The Difference Between Translation and Localization #podcast #translationHinzugefügt:
There's a classic example of an American car called the Nova, which is supposed to be about it's supposed to be named after the exploding star. So, it's supposed to be something that seems big and shiny and awesome and new. But, when it was sent to Latin America, especially into Spanish-speaking countries, its name didn't change and it was Nova. It does not go. Go. And so, that that's a problem in marketing. It's really important to use cultural sensitivity and understanding of a culture when you're translating. And AI is it's going to take a while for AI to get there, especially because culture keeps changing.
