our patient for example in this one from the hair that is small to a big one medication qu work quite good also exosome has a good uh Improvement to awake cells exosome are very very good and for example in the red one all of the inhibitor of androgens like dutter finasterid or bicalutamide can work very well and here is the part where we can see when the trans when we have this follicular stem cell that this is still working due to this the testosterone or these androgens we can have the cell sleeping so this is the idea I come back again to understand how we do this the reason why we have to combine treatment for example after that when the cell is sleeping we need to add something more to awake the cells that they are sleeping to have better results and this is how I start my my practice with my patient first of all we need to do a trioscope a study to see exactly and the patient can understand what we were explaining before that we can see how the alopecia it advancing more the hairs are smaller and also we start to see some areas that they are like scaring here is even more um aggressive tesia but when the patient can see this in her or skin they understand how the alopecia work and this is the reason why I always try to do explanation of the treatment to my patient because then they can understand very well the reason why we combine different treatment for this case and this is how we treat my patient for example lotion before was very important now lotion is not as important as before because it's true that um most of patient M patient they have a problem that is not very good to apply some lotion and seic dermatitis so this is the reason why I prefer to go only into the horal medication and also combine this horal medication with the treatment that we do in the clinic for horal medication goal standard in Spain or in Europe right now is the combination between dutter and minoxidil minoxidil we can move the doses between 2.5 to 5 milligrams per capsule and dutter is usually 0.5 of course we have to study the patient can take the dutter or not for example if they have a problem with the prostata or also we have the option to use finasterid and not use dutasteride I prefer to use theaster because the life in the body is so much longer than finasterid and I think that results that we were comparing between dutas and finasterid is better with the dutas than with the finasterid also in the clinic we combine H first of all mesotherapy with the medication that we combine minoxidil dutter and finter the most important here is theaster and the combination that I do for my patient but we had also a little bit of fter but there are some patient that they are more for theaster than dutas so it means that with for example if you we do a genetic test we can see the patient is more dutter or more finate for a better result but almost in every case the dutas is more efficient and then this is where we were Appling before the plasma and this is very interesting because our first protocol just include medication and plasma but after some patient have problem with the blood distraction or the vunter we start to use the exosome to create this effect to awake cells that they are sleeping so this is the moment where I create the different protocols to add my exosome in my practice for the hair treatments in the man in the woman for example the treatment is little bit different H lotion as I told you before we see if we combine or not but the horal medication I think is also very important in this case the gold standard treatment is balid or toaster it in combination with lower doses of minoxidil for example in Asia people is less hairy so you can give higher doses of minoxidil but in Europe or in South America for example it's important to be quite um we have to take care about the dosil of minoxidil because if you know that we use a high doses of minoxidil we can have some hair in the face and the patient will be very annoyed with this doses this is the reason why at the beginning for woman I prefer to start with low doses of minoxidil in in combination with the balam or toaster it what is better toaster it or bate this is a question that I was doing to myself before and in my experience I'm having better result with balami than dter for for woman then this is the reason why right now if the patient can have this medication my fair option with my patient is balam better than toaster 0 5 balamin anyway is 50 mgram daily and also we combine a treatment in the clinic that is the mesotherapy with the medication and after that we combine inra deliv system that it can be with a dermapen or for example what I usually do also that is the radio frequency with needle SE frame I used to do drug delivery for the hair in this case plasma or well the exoo exosomes for the hair and this is what I was speaking before that the treatment in the clinic we combine different H medication for wom we use more minoxidil balamin than dutter for men dutas faster minoxidil and later we do this drug delivery system for the plasma or the exosomes with well R frequency with needles or well just micro needling system and the third treatment that I like to use also in my practice is when the patient finish the mesure therapy and the dark delivery system we use this red light during 15 minutes to my patient to increase the effect of we inject and also decrease inflammation because this is also important thing that I'm seeing in my patient that if we add this light