Why TSG Is Accelerating Growth with Microsoft Business Central

[00:00:01][music] >> Business Central is something TSG have done for a long time, but over the last year we've really accelerated that solution to the market. BC is the fastest growing solution that Microsoft offer to the market. It's so scalable.

[00:00:20]When you get things like [music] Copilot and AI involved now, we see that it's a platform to build from for most of the businesses we're talking to and gives them [music] that ability to invest just now, but maybe not leverage all the tooling button in due course as part of the partnership. We can get more [music] from the application that we supply to them. So, Business Central for me is a phenomenal [music] end-to-end tool. It sits on the Microsoft platform foundation, so it allows you to really use the other tools that you buy from Microsoft [music] like your Teams and Copilot and things like that and then more than that.

[00:00:50]We do come up against a lot of competition, but when you get into [music] the deep functionality and end-user experience, that's where we see Business Central really come through because a [music] lot of businesses use Excel, they use Word, they use Outlook.

[00:01:01]That deep family of products and common language means that your end-user adoption is a lot higher and means that familiarization means that the when you go to deploy, you find your your team members are comfortable with it and we find that that works extremely well with us during the contract conversations [music] and and demonstrations in the room.

[00:01:18]We at TSG have really started leaning in the last year and a half. We've really started to benefit from leaning in their knowledge and their contacts within Microsoft, [music] making us aware of what's going on in Microsoft. We also have a number of specializations in the locations. [music] TD Synnex have been fundamental to helping us get us on that journey and making sure we're part of the programs. A lot of the time when you're a partner outside of the in the in the channel with Microsoft, unless you've got that distribution partner to really help you connect [music] with people in Microsoft, you're you're kind of out the loop. TD Synnex have been amazing at doing that with us and helping us really accelerate their [music] specializations and help TSG grow as an organization as well.
