XRP Just Got A Massive Opening

[00:00:00]XRP holders, this is one of the biggest Ripple setups I have ever seen in history, ever. Nobody's talking about it, and Tether is facing pressure in Europe. And reports now show that billions of dollars in USDT stablecoin could be forced off regulated exchanges under the MiCA rules. Now, here's why that matters. When a stablecoin giant gets pushed off the exchanges, somebody else has to fill that liquidity gap. And guess who could potentially fill that liquidity gap, who's more qualified than anybody? Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin, which is growing exponentially. So, the question is, did Tether just open up the door for Ripple? And could this become one of the biggest catalyst for XRP right now? So, look, why USDT is no longer available in Europe in the EU is because of these MiCA rules. It's forcing the delisting of Tether. And this is opening up the door for Ripple RLUSD stablecoin, which is major for XRP. It's huge for XRP.

[00:01:08]Global stablecoin transaction volume just hit $33 trillion last year in 2025 and is continuing to grow. This was because of the genius act, but Ripple has solved all of these issues, and this is going to open up the door directly for Ripple. We have RLUSD, and it's listed on the majority of these exchanges that are even being used in Europe. You have Gate, Binance, OKX, and it's continuing to get big. It was just listed on Gate June 15th. RLUSD is still tiny compared to the giants at about a $1.65 billion market cap, and that is roughly half a percent of $320 billion stablecoin market, which Tether's $188 billion, Circle USD C $78 billion.

[00:01:55]And RLUSD is coming for those numbers.

[00:01:58]You even have Ripple's RLOUSD continue to grow in Africa. It is just expanding to all these different countries. We see that Ripple participates in Flutterwave series E with strategic investment to accelerate African stablecoin payments.

[00:02:13]And this was June 16th. So RLOUSD is quietly growing behind the scenes. While the market seems dead and XRP is dead, there's a lot of stuff structurally that is going on behind the scenes that nobody's really even addressing or talking about. Then we have the Clarity Act. If you guys watched my video yesterday, potentially, most likely, going to be passed. And guess what? In the month of July. It might not be July 4th, but the Clarity Act is most likely going to be done before August. That's what they're pushing for very aggressively. And this is going to have the biggest impact on XRP more than any other coin because of the regulation and the clarity that it gives to Ripple XRP. Clarity Act is four steps away from becoming law before August recess. And here is what has to happen. Clarity Act has completed five of nine steps towards becoming law with Senate calendar placement on June 1st.

[00:03:09]The remaining four steps are full Senate floor debate, a 60 passage threshold, House Senate reconciliation, and presidential signature. And Galaxy Digital has placed a $10 million institutional prediction market trade on the passage of 2026. While Polymarket currently prices odds at 60% with the White House targeting July 4th signing ceremony. So the White House came out and said July 4th is going to be done.

[00:03:36]And we're not talking about some random Twitter account. We're talking about the White House said it's going to be July 4th, which may or may not happen. But the odds of the Clarity Act are continuing to spike like crazy. Now, let's take a look at XRP, guys. XRP is still holding this key support. This week we pulled back very aggressively because of FOMC and we have all this sailor flood going on with MSTR and STRC, but it's all flood and lies to shake people out of the market. They're shaking people out and this is what they do at every bottom. We have peak fear, guys. Peak fear. People are selling their coins massively. We even have today, but XRP needs to hold this level.

[00:04:19]It is critical that XRP holds this support. If we begin to lose this support, we have a dollar 05 to hold. If we lose a dollar five, this could open up the door for potentially 80 cents. I think 80 cents, 95 cents. This is the next key level. But, for now Bitcoin is holding strong, everything is holding strong. I'm still expecting a move, ladies and gentlemen, in the short term by July with the Clarity Act and everything going on. We should come up and test a dollar 70. This is what I think is going to happen. And we are about to open up a long position in my community, which you guys can try today for free, so check that out at a huge discount on my community right now in the bear market. But, look at this huge sell-off for XRP, which it looks like it's beginning to bottom out. It's about to break out of this resistance level.

[00:05:05]We start to break out of here, XRP is going to make a quick and violent fast move up back up to a dollar 30. So, if this move begins to break out, we're going to be taking a long over on Blofin, which you guys have the link in my video description. But, if you take a look at Algo Sniper for XRP, it is about to flip green for the first time since a dollar 30. And when it flips green on the one-hour time frame after a very aggressive sell-off, this is a very easy buy opportunity. It's a very easy long setup. Your invalidation would be under like a dollar 10 or so, but I'm confident that XRP is at the very minimum, maybe by this weekend, going to pop up to like a dollar 18, a dollar 20.