the result can be little bit better at the beginning we use treatment that is monthly so it means one treatment every month and after that we do the treatment according to the patient expectation I what I think also as a doctor we will do the P the treatment every month every two months every three months or every four months as a maintainment for the androgenetic alopecia this is so important that patient understand that this is a chronic problem because some patient when they H come to the consultation they think that in six month the problem will be solved and theia finished but they have to understand that this is a chronic problem so if you explain at the beginning before starting the treatment they will understand that this is something that we got but also we have to maintain what is better to do treatment every month or to do treat treatment every two weeks if you start to read information about it I think that if we do treatment every two weeks the treatment will be better but this is also true that some patient they don't want to come to the clinic every two weeks because they don't have time or because also the treatment can be quite expensive and it's also true if we do treatment for example six treatment every uh two weeks the treatment won't be good enough because we don't have time enough for the hair growth well so this is the reason why I prefer to choose one treatment every month and then check again the patient after six months because in six months we have time enough to see a very good before and after and also the patient will be happy with this and this is was our first protocol we were combination yes the medication different as I told you between H woman and men and at the beginning we were using just the plasma but this is very interesting because at the beginning H we didn't use EX for the hair but some patient have this problem with the Bop pure they didn't want to do the blast exraction so we offer this patient to do exosome and we chain between again the PRP are later with the exone and we were comparing and this is very interesting because we start to see better results the most in the old patient later I compare this two treatment but we start to see more hair with the exosome than with the plasma and also the own patient they see oh my god when I do plasma I had worse result than when I use the exosome so this is something so interesting because at the beginning we didn't write if they were using exosome or if they were using plasma but later we check that the result using plasma were so much better than using H the result with exosome were so much better than using Plasma in our patient after that as I told you we use 15 minute of this red light and the second thing that I use for example in Barcelona Madrid uh we have the license to do PRP but I have also a small clinic in albath that is my hometown where I don't use um I don't use plasma because for the government you need to do a lot of things you need to prepare a special area and I don't use ER plasma anymore I only use the mesotherapy with the medication and also the drug delivery system for the exosomes and what I saw is that the result are even better when we use only exosome than the plasma in the patient that they are treated there but also we combine this we combine plasma we combine ex we combine plasma we combine exosome and this is the reason of we com is because we can do a very good treatment and also we can do little bit cheaper the total price of the six month treatment for my patient and this is something very interesting because now we will see some cases I will tell you which one is with plasma which one is with exosome which one is the combination with plasma and exosome but you have to understand also that in every patient we also combine with the mesotherapy with the medication and also a treatment at home to treat all of the part that the alopecia has here we can see uh good result this patient were just using the plasma but this patient is young here is the same here is also the same but here we start to use also the exosomes because in the woman Cas here are so much difficult all of the photo that I'm showing to you they're just with the medical treatment any one of them has any hair transplant done in in this case and this is so interesting because we can see that in all of the areas where the hair was very thin when we add the exosome to our treatment here we combine plasma and exosome we can see that the result improve a lot for example in this case we combine the medication we combine the plasma and we combine also the exosomes but for example in this cases that the patient is older we don't use plasma anymore we were using just the medication and also the exosomes and this case that is also absolutely incredible we were combining the mesotherapy of medication with the exosome in our patient this photo is after six months of treatment with the protocol that I explain you before and this case is also very good because before you know that the hair treatment for the woman they were not very good but now after combining this mesotherapy with medication this plasma and this also um exone treatment their result change a lot and we can see such a good improvement with my patient in six months unfor for example here we have also a very old patient 70 years old that before recovering hair in Old patient were very difficult here we can see also the combination of the exosome with the medical treatment with meure