[00:17:57]Yeah, well, I know that I >> Yeah, so you had that in the middle, and then your hips were pitched forward a little bit, so I set them back. That was a good one. And that I think you'll notice within 24 hours you'll notice you're walking better or walking more with the ease and fluidity.
