[00:22:43]But she panics when she gets an ear infection now. She panics cuz she's scared it's going to burst again. You know that feeling like you're scared and and she went to work on Monday, called the doctor and she couldn't couldn't uh get an appointment.

[00:23:06]So they have a thing where you can call now I guess you use like this phone service where you can call and any available doctor in British Columbia and prescribe you so she's able to get antibiotics and she's feeling bad.

We have the can of pension plan and we also get old age security at 65.

[00:33:17]I the people who drive me crazy like when I was going to the bar method uh the first round when I was going I was going like solid 5 days a week uh like early in the morning the first class 6 in the morning and then you start getting to know the girls and then you sit with those same girls And then it started getting really clicky and competitive and I cannot do that.

[00:33:52]I'm I'm like, you know, when people try and compete with you, but you're not in a competition. So, you see them competing with you, but you're like, I don't want to compete with anybody. So, you kind of have to distance yourself and you're not some competition.

[00:34:10]I don't like that. But, you know what I mean? like if you're not a competitive person, people trying to compete with you, it's really a bad feeling.

[00:34:21]So, it became like that. And you know, the competitiveness was who had the nicest outfits and who who worked the hardest and who got called out by the instructors and who got who's able to go into the harder class and all that other stuff.

[00:39:49]Then I move on to the midday podcast and I do I work I work while I listen to them. If I stop stop and be part of the conversation the chat then I'll never be getting I did get my bird toy flower yesterday.