therapy of medication and very very very difficult area to improve is the frontal area that in six month we can see not only more quantity also we can see that the hair is stronger that this is the most important thing that we have to recover in our treatment for the hair and for example this is an incredible case he one was of my first patient in Al treating him only with medication plus the exosome and we can see a incredible result using just the medication that we were doing mesotherapy of dutter finter minoxidil and also we were Appling the exosome and they are the red light during 15 minutes and this case is even more impressive because you can see that this brilliant when we see this um scaring I thought that this patient with almost 80 years old he couldn't improve anything but we can see a very good result even with very very very old patients so this is the reason why maybe plasma is good for young people but what I see is that the exosomes are very good for old people too because the exosome for old people the treatment sometimes is got not good enough so this is the reason why I also compare some cases like this extremely good that here the patient we don't we see of course more quantity of hair but we are speaking that she is a lady she is a lady of 80 years old and we were using just medication and the exosomes and this is something that we are starting to see every day more in our practice that the hair is becoming darker for example if you speak about this 10 years ago oh you will see that now patient with atg assault we can recover again the color of the hair this is very very impressive and this is something that we are seeing in our patient right now very old patient that thanks to the exosome we are recovering also the color of the hair and this is this photo is one of my best photos that I have because it look like fake fake result but I promise that this patient is the same after six month it looked like we change the head and we came back again like 20 years before and here because this is in my small Clinic I only use the mesotherapy with dutasteride finasterid and minoxidil and I also combined this treatment with the drug delivery system for the exosomes we can see that the hair is so much darker we have more quantity and also something very interesting is that we see that the hair is more healthy of course when you publish these kind of things it will bring you clients but this is also very interesting because imagine this man when he goes in his circle of friends they will think what did you do for your hair because maybe the patient that he see himself every day he cannot see that this hair is improving as crazy but for example with some friends he told me too that they were so impressed and this is the reason why my hair patient they are increasing every every every day for example the hair patient using this protocol H comparing 2023 with 2024 is crazy but is true true we increase 400% 400% the quantity of hair patient thanks to this amazing result that we can have with the exosomes from exoo and this is something that is also to interesting to compare why when to use plasma went to use exosomes I think the method no one like to do venopuncture I prefer to don't do in my case for as a patient also we can do PRP injecting in the case of the exosome topical H PRP is good for J people in Old patient I don't see very good results and exosome is very interesting that we can see very good result with old patient and also with J patient gray hair I didn't see any result with the plasma I'm seeing very good result with the exosomes inflammation and exosome they are very good friends I also use from my own uh dermatitis the exosome also the cream that is is very very good and the prent is similar to both cases but the price is true that is cheaper with plasma so this is the reason why in some patient I like to combine plasma and also exosome to do this treatment deaper but some of the patient of what patient like is result more than the price and this is also something very interesting that I will speak about uh very fast that this is about the the combination of the of the exosome for more weird cases of alopecia in this case I will speak about the um Alesia Arata and also one um one kind of alopecia that is the frontal fibrin alopecia that is I don't know why it's every day more common in in my country in Spain and this is the reason why I like to use exosome for for this kind of alopecia what I see and we are working with exosome that this 2020 and I also use using my own skin is that we can improve so well the inflammation and this is the reason why I start to study how to add this exosome in my practice for this kind of alopecia because sometime when we inject just corticoids the result Wen very good here for example they see also with a sta is that we can improve this psorasis like inflammation also with the tropical exosomes and I will speak about my protocols now and how to combine this exosome for this kind of we alopecias or different alopecias that we can have also in our practice if we know a little bit about the this alopecia Arata we know that we of course we have to combine the treatment at home to do some anti-inflammatory things it can be corticoid it can be stronger things like metr we can also use some biological medication but something biological medication in my country is very difficult to access so this is the the idea that we have before to use a very very low doses of