[00:00:00]Very briefly, why do we want to talk about this? From my point of view, when I thought about the topic, I started thinking a bit deeper and thinking whether jealousy is necessarily a character flaw or it's actually a data point that is showing us an unmet need.

[00:00:17]So, for example, if we suppress a certain ambition in us or we have a potential that is not reached and we see someone else who is on that track, the emotion of jealousy is often or {slash} envy is evoked. So, is this emotion telling me more about myself and what I need to do or is it just a bad emotion and I'm giving it, you know, a positive spin here?
