[00:00:00]This month, your landlord needs to give you this. The Renters' Rights Act information sheet. This sets out all your new rights that came in on the 1st of May. And if they don't, they could get a £7,000 fine.

[00:00:14]If you haven't received this sheet by the end of May, your landlord could be breaking the law. This is useful information. So, if you haven't received this, you can tell your landlord or go straight to your local council.