corticoids in combination with treatments in the clinic here for example um this is my protocol that I use in combination with the treatment that we do in the clinic for for this kind of alopecia we combine as medication trinolone that is a kind of corticoid with also minoxidil here is written that we do treatment every 13 days but it depends a lot of the patient sometimes we do this uh treatment every 15 days depend a lot of how aggressive the treatment in or how we want to see the result in my idea I think is so much better to do every two weeks but we have to manage also how the patient can come to the clinic and these kind of things and we do the mesotherapy with medication and later we add also the exosomes in drug delivery and the results I see that they are impressive and also we add again the phototherapy during 15 minutes because we can improve also the inflammation that is one of the main problem that we can see in this case of alopecia here is one of my best cases of this problem because we can see a very very aggressive case of alope Arata and this patient is very interesting because ER she was treated during two years with corticoids also with um injection of corticoids and she told me oh I improve but this hair is very weak and then she arrived to me and we start the protocol using low doses of corticoids horal medication also I give here minoxidil in horal medication and we add the treatment in the clinic in her case every two weeks and we were injecting the same corticoids we were injecting minoxidil and we combined also with the drug delivery system for the exosomes and later we were using 15 minutes of the phototherapy and you can see that this result is one photo is each months so it means that in three months we got this result with only six treatment he was so amazed for the for the for the result and she's recommending me all the time so imagine also the friend that they around they are they are sucked with the with the result and this is also a very good way to bring new client to your practice and she was also treating the problem two years ago so it means that when we are adding something new the result should be due to this new thing that we were putting in the treatment here is a softer case of alopecia in this case for example if you do the treatment once a month is um okay and this is a case that is so interesting in this case I prefer to use the treatment once a month and I explain you why because he was treating this problem for more than three years and he didn't have any result and we were using once a month a treatment H including the mesotherapy of medication and he was treating already with this mesotherapy of medication and the only new thing that I was adding to the treatment was the drug delivery system for the exosomes and we can see also a incredible result in only three months here is a very good case because he didn't respond also to the only the corticoids and we can see that also with the exosome the result are improving a lot and this is a very good case because this patient has a very very very strong depression for the for the depression for the for the problem and this photos that you see here this is after three months but if you compare in six months this is what I had we recover 100% the quantity of the hair and this kind of patient they see me oh Dr Carlos this uh treatment change me my life because now my hair is not like before is even better than before of my problem so it means that we are not only recovering this uh kind of Alesia we are also improving the quality of the hair that the patient had before and this is a yes to speak very very fast about it this is a a common case that we have uh nowadays more and more in my practice and I think some people say they say that is due to the sun cream but I have uh an idea that not an idea but maybe can be for the for for the water because some uh in some area where I live that is in uh alete in this area the water is like more has more minerals and maybe this water that we uh that we drink with a high quantity of mineral they can be connected with this uh problem that we see more and more every day in the practice and this is the reason why this Clinic is so small but it's true that comparing this Clinic with Barcelona Clinic I have a lot of more patient with this problem than there the combination that I do here is trinolone minoxidil but I also use dutter and balam H in the gold standard treatment at home they recommend minoxidil dutter and also some corticoids but I see that balut for woman is better than first webinar uh in 2025 we are very happy to do this webinar and please let me share uh my slide uh actually uh I have a very uh long presentation for today I prepared 200 slides to give you a very in depth science on our exomes and uh the as usual the the topic is the quality efficacy and safety on our AUM technology and I have a few lectures uh at incast Parish uh later this month so please research uh so uh last year I have been running more than 375,000 kilometers and uh as Dr Lee mentioned that uh exob bio is still number one Exum uh company in the world because uh we have uh a little more increased number of uh scientific publication now we have 33 and we are expecting uh more than five uh Publications uh during the rest of this year and we have one more increase of our patent on the RO stamps and on uh so far we have been generating uh about two million clinical cases worldwide for last uh five years and uh