[00:00:02]Why are you behaving with this? Yeah.

[00:00:04]Like, is there something going on? I'll give you a great example of a story. I had a superstar employee in the behavior. He goes south and the guy didn't want to work Saturdays. They didn't want to work late anymore. And this is, of course, way back in the day.

[00:00:16]And uh I found out that well, his wife, he thought his wife had breast cancer.

[00:00:21]Okay. And so he literally like he loved his wife so much he couldn't care about life anymore. Just couldn't care less.

[00:00:27]Yeah. And you know I didn't understand where he was coming from. So sometimes we have to understand the why. Why is someone behave a certain way?
