This video addresses common misconceptions about supernatural beings in Christian theology. Angels are immaterial spirits (not chubby children with wings) and don't typically have wings in scripture, though cherubim are described with wings in Isaiah 6 and Revelation 4. Humans do not become angels after death; Jesus taught that in the resurrection, believers will be like angels in that they will not marry, but they will receive resurrected bodies like Christ's. Satan's popular image with horns and a pitchfork comes from Milton's Paradise Lost and pagan mythology, not the Bible, which is remarkably restrained in describing Satan's physical appearance. While Satan was involved in the fall and entered Judas, regenerate Christians have the Holy Spirit and should not blame the devil for their sins, as the real issue is often one's own sin nature.