this is a last year award from Monaco escob had five Awards three product Awards and two doctor Awards uh from Monaco and I as I mentioned we my team is generating more and more pattern uh based on our scientific discovery for example uh very recently we got one more patent on our Roose stemell exomes as a cosmetic ingredient uh in European countries this is the world first patent from any kind of plant aoms and I have one more update on our publication you can see that uh the the most welln public journal on AUM is the journ of extra cellular vegal uh which uh has a impact factor 16 so it's a very high impact factor joural and my team uh submitted one more manuscript on epidemic analysis contained in our EXs and I believe that you will see the uh the publication in a few months and we have one more publication accepted by the Journal of cosmetic Dermatology and the topic is on our L St EXs Dr lyia from Poland uh she submitted eight cases uh she showed the efficacy as safety over our L ACC products for a variety of clinical indications actually so uh I believe that in two months you will see the actual publication and I believe Dr Leia will join imas so uh ex bio uh is the only company committed to the Quality production of aums believe that we are the best quality quality ex product but the you can find a very uh very uh High number of Exum copycats and we call that exm mimicking or like products but actually there are five types of EX Cy cat uh you should be cautious about so the let me give you uh details one by one of these five five categories so what what I'm showing here is that you should be very CL us to choose the right product because many uh of uh other Exogen claiming products are not based on pure exms and their manufacturing is sometimes very dirty so when when you use that kind of or that kind of product for your patient you will see that this kind of very serious side effects for example here you see that uh from this uh publication uh some doctors used uh condition media from Human stem cells and they are not purified uh they have they they they contain uh High impurities you can see that when you use this this kind of impure conition media you can see very uh serious side effects and you hear another uh public here is another publication on the complications of uh after after the use of EX copycat or very dirty ex product you will see that this kind of side effects uh when you use low quality or low price uh no publication uh products so uh I'm proposing these kind of items uh for you to think about to choose the right ex technology from sell Bank materials you know uh some uh some companies are using uh cosmetic grade uh buyers or Caps or other materials but the our product is a medical device great so uh it's the most uh or the uh the safeties uh uh quality of product finished products so please remember or cap screen capture uh this screen for you use uh to find the best quality product I will go or I share uh all these information on our products uh in my uh lecture later so in summary you can see here that uh you can compare uh the left side uh each our or EXO bio uh manufactur andp manufacturing process but on the right side you can see that one uh uh company uh one ex company who claims they have uh GMP compliant process uh which is not uh true clearly you can see that our team uh our team is wearing uh the the best quality of uh uh production grade uh uh custume or clothes clothing but the on the right side you can see that their processed their cling their instrument are a research use grade or cosmetic grade so you can see here the biggest uh difference differences from a bio uh against uh other Exum competitors and uh mostly uh many exm companies are based on con condition media as I mentioned earlier um the those kind of condition media are containing s Dees medium components sell waste something like that so uh you have to check the product registration or ingredient registration uh you have to see the purified EXs and their uh uh registration in the United States or in European countries because conition Media or that kind of impurities can cause serious inflammation uh one important aspect or features you have to check is that you you need to see this kind of on the website you can this kind of clear repit by membrane you know the definition of aome is uh or exome should be surrounded by this kind of lipid by membrane and we can share all these uh electron microscopic images to show clear repid by membrane as you can see here and they can be delivered to a human noral fiber breast but I show you uh some uh different or different types of uh estrogen claiming uh products they don't show this kind of uh lipid by membrane image and also this is very scientific uh data but let me tell you that you have to see this these kind of EX specifing markers like C CD 63 or CD uh 81 from uh their product you can see that these kind of two PS two uh black uh black one black Peak or one red peek you can see you have to see these kind of two different PS from the Exogen marker analysis so our prod our finished product can show these kind of uh ex SP shipping markers but most uh Exogen products you cannot see uh this kind of uh ex specific markers so here again this kind of Highly impure product or ingredient can cause inflammation and also uh let me show you another products which claims exog but which is not actual Exogen products this product is based on condition media they are not purified ex even