[00:17:48]So, as we release that, the body can come up and and center a little bit better cuz when it's caught there, it it's hard to straighten. Do you know what I mean?

[00:17:57]Yeah, well, I know that I >> Yeah, so you had that in the middle, and then your hips were pitched forward a little bit, so I set them back. That was a good one. And that I think you'll notice within 24 hours you'll notice you're walking better or walking more with the ease and fluidity.