though condition media can contain very small uh fraction of aoms but this product uh is definitely based on condition Media or it it's based on um some kind of plant extract you you have to check uh the the product registration so this kind of products is already uh infringing uh some of our patents and they are not actual ex real EXs and they are not GMP uh compliant they have no publication they have no patents so I hope all of you guys should check the product quality based on GMP manufacturing publication and patterns not only uh based on the price this kind of product is very cheap product because they have no R&D to produce uh or to generate a publication or any patent and also sometimes you can see that on the market synthetic EXs but when you look at the actual ingredients they have no exts at all you can see that collagen collagen ha3 and other peptide something like that they are not exome products they have no exomes or extracellular vegal they have no registration scientifically so far their uh synthetic EXs are not possible and also uh sometimes uh you can see that human or animal blood PRP Exogen products but they are not Exogen product clearly because uh as you can uh in the right side when we look at this electron microscopic image which shows in which is showing uh the the blood uh you can see that there are almost 2,000 uh lipo protein or protein aggregates but you have only two real EXs because uh the in the in the in the middle you can see that the size of proteins like LDL IDL VL or Ty microron they have almost the same size of aen in the bottom so they cannot be isolated from uh any kind of simple filteration process and they are always coisolated uh if you want to isolate rear oygen from any kind of blood you should spend a lot of money really really big money but it's all about Diagnostics but the for uh for my any kind of simple filteration process you will you you are supposed to use only Lio proteins mostly so you should be very cautious when you look at this kind of blood deriv or PRP EXs so here is another example which claims that they can isolate aoms from the blood but you can see that this device has only one five nanometer four size filter which cannot purify exomes from the blood mixture so if you use this kind of device you are supposed to use very expensive lipo proteins or PRP and sometimes you can see that uh kind of product based on milk exomes but the when you look at this kind of uh uh publication uh we said that is a and characterization of milk exomes they are showing that uh on the right side you can see that this kind of table you can see that uh they try to remove uh uh casum proteins or other uh impure proteins from the mixture of milk but they can still cannot remove uh uh all the uh casing proteins because the size of casum protein is almost the same as the size of exone so you cannot remove all the casum proteins from milk so when we look at this kind of panel in panel D they are showing their electron microscopic image of the isolation or Preparation of their aom you cannot see any repeat by membrane so it's very uh very bad to say that milk EXs or blood EXs are pure which is not pure ever also when you look at this kind of uh ingredient list on the back of the product package you cannot see any kind of uh Exogen registration there is no ex registration but you can see just colorone a type of milk so you have to be very cautious also uh when you look at uh fruits or vegetable extracts you have to check the ingredient registration these products are saying that they are ex but when you look at the pred ingredients of the package you cannot see any EXs also uh when you look at liid liquid or proen product uh their long-term stability are not uh validated yet uh we found uh one important data from a third party uh company named Hansa Biomet uh they compared liliz EXs against liquid or frozen AUM so the key is that only liil a stored at four uh degrees Celsius for two years they maintained the original size of aone which is 100 nanometers and other conditions uh caused very serious EV aggregation so they could see uh very uh much bigger size of EXs and one doctor asked me uh the the difference uh or similarity between EXs or pdrn so I try to compare uh the EXs against pdrn so the the number of this number is the the the total publication uh available on uh pomm in uh November so we found that the total number of publication on exm is more than 35,000 publication while the PD the number of uh publication on pdrn is just 200 so the biggest difference is ingredients because EXs are supposed to deliver many kinds of ingredients at the same time for example you know uh last year uh there was another Nobel Prize uh in biology so it's about micro RNA so now micro RNA became uh Nobel Prize you can I share I'll share more information later but the in our ex micro 7 L7 is one of the most important micro contained in our exomes and our exome can deliver more than 1,000 gloss factors lipids or micro at the same time which is much much more poent than pdrn because pdrn is just one type of small DNA fragment and then you can see that in terms of the number of clinical studies you can find uh 95 publication uh clinical studies registered uh on pmat while you can find only 17 publication on pomat and in terms of mechanisms ex JS can give you very uh strong regeneration Skin Bar Remodeling and strong anti-inflammatory effects so in any case you can see that EXs have uh much more more potential uh for example last year in Dubai doar in Dubai and one uh uh third party uh company compared the poent of uh different uh technology for example EGF pdrn pdla and exm and they found that in terms of wound regeneration uh in terms of w regeneration asms are the best and also they found that the exen treatment from this kind of animal uh study they could see the biggest amount of the fagin protein which is the key Skin Barrier protein and uh the ki67 which is the the biomarker of cell foration in our ex treated group so here again our product our ingredient can clearly show uh the extracellular vles or aoms and from this part my third topics third topic for today is about repeat and then each brand new scientific discoveries from our team uh which related to Skin Barrier reconstruction and biological functions so you know uh exomes are surrounded by by membrane and they are contain aing lipids as as uh lipid uh lipid uh generating enzyme so we call them uh tours and workers uh together uh existing in exomes and then we try to profile all the content of liid uh from this kind of uh analysis and we could see the very consistent composition of the major repeat components from poster repeat spinger repeat something like that and uh you know our Skin Barrier is one of the most important part of our skin and uh from our uh study of of second publication our exomes can induce denovo synthesis of ceramide or dihydroceramides which are very critical for healthy Skin Barrier and also we our exomes uh could reduce the uh the amount of pslp which is a key eing molecule so after that uh for last uh three years uh my team tried to profile uh or to make uh extensive uh lipidomic analysis and just we submitted uh based on our uh efforts so my team found a very important five classes of more than 200 27 lipids identified and we could see 16 theride metabolic enzymes so this kind of combination uh of repeat or repat generating engine can maintain the Integrity of uh the membrane structure of aoms and they can deliver uh important biological functions to another cells so for example our EXO OS St Exum can increase the amount of s1p s1p is a very important signaling molecule to stimulate cartino side differentiation or to increase amp production or to promote W healing and uh as you can see here this data will be published in a few months uh so I4 we try to check the the expression of the il4 from this uh invitro study so uh the key is that ours in combination with spingen uh the this combination can reduce the amount of il4 uh il4 is one of the major cyto kindes uh for thetis something like that and also uh we found that the combination of our actum and spingen uh was able to increase the production of filine gen expression so our products uh are containing very important enzymes uh to increase uh the cellular level of s1p uh which can do a lot of good things for our skin so this is uh uh summary of our epitomic analysis and then uh from imcas we will share more data and this part is about exal microage and um Dr lean shared some information on uh our micro rage and you can see here micro rage became another Nobel Prize last year and then micro rnh uh the the main function of micro R is to block the uh translation so it can block uh the the protein expression so the key is that these Noel lit uh cloned uh the first micro from human cells it's Micron L7 so we tried to check the existence of L7 Micron from our human atut stem cell exomes or Rose stem cell exomes and we found that uh both of our exes are containing high amount of Micron lp7 and we found that our human stems are containing l7b and 7A and all other different types of lp7 family and the top 20 micro are um uh existing uh of uh how can I say consist of % of the total Micron expression so scientists already uh made a lot of publication on the biologic Bri of biological functions for our skin uh you can see here uh lt7 is very important for anti- inflamation and Micron 21 is very important for proliferation and 29 23 is very important for anti scarring so I will will show you more and more and here the main biological function is L of l7b is anti-cancer or anti-inflammatory effect and I told you that lt7 is the single most abundant microage in our human St exomes and uh very fortunately uh the canine mesan stamp cell exosomes I mean canine ATO Stell exosomes also have a very high amount of l7b and a like human OS St exomes and here the main function of micro 29 is about antio and the main function of the Micron is 141 and 200 is anti melanogenesis and again here Micron 125b is anti melanogenesis Micron 21 is also so here when you compare the left panel and the right panel we can show our stamp exomes are containing very important Micron for our skin and Dr Len already mentioned the Keye that our uh Ros St EXs are containing several important micro RNA for collagen synthesis anti scarring or anti-inflammation so here uh this part is about proteins so one uh a few more a few important proteins like these Exogen biomarkers inside or outside or enzymes so Dr caros mentioned this uh all these uh important molecules uh on the surface or inside over our ex and our team made the extensive proom analysis to compare uh different batches of our uh human stem cell exosomes or our Ro stem cell exosomes and the the key is that uh the proteins are usually responsible for cellular proliferation or W healing which is a regeneration and then we shared all the ingredients in our second publication and this is a part of our uh data so you can see a lot of uh uh nice gross factors contained in our Exogen production batches and one important enzyme is cd73 on the surface of AUM they are very important uh they are they can induce very strong paracrine imuno supression by converting adenosin monophosphate into adenosin also very recently my team found that very important proteins named 1433 and this is very very known protein for longevity so I hope you can check this publication or we can share uh this publication and uh uh from our proteomic analysis of our Ro s EXs we could see very new uh types of proteins uh which are very different from those of humans uh but they are very responsible for uh Mo they have very different types of molecular functions biological process or cellular components uh my team will do more research to identify uh the the uh new or Innovative types of uh mechanism of action so here again uh my team this is the summary so my team isolated uh stem shells from roses and they when they culture they they they release very different classes of exom and when they when we treat Rose St exome they can deliver important molecules for proliferation or to release more aom and we have done all the characterization studies like this you can see that human uh this is the biomark specific markers uh named cd63 on the surface of human stamp elome and scientists found that uh very similar specific biomarker named the T8 uh but so we found that our Lo stome this kind of very specific or ex specific biomarker on the surface of our exomes and here uh another dermatologist questioned me how uh Lo stem atum can induce NE genis so I try to find more references so this is very important because micro RNA 574 uh can induce neocollagenesis so the data uh I'll show you uh the data uh here uh scientists found that uh when they treat micro 574 they can induce more collagen and another example is that better buar juice they are containing Exogen like nanop particles and from their uh data you can see that uh more High one collagen expression from the treatment of the uh Garis and this is another example of heat derived nanovic can induce only healing activities and one of uh their data is that with AUM can induce more expression of type one collagen a and this is another interesting example of she plant uh named atonia Caba and the the nanop particles isolated from eonia cabba can induce more collagen or um they can uh promote uh uh very nice wound the healing from this animal study and our L St definitely are containing high amount of 5 47 but the another collagen inducing micro is a micro 1246 so scientists already found that Micron 1246 can induce more procollagen type one as you can see here and our Lo St contain another type of Micro 13A 138 has a very uh Pro fiber proliferate potential so when they treat uh micro 138 they can see that more expression of the or more ceration and our Ro stoms are containing micro 122 and already scientists already published that the at stes are containing micro 122 so this micro 122 is shared by human stemell exomes as as our L stem and they can uh inhibit the function of dihydrotestosterone so uh each very uh surprising to see that this shared micro 120 to can induce uh hair or they can prevent hair loss and again here l7b they are very anti-inflammatory but the in another publication we could see that l7b can induce longer hair in araka by downregulating acto di acto di pling a so it's very uh nice science but a little complicated so in summary when you look at here again uh this is the profiling data part of our profiling data of our Ro s l7b 122 for hair 138 for cell preparation 21 23 29 is for anti scarring 125 is anti melanogenesis uh five 574 is a neocollagenesis one uh 12 1246 is also cell preperation or neocollagenesis and uh here you can see that uh we have uh exoo is the only ex company who achieve this kind of patent on uh plant stamp exomes again we registered our Lo St exome as a costic ingredients so the main uh function main uh biological function for our skin is two regeneration or anti- inform but together to create synergistic effect and we have all the publication please contact our team to all these publication for you to see with your eyes so you can see that this is a very special type of rosacea and we have been generating now more than 1.6 now we have almost two million clinical cases from dermatitis wrinkle melanogenesis sensitive uh skin or necrosis you can see here I believe that our product is the only product we can have this kind of condition and bad best source and then Micron needling after chemical filling and this uh data is about the autol in graft it's going to be generating a lot of lot of cases based on our uh technology so you can see that these are some uh references EXs from OS ex uh induc tyon collagen from uh vagina fiber blast and all the publication are available for sharing later and you can see that this kind of animal or inital studies you can see that here EXs can induce collagen production from pic organ prolapse also and we have all the data and the references so the key is that our uh new product here ascv can help a lot of Li scures uh by regeneration or repair something like or they can down regulate uh inflammation and Dr Jamis estada in Spain uh she is doing a lot of uh workshops to uh give lectures uh on our uh a technology you can see that here uh she compared uh two groups uh after three months you can see that our
